Room really spacious. Comfortable bed
Service was magnificent. Everyone friendly. Wish we had a better view. Overall wonderful experience.

I would give five stars but they don't have a spa nor in-room facials, something that I really like to have I'm all my travels. Other than that it is a beautiful hotel stamps by the Ritz standards, located in the heart of Pentagon City with an entrance to the mall and variety of restaurants and shopping spots

I've never been to a Ritz Carlton and this experience has been nothing short of spectacular. The rooms are beautiful and the service is great I suggest this place to anyone who can afford it. I would like a microwave in the room though.

Nice hotel, really safe and convenient location. Mall and metro are adjacent. Walking distance to some area monuments.

A typical Ritz-Carlton, which is to say nicely designed, well maintained, and with a fantastic staff of ladies and gentlemen.

My hotel of choice while in the area. Very American twist on the Ritz name and decor but the service is excellent and so is the location. You get what you pay for and more

How is this place a Ritz Carlton? Lobby is nice. Rooms are perfect for international secret deals to fund guerilla groups. Government issue rooms. Not impressed. Staff is excellent but the accommodations, time for a renovation.

Visited the hotel for afternoon tea and had a great time. Our server, Elizabeth, was so attentive, thoughtful throughout our entire time there and did great despite us being a challenging group of 17. Will definitely go back!

We have never had a bad meal at Ritz. Staff are all outstanding. Would recommend it highly.

A little old and stuffy, but the staff and service were excellent and noteworthy. Fabulous luxury mall attached and and the metra train is right outside of the front door.

Great location. Metro right next to it as well as shopping. Whole foods 0.3 miles away

The room was moderately priced. Hotel staff were all very professional. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was ok but expensive considering. Room was nice but nothing spectacular. Overall a nice hotel but I wouldn't go out of my way to stay there again.

Rooms are a bit small. You can get a better experience at the other DC hotels.

Everything is always MAGNIFICENT at this hotel! Special THANK YOU to the Chef Sriram, because food in the restaurant is exceptionally OUTSTANDING! The Chef ensures every experience is personal and quite Amazing. 5 go to the restaurant, Fyve, alone!

Well The Ritz-Carlton ..... what exactly is all the hype about? I m giving it 2 stars because The only thing nice there was the hotel staff minus the thieving valet workers check your cars to make sure no items are missing after services.. My oh so fabulous marble bathroom smelled like raw sewage! The Westin is much better! Pick another place!

Awesome shopping mall at Pentagon. City and the hotel is beautiful. I enjoy shopping in this area often.

Came for a social gathering, not a hotel stay. Very impressed by all the staff and their hospitality. Also was fascinated by the authentic civil war memorabilia that's hanging there. Got my history fix to boot!

The Ritz is a real gem in the Pentagon city area. Great views and impeccable service.

Beautiful. Short staff at night. Valet attendant was always front desk person. He did not know how to drive a manual stick, so I had to get my car out of the garage.

Awesome place to be food was very good workers are very friendly and helpful. Clean beautifully decorated for Christmas. Lastly the lease out places to non profits to sell there products at no cost. I had a great time very memorable.

This would be ok as a standard Marriott property. The price should tip you off.

Walked in with my bags, no one asked if I needed a hand or opened the door open despite there being bellmen.

Rooms are low key aside from the mini bar with signs all over it letting you know you ll be charged if you move anything.

Towels feel like sandpaper.

Pillows needed to be replaced 5 years ago.

Restaurant is fine but placemats that are falling apart scream thrift store instead of luxury.

We stayed overnight after a company function and had trouble sleeping due to how firm the mattress was. We had filled out the breakfast form for delivery, it came late and was cold. We did receive a refund based on our conversation at check out and the kitchen manager sent a personalized email, so that was nice. Cocktails at the bar also were very nice.

i had a great time at the ritz. i received a warm and friendly welcome at the door. everyone was helpfully and knowledgeable in tjere various duties

Nothing special. Disappointed bed topper was lumpy and the room temperature would not lower.

