Excellent hospitality and very friendly staff here.. Central location in downtown Bengaluru is very helpful for travel... Breakfast service is a bit slow and erratic in my experience... No complaints otherwise. Highly recommended...

We were at the Bang, rooftop bar at the Ritz. Good collection of cocktails and drinks and friendly staff. With a rooftop view and music playing with the Ritz glamour, you can hardly go wrong.

Chic. Location is easily accessible. Has all the necessary amenities. Including good food.

Nic place .... One of the nic place in bangalore. Well maintained, they expect more Foreigner's than local people. cooking staff need more concerntration. Nd u get their luxurious vehicle to pick nd drop u off. Food u get better n other places.

The Ritz-Carlton is very nice. I have attended many events and everytime the support, staff, ambience etc. are good.

Beautiful place. Very classy and with the right decor. Bangalore climate makes it even better.

This place is out of the world. Especially the hospitality is world class. We stayed here for our anniversary and booked the club lounge stay cation package which is value for money. Every one is great at service. The room was so well decorated . They gave complimentary cake and wine. Really the best place if you want to celebrate a special occasion. Kudos to everyone here !!

Pros :
The service and hospitality of the staff is top notch
We got an upgrade and the suite was very spacious and had top amenities
The club lounge is really value for money as you get to munch on stuff whole day long !
Spa facilities are excellent .Jacuzzi , steam , sauna can be used by Hotel guests
Rooftop bar is very good

Cons:
The swimming pool is not that great and could have been better
Spa massages are on the expensive side
For food though there are a lot of options, the taste of all was not that great . For example Masala dosa that we got at the breakfast was not crispy and was burnt .

But if someone is looking to celebrate a special occasion or be it even a business meeting this is the place to go

I am The Ritz-Carlton. We stayed on the 10th floor high-rise club floor. It is about 60,000 yen per night with a transfer car to the airport. The lounge is on the 15th floor. Meals are available until 20:00. You can get breakfast. He cooks Stroganoff. The rooms have wooden floors. The bus is spacious. Separate shower booth. I feel that the service quality is inferior to London's The Ritz-Carlton.

This is a superb hotel in the heart of the city.Loved the interiors and the rooms are awesomely done with decent big size.Food overall is tasty and good.Service is fantastic and they are very helpful to there guests.Overall fantastic stay and would love to come back and stay again.

Very nice hotel. Was received very well and check in involved a welcome drink while seated in a sofa instead of at a reception desk. Rooms are excellent too and have a new feel to them. Powered drapes and an electronic light control panel etc make it very convenient too.

Been there for 2 days corporate training..Ambience and Hospitality was good and food was yum with delicious desserts. Good place to hangout for Team Dinner at the roof top.

Located bang in the Central Business District area of Bangalore, it is a convenient location to travel to any part of the city. The property is beautifully laid out and very cozy and inviting. The staff at the hotel are very generous and address any concerns with utmost humility. Their attention to detail is impeccable.

Was there for a workshop. Amazing hall (and restroom) music. Let me know if you sell CDs of it lol

Food served in buffet was bad as in the rice was spoilt almost. Very bad

Attended a bank event here. The ballroom was well set up and the staff was very courteous. There was dinner and drinks after and everything was quite good and fresh. It was a good experience.

The place was very good but the food was not up to the mark.

We had the executive suite and it was phenomenal. The ambiance of the hotel was calm and peaceful. The employees treat you as kings. The customer service is what this hotel is known for.

Expect more including pictures that are level for a name like the Ritz. It's very nice but not enough to warrant the Ritz label.

We were BLOWN away by their all around commitment to service. They remember your name, activities mentioned in conversation, ask you how it all went... everyone says hello to you and is willing to bend over backwards to meet your needs, and we honestly never want to leave. A colleague recommended the Ritz for a work trip in Bangalore (our first time in India) and about 8 of us stayed here. It s truly a paradise within an urban jungle.

I ll sound like a broken record from reiterating all the other reviews, but their service is seriously superb.
- They gave me this (picture attached) dessert at breakfast upon my mentioning it d be my last day at the hotel!
- My room would be cleaned between the time I left for breakfast and returned.
- One of us was not completely satisfied with her massage and the staff profusely apologized and offered another one to make up for the issue.
- They also offer free cooking classes and mixology classes for guests that inquire.
- My friend loved her haircut from the salon and I m debating getting it next time I m here.
- For those with status, expect world-class treatment. One of us got free drinks and snacks at the bar upstairs!

I will be 100% recommending this to all of my Cisco coworkers and anyone who who wants a luxurious experience in India.
