Very luxurious cozy bar. Unfortunately a bit expensive

Excellent!!! My wife and I like it very much every now and then to go out exceptionally well and this is especially good at the Ritz Carlton !!! This exclusive atmosphere, this courtesy of the staff, unique !!! The Curtain Club highly recommended !!! In Fragrences can prepare his cocktail for the scent of a perfume, also recommended!

The Ritz Carlton breakfast buffet is the worst breakfast buffet I have ever been to. This is not because of the taste of the food but rather the selection and variety of the food. The breakfast buffet that was given to us has a very poor selections and laziness with some of the cooks. Most hotels understand that they have to have an international breakfast but the Ritz doesn t offer that. There is no Chinese or Indian section and the food that they do offer is honestly disappointing. The selection is limited and I have to say I had high expectations, this is the Ritz Carlton, the most famous hotel there is and to have such a limited boring selection is deeply disappointing.

The Club Floor at this location is amazing! The staff are incredible and the entire experience of staying here was extremely memorable. The bar in the lobby has a fantastic piano player that perfectly creates a vibe that you want to stay within for hours. This hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Berlin!

TOP Hotel! Everything from the finest. Very nice and helpful staff. Top rooms & services around the clock. Very good food and loads of interesting wonderful cocktails. Very nice selection of restaurants and entertainment in the hotel. Especially recommended is the Fragrance Bar (My rating can be found on their page.) Short: 5 stars)

One of the nicest renovations that I have seen at a Ritz Carlton in recent years, the rooms are full of art and sophisticated furniture. Everything felt heavy and solid as you would expect. If it is your first time at the Ritz Carlton this is a bad way to get an impression of the brand. The hotel is beautiful and perfect, food is amazing, the pool is the nicest at any hotel in Berlin and the facilities are all more luxury than you would generally expect from a Ritz Carlton. The downside is the staff, while the small staff such as the people bringing room service and helping you with your bags are excellent the people you deal with such as the concierge and receptionist lack knowledge of restaurants and shops nearby. It is an odd situation because many Ritz Carlton's do not get corporate funded renovations but have perfect staff however this is the complete opposite, the perfect facility with new staff.

Service is superb, rooms are OK, maybe a little overdecorated, bed was outstanding. We stay at Club Level where you can find day around an expert staff to assist, food was good, drinks at right mix. Downstairs bar could be better serve if tenders better understand their role. Piano man fun to join.

Really good service with every amenity possible. It's subjective but I do not like the dark wood colonial style decor, regardless it is quality.

No warnings of renovations before we checked in. Constant noise from 9am to 6pm throughout the hotel sounding like a vibrating grinder. Zero relief from staff. Not what I expect from a hotel that bills itself as luxury, and charges for it as well. Last time I ll give them my business. What you re supposed to do it close a floor for work, have a floor in between for sound prevention and then work your way through the hotel. Yes it costs more but you re the Ritz. Brutal.

Staff very friendly, rooms are 15 years old, you can tell. Bed comfortable, bathroom has everything you need. Breakfast is overpriced, just because you can walk to the mall in 5 minutes.

It's a shame what has become of this house: loveless, disinterested service, heavily torn drinks cards (or drinks books), average drinks (the Aviation Cocktail was so strongly perfumed that it was almost unpleasant to drink). The prices are still sometimes stately to cheeky (draft beer 0.5l - 12 ) and testify to a bygone era.
I liked being a guest in the restaurant and at the bar. After my stay at the Curtain Club, I lost the desire to visit again.
I hope that the company will work on the appearance, training of employees, etc. But the current state is far from the RC standard.

9$ for a coke at the bar. I really dont see the point. Charge 25$ for a cocktail then. At least that requires a skill to prep. Id pay for that if its great. Meet your own standard instead of charging 9$ for a coke. Half the tables are empty all day. People just sit there avoiding ordering things. Not because they dont have money. Because they dont want to feel ripped off. And If it says 9$ coke, why bother even reading the rest of the menu.

Best and most refreshing gin and tonics I've ever tasted. Very well-kept atmosphere.

Hotel is good, great location. Quality is less than what you expect from such chain. Towels were damaged in toilet, food is acceptable and staff are really nice and cooperative

The food is expensive but darn good.

Tourist pro tip: just walk as you belong there. Ignore the door man. Pretend to be a hotel guest. Bathrooms are in the back area

Very nice and courteous staff, great live music but unfortunately by far the two worst cocktails we ever drank. We had two cocktails from the "perfume bar" and were extremely disappointed with the taste. (Had something of "old cigarette".) 2 cocktails, tried once = 33.00 !

It's a nice hotel, sure, but it reeks of capitalism, greed, and the pretentiousness one gains when they have too much money and start believing they know how to decorate.

A few weeks ago I was in Berlin while I was passing through. Having a broader budget, I decided to check into this hotel, contrary to all reviews that advised against it. I don't believe everything that is on the Internet and so I wanted to make my own picture of this hotel. The lobby is large and nicely decorated. Nothing special for the high price. There was also a selection of drinks. I chose orange juice. The waiter seemed to be a bit hard of hearing because I had to draw his attention to my order several times. After an aggressive "don't ask for juice, just orange juice" voice from me, I finally got my orange juice. I was finally called to check in. Since I didn't want to go back to my place in the lobby after check-in, I just took the orange juice to the front desk and thought nothing bad about it. Suddenly the orange juice fell out of my hand and another disenchantment followed. I was expelled from the hotel and am now banned from staying there for life. It's a shame, apparently the spilling of drinks is punished very severely there, as many people said in the reviews.

A very nice, stylish 5-star hotel with a pleasant ambience. Good for couples. The bar serves delicious cocktails and the on-site restaurant is well-suited for dinner. The SPA area offers guests a quiet place to relax.

Modern hotel in classic style, wonderful for design and attention. Great location on Potsdamer Platz. Information on the services and facilities of the hotel is non-existent in the rooms. Neither on paper nor on TV. Very spacious room and very comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom Although the amenities are not lacking, they are not abundant either. Overpriced breakfast, as always happens in this type of hotel

Super nice and courteous staff. The breakfast was very good. The rooms clean and nicely decorated. Also our junior (4,5 years old) liked it very much. Perfect all around.

We went to the champagne brunch. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location is excellent. Absolute recommendation.

One of the always cheerful and helpful doormen greeted us at the Ritz Carlton Berlin with the words "Welcome home". You really don't have to add anything more to the stay, so that says almost everything. From the reception to the maids to the service staff in the bar, every gesture is just as if you were familiar with each other for a long time. The whole unobtrusive, but present. The decor and cleanliness of the rooms are perfect. There is simply nothing in this place that could disturb you. We will be back.

While waiting for my friends, I went to the tea room/bar to have coffee and tea. HORRIBLE SERVICE. First of all, I told the server that I am not ready to order but my other friend was, so he ordered the coffee. Then the waiter asked immediately again if that's all we need. I JUST SAID I need a bit of more time to decide. Also, when I asked for a dessert menu, the server said he cannot offer one and instead gave me the savory menu. Nevertheless multiple servers were offering sweets to other customers. Please, this is not just a local Berlin cafe you have as a tea room. I expected much more from Ritz- I am very doubtful that I come back again for this service.