Very friendly staff and super clean rooms! We love staying at the Ritz and this was no different. It s located in a really busy section with the shops right next door but it s a great centralized location to some of the DC sights.

The hotel is great with all the meaning of the word meaning close to the tourist sites and there is a mall and adjacent to the hotel as well as a lot of shops and shopping shops public transport very close to the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. Helpful and friendly staff. Close to shopping and dining...in walking distance to lots of things/places. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. Nice fitness center also.

Amazing service,first class and ofcurse very safe uts very close to pentagon, the atmosfere is very confortable, the breakfast is very fresh and personal service .the only detail they charge for the internet conection. I didnt like that.

It's a really nice place, the Bar there was amazing. Things do seem a bit pricey, but that's expected from a fine quality Hotel.

We did July 4th here . pay the $100 do the upgrade watch the fireworks from the penthouse. It was great!

At these prices you would expect excellence. That's what I got. Superb services and delicious food at a premium price, in a lovely setting.

This is a nice hotel. It's connected to a mall, which was super convenient. The reason for four stars is for having no complimentary wifi. I was here on a business trip. Personally, I'd chose a lower star hotel for free wifi because wifi's a big deal these days.

Great location mixed with amazing service. I always make it a priority to stay here when I come to DC.

Honestly, I don't know why people are so fascinating about Ritz Carlton Hotels because I don't see the importance of exciting, promoting, and making this hotel a five-star when in fact it is not even close to the amenities of other hotels I have stayed over the years.

The Ritz Carlton in Pentagon City is an amazing place to go. The staff was wonderful and delightful, will gladly go again.

It was easy to understand. I loved the underground tunnel system. It was so quick to get to another location. I think that I may even consider working in the area.

This Ritz Carlton offers an amazing location and great service. The proximity to the shopping mall and the metro, is amazing. The staff provides exceptional service. The gym is very good, and well equipped.
The only reason I gave only 4 stars is that this property lakes decent lobby and space to hang out when you want to bee outside your room.

It was amazing. My lid got the Ritzs kids check in and got some cookies. We stayed in a handcaped room and it was very good for my wife. We plan to go there a again. If you have the chance you should to.

We ve stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for over a decade. We see the same friendly faces every time. It s our DC home away from home.

Excellent Hotel! Only thing though is that the breakfast buffet should be everyday and not just on weekends! Next to two shopping centers and with an underground station glued to it!

Our two night stay was made even better at the Ritz when they allowed us to check in early after a very early fight. Being able to rest and get situated instead of wandering aimlessly until a room was ready really kicked off the short trip in the right way. Classy place!

Well below average for a Ritz Carlton....I'll never stay again. Next time I'll stay at the one in Georgetown!! Also, I'm Lifetime Platinum Premier w/Marriott. Nuff said!!

I didn't spend too much time there, but in the time I was there, it was beautiful, great service, and clean rooms.

Very nice rooms, huge TVs and friendly staff. The location is great, right on a metro station and close enough to walk to the mall (if you are feeling like a challenge)

This hotel has some nice staff, those are not in Management. This hotel should be taken off of Marriott because they have no benefits for Platinum guests other than 1000 points. During my current state they say they upgraded me to Club level, which surprisingly was no difference that the rooms I have stayed at on the non club level. But then they said but that does not include the lounge. Even though my app showed it was club level and club level incleads lounge access. When I pointed that out Anna gave me access because it was confusing. So I told my colleague that if your app says club level you should get club level. So she denied it to him, but then called me to take away what she had give me since now it was a conflict of interest!! What the Hell did you just trifle and become a pretty little person to take away what you had given me because you did not want to give my colleague. Whatever. This hotel values itself too fancy and if you want to pay 500 bucks to stay in a basic room without a fridge unless you specially ask for it and a TV that buffers hulu. And a management staff who thinks it is a deal to get lounge access they took away for $50 deal then this is the place for you. Oh and by the way all Ritz-carlton properties are excluding their lounges from members. Perhaps we should exclude them from future travel plans I know I will.
