Have been for Company meeting. Not much know about this.

Quite expensive hotel, Security is too tight that can be felt from Main Gate itself.

Conference room is large and we'll maintained and good interior designs.

Hotel quite large and well maintained with expensive things.

Food quality is ok not bad and cost is too expensive.

Alcohol, Veg and Non veg are served.

Lovely ambience and crowd is sophisticated .great view from their terrace zone where the party happens. Music was not that great as could hear some common old songs also being played

Superb hotel with great service. The attitude and responsiveness of the staff is very good.

It's a Ritz, need I say more. Unfortunately not much choice when it comes to restaurants. You're out of luck if you don't like North Indian cuisine.

Best place to have good Chinese and spend quite time with friends

Super nice hotel. Very good food. Super nice and helpful staffs. The staff at breakfast area even showed us how to properly pour and mix the Indian "filtered coffee" which was more like cappuccino than what we originally had thought. Room was super comfy, bed and pillows felt like squishy heaven. Toiletries smelled so good (mandarin and basil!) and amenities fully equipped and replenished (clean thick big white towels). They also generously provided extra bottles of bottled water without extra charge. Definitely worth every penny spent.

An opulent hotel with large comfortable rooms, good breakfast and a great location for the city centre.

For a fancy 5 star hotel they could have planned it better. Ballroom is not all that big. you cannot enter the ballroom from the basement if you have to commute with the two wheeler the security team actually ask you to walk up the ramp which is about two stories high up.. Main concern was that they were not trained enough in regards to their soft skills with their customers. Acted quite unruly and took their own sweet time to clear up the hall for the next event. The were whiling away their time while we requested them to clear the place..It's just what we experienced. Food seems to be also just average not something to really talk about. It can improve a lot. Just my opinion.

One of the good 5 star hotel. Located in heart of the city. Rich look and excellent hospitality. Food taste and quality also excellent.

Nice and stylish with a contemporary decor. Restaurant was tastefully decorated, though the food was not so tasty.

Really friendly staff and the ambience was amazing. The place is amazing to hold events at and has all the required facilities and is well designed.

The luxury worth staying is totally up to the mark with staff being great , an amazing set of room views and desserts and welcome drinks ,the food is amazing too with variety of world cuisine and amazing salads at this place

I was very much satisfied with the polite and informative staff. The ambience was spectacular with the glass chandeliers and humongous paintings. This posh place would make social gatherings and receptions enjoyable. Especially with a complimentary open bar.

A very beautiful hotel well appointed and great ambience and coffee shop and bars. Perfectly located in the city centre.

Good ambience. Good place overall. No proper connectivity from parking to reception for bikers. You need to walk from parking till the main entrance, which is bad. Didn't expect this.

Best ambience. Wonderful hospitality. Must try the lime tea here.

Have visited for my sister's wedding. The hospitality and room was as usual 5 star, but room and lobby service was not responsive and food was average.

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at out of hundreds looking at value for money. Newly built in Central Bangalore. It started out with the most seamless and fast check in process, when I arrived at 0330am after being picked up by their complimentary ride service from the airport. After providing my passport and a signature I was immediately swooshed up to my room on the top floor. The room itself was nice and spacious with all the modern fittings and equipment you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton establishment.
Very nice roof top bar, two great restaurants (Chinese and Indian), well equipped gym and spa with steam and regular sauna, an outdoor as well as an indoor pool plus an amazing breakfast buffet made this a wonderful experience. On top, a elegant and gentleman's club inspired club area and great staff tending to your every need wherever you went. The only negative thing was when my Uber account was having an issue and I was forced to use the hotel car service - the charge was just above 10x of what the same rice would have cost with Uber - ridiculously overpriced. That aside, this room rate paid vs the value was extremely positive.

Wonderful atmosphere, good hospitality and infrastructure

The service is very good and ambience is awesome. Good place to relax. Even though the hotel is situated in the middle of the city the place is very calm and silent.

The food is very tasty. I tried Chinese and Continental dishes and both were yummy!

Had been here for a corporate party, after the ball room's formalities were done, we went to the rooftop lounge called "Bang" which had a spectacular view. We could also see the Chinnaswamy stadium's lights which were"On" on this particular day for RCB's practice. Drinks were pretty decent - particularly, loved the Whiskey sour. Food was a dinner buffet, pretty decent options to select from. All-in-all, loved the ambience and the feel of the breeze up there!

And the washrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Everything about the stay is perfect. This stay has ruined me for other hotels. Every small detail has been taken care of. The food is simply amazing. Masala Dosa is to die for

Poor room lights! As it gets darker in evenings, no proper lights to even read.

Everything is good. Good room. Beautiful design. Good service. But the TV has no HD channels.

Very rude and callous staff behaviour, they need to rework on their customer orientedness, best to be avoided as you will be treated better even in a roadside restaurants in Bangalore.

It has got a very good ambience, the decoration was really good, there was live DJ which added to the amazing rooftop view
