It is now 9 months and between the lack of customer service and months of billing errors I would say the implementation is beyond frustrating. Biggest issue - all their promises that our websites would function properly is untrue. All the tabs we were promised to help our owners - not going to happen. I would highly recommend not partnering with Frontsteps.

Do not ever use this company. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, they do not return calls and when I finally cancelled their services, they don't cancel your account and keep debiting your bank account. I have emailed them several times to get this addressed without a response.
Can you choose "zero" stars? This company took over the web hosting company that my property management company used for its website. At Home Net since 2006. When we had At Home Net, we were extremely pleased with their services. However, earlier this year we received a letter that there would be a transition from At Home Net to Front Steps and we were left with no choice but to sign up with them and transition our websites or we'd be left with nothing including no tech support!
I've dealt with 5 different people over there since February 2018 and as of 12/12/18 we still have no transition, they refuse to return phone calls or emails and the links they sent us to the "new & upgraded sites" are TERRIBLE! They have given us 6 choices & they all look the same. They've also over charged us for one of our websites and refuse to refund the money after multiple attempts.
They've told us that owners have to change their login ID's to what Front Steps chooses and that all of our log in information is going to be changed. They've told us they would move everything over (this was supposed to begin 8/1/18) and now they are giving us the runaround that we have to do much of it.
Run for the hills & find a new web hosting company. That's what we are being forced to do.
They don't respond to support issues. I have spent the greater part of a week leaving unanswered voicemails to their support number and have followed up with unanswered emails.
Dont feel bad customers! I'm a former employee and after being notified by united healthcare that this company owes me a refund, they dont return my calls either! Good to hear I can contact the subpoena team at United.
After 5 exhausting, stressful months, and thousands of dollars later, we are still at square one with nothing set up or ready to go. 5 months. The disorganization and inability to solve the smallest of issues is beyond frustrating. We have bought new equipment to make it work and it s only new issue after issue. Day after day.
AtHomeNet switched to FrontSteps as AtHomeNet was bought out by them from my understanding. I've never had such a hard time getting an account terminated. The billing department is completely disgusting how they treat their "clients." I would never recommend this company. You will regret it as i have.
Worst Company ever. Completely unresponsive. Our website has been down for two weeks and they haven't even gotten back to us, despite numerous messages, phone calls and requests. I would NOT recommend to anyone.
Unbelievably terrible customer service and support. I have been trying to get in touch with this company on both the sales and support side for over a week. The sales associate and account manager do not return voicemail or email. I have left messages for the company multiple times without any response. Submitting a "Contact Us" request online does not result in any type of response from them either.
At this point we have no choice but to all of our business from them and move to another company that supports HOA sites.
THE WORST AND MOST DIFFICULT CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER (NEVER?) RECEIVED. Months and months to transfer a domain, no one answers emails or phone calls in a timely manner, and all progress on a new website was held up due to unresponsiveness from their team. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

We were pressured to sign up and was scammed into signing up for a year. We never received a call to finish our community web page. The company is a scam. Stay away they promise the world and they don't deliver. Stay away..
Their hosting products are terrible. No self-management, everything is done through email and/or calls which they eventually resolve. Several of my requests have taken months to be processed. In one example, their HTTPS certificate expired, and even though they're using the free LetsEncrypt certificates it still took them 3 months to restore it for the domain. In another example, it took 5 months to get a mailing list changed, more than once I was told that FrontSteps wasn't responsible for the mailing list, until eventually after a bunch of emails they figured out that they did in fact run that service.
Now that we have left, we are being asked to sign up for shorter term contracts to try again, begging to commit to giving more money by signing the contracts... Sorry, gotta pass.
The transition from AtHomeNet not been a good one. It is very difficult to get to anyone above general tech support for answers needed during the implementation to Frontsteps. Two weeks since I asked for a reply from an Implementation Supervisor.
Absolutely horrible. Never can speak to anyone directly. Leave messages but never, never get a return call even when you leave a message that it is critical or sensitive information on the site that you need help with.
