I was quite blown away by the service during my stay (late November). I admit this is the first time staying at a Ritz, so perhaps it's the norm, but even though I never requested anything obscene, the staff went above and beyond. At check in I was informed that I had been upgraded to the King Executive Suite which in itself is just crazy. I took advantage of the lounge, where Nathan and Jasmin were overly kind and professional. After a long day they helped me feel at home. I really do hope to stay again when I visit the city in the future.
