Great hotel bang in the centre of city. Staff is very courteous and interiors tastefully done. The food at their restaurant is also very nice... Not overtly rich like at few other places but very balanced and subtle.

Overall experience with hotel and its staff were good. Best place to conduct events.

Really pathetic entrance... Crowded if there are any Seminars or Parties held..Buffet was ordinary.. No arching lobby.. Overall Decor pedestrian...

My Wife and I had the most incredible experience staying at The Ritz-Carlton. Each day of our 2 week stay we were met with the sweetest staff members who catered to our wants and needs 24x7. The level of attention given to us was clearly seen as our waiter had memorized how we liked our coffee in the morning or when Chefs and Bartenders personally came out to prepare personal creative dishes and drinks! (Amazing drinks!)
As any other 5 star hotel, the rooms were clean and kept. However only in the Ritz, I felt as though I was at home outside home. Would go back in a heart beat!

Sad food experience at the multi-cuisine restaurant. Malai kofta tasted like sambhar and the overall service (except for a person called Gem...who is actually the only Gem there) was slow and inaccurate. Food taste was also ordinary and cocktails didn't make the cut. Didn't get the feeling of premiumness I was excepting. Alas an ordinary experience!

Had been here for an event. Located on residency road the hotel is magnificent. The security and cleanliness of the place is in accordance with a 5 star hotel. The halls for the events were nice and comfortable. Food served was also tasty and nice. The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful. Only thing I felt which wasn't up to the mark was it's condensed interior spaces. The hotel is built well but open spaces are clearly not a priority.

I was here for Christmas and we saw one of the most beautiful Christmas tree and decorations here. It was just lovely. We also had a good time here. I loved the dessert here. Coffee was average. But the desserts were to die for. Would come here again. Service is good too.

Good place for corporate meet. In case you have more than 100 people, they do have nice ballroom for events and very good space for cocktail and food.

Place is good, food was a dampner, Lal maas was uncooked. Biryani was salty. Ambience was awesome

Deserves to be Star Hotel. Very good Hotel with nice staff. The food was great, the chef were very happy to take the feedback and change the menu. Enjoyed the stay and the event. Organizing the event was really nice considering the support received from the staff and Ritz team.

I visited the place for dinner. Service was pathetic as no one cares if customer needs something.

A wonderful hotel that delivers top class service, ambiance and luxurious rooms. The staff is very attentive, polite and professional. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and delicious. The rooftop bar, pool and spa deliver five star service and ambiance. My favorite hotel in Bangalore.

Didn't had a good experience. Went there on 1st january 2019, food didn't taste well, staff wasn't friendly.

Well maintained, beautiful ambience, good food and excellent service.

Great views but expensive as hell. To top it off the management acts like they're doing you a favour by letting you in.

There is no list facility our lift facility is defied to the two wheeler visitor.This is total discrimination

It is not satisfactory and hyped. Also it is not worth it if you are a vegetarian,the maintenance is sub standard ,requires cleanliness.
