If you cab afford them, or if someone else is paying, this is a great hotel.

Room was very nice and well kept. Staff throughout the hotel were very polite and accommodating.

Nice hotel, super comfortable beds, and a Nespresso machine in the room. What more do you need!

Unbelievable hospitality, and amazing service without an over the top pricing. Best place to stay in DC by far. Easy Metro access and restaurants galore.

It was a horrible experience! First, the girl at check-in walked away from us and waited on a white patron leaving us looking foolish. Then I cut my finger on a lock which felt like a screw on the bathroom door handle! How is this possible?! Why does the lock resemble and cut like a screw?!

It was a clean hotel with spacious rooms. They have a crib for babies.

Great staff, connected to the mall and close to DC, VA and airport. Wonderful views of the Pentagon , Arlington memorial if you get high enough on the 'dc view' side. Gym is well stocked with water bottles at each machine with cold towels, steam room and sauna.

Great hotel and service. However, they charge for wifi.

Updated\Revised...As i stated before the customer service was outstanding. But i didn't have a refrigerator or microwave BUT thanks to Estelle asking me how our stay was going i mentioned it amd they. Happily accommodated us!! Who Whee..coming back here!

Parking is $50/night but the hotel was great. The lounge was active with more than adequate cocktails. Fitness center has a wonderful spa.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City was a terrific one! The staff is especially fantastic. We'll be back next time we're in the area!

My fiance and I stayed here for my birthday. The customer service was phenomenal. Staff was great from check in all the way to check out. Great location walking distance to everything you could want including the metro. Giving the hotel 4 stars simply because we expected more from the room especially carrying the name "Ritz Carlton". Definitely time for an upgrade with a little more prestige. None the less the room was clean and bed was comfortable!

Surprisingly quite despite being right in the middle of everything. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful. I found that you are able to park in the mall lot of you're not interested in doing the valet parking.

This Ritz is located at the Pentagon City Mall and is near Reagan National Airport which makes it super convenient to stay at the night before leaving DC. Do a little shopping for the kids and head home the next day!

The accommodations and service are excellent but the current Covid environment has caused some inconveniences

Just passed through this hotel, situated in the Pentagon City Mall. It's a standard Ritz right outside Pentagon City station. Walking distance to the Pentagon as well.

The service was wonderful, all of the staff was great, issues are resolved quickly and thoughtfully, simply perfect.

Rooms are clen, modern and cool. No amenities have been left out. The service was outstanding! Pentagon City is your destination then I can't say enough good things about this place

Wonderful location literally just off the subway. Went from the airport to here, walked to get dinner, and then back to the room, and took the subway to work in the morning. They held bags for us to pick up on the way back to the airport. Made us feel like we were important guests and the room was clean and had all we needed (careful with the minibar as if you move items you'll get charged). Small workout room but it was well utilized and clean and had enough equipment. Would definitely stay there again.

I've been here for two separate events and both of them were exceptional. They do a very nice catering and set the rooms up very well.

The staff are rude and disrespectful. I called to ask questions about Christmas Brunch since I was going to bring my family there for Christmas. The lady who answered was annoyed. When I asked for the manager, she said I am the manager and then hung up on me. The will be cancelling my hotel stay during the Christmas break and stay at the Four Seasons instead. BEWARE

Dined for Thanksgiving Day meal, buffet style and was very satisfied. Variety of food, taste and service - top notch. Asked for "tour" of food stations before getting first plate. Pricy but worth the cost.

Too fancy for me, no fridge or microwave in room. No vending machines. Pricey. Friendly staff. Parking situation very pricey. Was mckean, modern and well appointed!

Wonderful as always. Virginia, the concierge, is exceptional. She worked tirelessly to help me find local restaurants that had offerings specific to my nutritional needs (non - gmo, cage free, grass fed etc). We always have a great stay whenever we come. All the staff are experts in providing outstanding customer service!

The Ritz Carlton helped a wedding I attended make a great experience with the lovely etiquette of the personnel and the great professionalism of the managers. The rooms were surprisingly small for the price, I'm assuming because it was booked in a deal

We've stayed here a couple of times and it's always been an experience. The rooms are exquisite, the dining is something you won't easily forget and what makes this hotel even more convenient is that you have direct access to the Pentagon Mall and subway station and so much more. We loved staying here.

Great service. Good food but they should add more variety in the bar. Overall experience is excellent. One-more,ur is a good venue for organizing any event too.

Last minute mini trip! Was perfect all the way around! Everyone treated us with so much respect & kindness We would highly recommend this place to family, singles, couples & business. Room service was delicious!

The staff for housekeeping and for the dining area they are very hospitable. Natalya The check in attendant had a very amazing personality. Landolino the doornan Reminds you of the decadence the Ritz Carlton exudes. Of the individuals I encountered during our stay thank you. Beautiful for night events and great for dip pocket

My stay here was excellent, it was a quick trip but I would definitely choose this hotel again! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The entire hotel and room was exceptionally clean which I really appreciated. I really enjoyed having a view from the 17th floor!

Service was fantastic. Server was attentive and timely, but not only so. Drinks were pricey (it is the Ritz) but we're well made.

Stayed at the Ritz Carlton for my birthday and I couldn't have asked for better. The staff was courteous and patient, and the room was clean and spacious. I parked in the parking deck which was about $18 for 24 hours. Also, if staying at the Ritz do yourself a favor and walk across the street to Chevy's, the food there is great.

good service,came out every few minutes to see if we needed anything.they took great care of us.there is also a bar.only bad thing was that there was only two stalls and like 10 needed to go at once,but that's not their fault

Very nice hotel with an attentive staff. Located close to the Pentagon, the hotel is attached to the Fashion Centre Mall - which has a lot of dining and shipping options. The rooms are very nice as is the workout area. If you can afford it, it's worth staying!

The professional event I attended here was very nicely catered, organized, and received. The 2nd floor main conference space was large enough for the medium-sized event for approximately 400 people.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping and getting to the airport. The reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that it's a premium hotel with a premium price tag which is fine. What I don't like is that there is no free parking, no free breakfast, no free Wi-Fi and no free airport shuttle. I understand you're paying for the name and prestige but that doesn't make up for everything you aren't getting.

Nice hotel for a decent price.

Just stayed one night here. The service at the desk while checking in was very pleasant. We noticed there was a little children check in area to keep the young ones busy which I thought was cute. The room itself was nicely decorated with a really well lit bathroom which is something I really appreciate. Something I didn't like however was having to pay for the wifi. It was something like 9 dollars for email speeds and 14 for streaming. I don't remember the last time I've been in a hotel where we had to pay for the wifi. But it's not the end of the world. The quick room service made up for it though. We called down for dinner and dessert and it came up almost before I was ready for it. I also liked the Nespresso maker, very nice.

Overall it made for a nice night.

Exceptional service. 18th floor, if you've been there you know what I mean. Super friendly staff. Very diverse. Big tv. If you go, you've got to do the club, takes a few times before it makes sense. It's a Ritz-Carlton and it lives up to its reputation.

This is a lovely property up to the standards of the Ritz-Carlton brand. While not in a touristy area it is located with convenient access to the metro and near the highway. The rooms are in good repair and appear to have been recently updated with an understated elegance I found appealing. The photos do not do it justice. It goes without saying that the bed provides an excellent sleep experience. The mattress and sheets are top-notch. The staff provides friendly and attentive service and they have my thanks for an enjoyable stay. Not only would I highly recommend this location I can honestly say I wish I could stay here for all of travels.
