We had great time staying at The Ritz! Great customer service!

Very nice place.. Good hospitality.. Food was excellent..

Great stay at one of the best hotels in Bangalore! Top notch service on the exec floor, brilliant food 3 or 4x per day. Staff so helpful it was an oasis in the bustling city. Went for drinks at the outdoor lounge/club and it was a great respite. Felt like we were stepping out on the town and barely had to leave our room. Drinks are a bit spend, however. Best of all: when we asked about a hotel gift store to purchase a polo shirt or jacket, were informed there is none, but staff took the extra effort to have vest made for us with the hotel logo! Best stay in BLR so far!

I loved the place and service.. we went to celebrate a friend's b'day.. the view was the best.. food was not amazing but goodish.. definitely not budget friendly.. not very expensive also.. avg bill 2.5k per couple..

Location was good, Hotel ambience was very good. I experienced mild musty odor inside room. Further, breakfast was Ok.

A good hotel, though a little claustrophobic. They have not used glass effectively, so the place feels a little locked up

My ongoing stay is going well and good. The staff service and corporation are well teamed and ready to take up our requests and tasks at any point of the day. Well maintained and excellent is my personal rating. Though not rating them 5* as there's always a scope for improvement.

Great ambience. Went for a coffee one late night and the restaurant was though deserted, but got the stuff served well on time, and hot. Expect good hospitality.

Worst hotel I didn't see any hotel like this why should we turn off car engine and all , they won't response properly and security will talk such a bad language and in main porch also and dirty drainage smell will come this is the way to treat with customers like this worst experience I got in this hotel. F*** **f

Greeted very well but the courteous and helpful staff. The hotel lobby is on a higher level and is well decorated and looks posh.

Its a nice hotel, i loved it. Amazing architecture, decor, beautiful rooms, comfortable and cozy. Service is really good and I can tell for sure that you are gonna enjoy your stay here! Go for it guys.

Went for dinner at the Lantern . Food was good and service was wonderful.. Centrally located

I went there during IPL2017 season. RCB team players were also staying in the same hotel. Met AB, Gayle, Kohli, Watson etc...

Good place centrally located but food was not upto the expectations.

Ballroom is just another enclosed space with decent ambiance

Not the ritz you know from the States. It is an interepation of a ritz hotel. The service is good if not overwhelming, you are never alone and nothing is too small for them to do with a smile! The room was nice but not well finished, the robe was old and frayed .. and should never be given to a guest anywhere and the shower door could not be opened if you left the bathmat down to step on after the shower. Its the little things that count behind the reputation of the ritz brand! The executive check in was very nice and breakfast was equally good. If I had a choice in Bangalore ouht would be the Leela everytime!

Went to visit my uncle. Breakfast was good. Hospitality was excellent. 4* because I had to walk from the 2wheeler parking as there was no lift.

A grand hotel in the heart of the city. Elegant and tastefully decorated from the entry right through. The interiors too very pleasant to the eye and very helpful staff.
The food is good and a special word for the house keeping staff, they keep the place absolutely clean. A good experience.

Dirtiest filthiest place in Bangalore . What ever there place is called where they serve breakfast you got to see the metal on top of ur head posting pic to see that a fan in dirtest slum wont be so bad. On complaining the Gm Mr page was missing from hotel. Shameless staff indeed . Lingam the assistant manager just has stupid grin saying he doesn't speak Hindi,what idiot burn ur money dont step in. For exception the Rossa

Na Faretti hair saloon has great stylist but if you sit for manicure and get up you will fall down as the floor is broken on ur left side when u get up Attention!!!! The stylist Jimmy is really good but at wrong place. Posting pic of the bars hanging on top of you imagine how hygienic is ur breakfast.

One of my most favourite five star properties in India. Not just because their service is unmatched or rooms are best in fine details but also because love for art they have. It reflects in every corner of the hotel and you can spend days enjoying this. A very beautiful pool they have and their breakfast is as good and variety full as it can be. located at the heart of city , but then traffic can be a major chaos around. One should not miss staying at this hotel if in Bangalore.

The Market was nice place to have our dinner buffet. The Service was good. The Ambiance was Exelent.

I am giving rating to my experience in the hotel for some conference. The experience was terrible as their infrastructure was horrible. First the projector was not working and after 30minutes delay they fixed it somehow. When everything was fine the power went off and was blacked out for 2 minutes. They were not replacing empty bottles. And food was just fine... Not expected from a property of this class.

We have dinner and food was awesome with good tasty.I would like visit again.

It's Quite better place for Social / Professional events. Better environment.
