The room we stayed in was 1202. It was beautiful. 2 bedrooms 3.5 bath full kitchen. We were treated like kings by the staff they were very friendly and willing to help or get us whatever we needed.

Excellent situation for shopping and catching any of the hop-on hop-off your busses. All staff extremely courteous and helpful. 24 hour access to free tea and coffee in the Members lounge and freshly baked warm cookies in the lobby. Great base for a short break in the city.

So here you are in downtown San Francisco in a 19th century historic building. You "room" is a one, two or three bedroom suite with expansive bathrooms, foyers and a more than fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Honestly, I can't see how to improve this place!

Absolutely an amazing experience! Rooms were better than the pics. The service even with COVID-19 was amazing. U have to reserve the gym, but we actually loved it! Gym to ourselves. Travis, Mark, Al, and Shelly made our stay feel like home . Champagne on Easter Sunday, .

Service was great during my stay, hotel was clean and staff polite. However I was waiting for my flight in the lobby and they would let me access the coffee machine because I had already checked out.

My wife and I spent 7 days here and could not have asked for a better experience. We are not owners but were treated the same way the owners that live in the building were treated. Our room was beyond our expectations size wise and comfort wise, we really could not have asked for anything more. The staff was always helpful and engaging, with recommendations and personal opinions that added to our San Fransisco experience. Whether it was food or getting around, or how to spend our day, they were great. While all the staff was wonderful, I do have to mention three people who were outstanding they are Mark, Francis who are two of the concierge, and Gino who helped us with our car and advice they made our time there very special, and made feel at home. We cannot say enough about our experience at the Ritz Carlton on Market Street, plus the fact that it is the perfect location to explore San Fransisco.

Upscale and conveniently located with everything needed for a quiet, romantic get away. Service was excellent, loved the nightly wine tastings, and the bed...well let's just say we didn't want to get out of it. Car service to/from restaurants in the evening was a real treat, especially after a long day of walking. Definitely putting this one on my list to come back to.

SFO was our first stop on our 12 day vacation. This stay is very important as I ve visited SFO a handful of times but didn t stay more than a day or two. During those flyby stays in SFO I often times couldn t tell whether I liked the trio to SFO. This time around, I think the Ritz-Carlton Club did a great job ensuring this visit I left enjoying my time in SFO. The best part of our stay were the staff. Two of whom have made our stay exceptional: Phil our bellman on arrival and departure and Francis who manned the concierge desk when we arrived and left. Phil showed us to our room and showed us around our unit and made sure we had everything we needed. Francis did a great job with his recommendations both encompassing what I wanted to do (hiking and outdoors) in SFO and what my partner wanted to do (foodie tours). Too many things to highlight on this trip: the wine tasting social on arrival. The hotel is central to everything we wanted access to and with complimentary parking the places that were more than a 30 minute walk made having a car rental fuss free. I told my partner, I d love to come back to SFO and stay a bit longer but only if we stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club again.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. It was a very nice room and a nice stay. Clean place and had a lot of space. The location is right in the downtown part of the city and walking distance to chinatown and other close to other amenities that you may need. I felt safe walking around. The location is hard to find though if you are driving, so call before you try to find parking for it.

Very nice club, unfortunately most of the indoor public area is closed due to covid19. This place is within walking distance of the San Francisco water-front, restaurants, financial district, shopping malls. Only valet parking available for $50+ per night. The two bedroom unit is roomy, with decent size full kitchen, large living room, large bedrooms & bath area. We wish its bathtub included a jet, then that would be nice. The washer and dryer is inside unit. This is Cat 8 :-) We just want a luxurious experience after more than 6 months lock down since March 2020 due to this nasty virus.

My family spent the summer in SoCal, going back and forth between San Francisco, Monterey and Napa/Sonoma. Out of all the places we stayed, this was by far our favorite. We stayed here for two weeks.

These are top of the line luxury, full kitchen, one, two or three bedroom accommodations. Our place was 2500+ sqaure feet. The gourmet kitchen is a Cook's dream--if you cook at all with all the fantastic food choices around. The bedrooms are massive each with their own bathroom. No sharing! Plus an extra bathroom in the main living area.

If you are a member, the lounge has a fantastic Expresso machine that makes everything you'd like. At night there are wine tastings and more. Plus hot cookies in the afternoon downstairs.

Great for long stays in the city.
