The Ritz stays true to the name. Traffic is the only less appealing factor impeding visits

Have been there a couple of times for corporate events.. the food is pretty good.

Services are always good...for events this is one of the good hotels in terms of cost and service and area

It's a 5* hotel hence the food will be expensive. If you have Zomato gold membership, then it really is a good place for dinner.

Food we ordered were
1.Mughlai dum Biryani: ~900Rs. Trust me, it was so authentic I felt every grain of the biryani was worth the money. 5*
2.Chicken fry and 6types of bread: It was good as well. 4*

Ambience: Luxurious. Calm and peaceful.

Have good restaurant, in that place celebrates come and enjoy like abd, jadeja etc

Can't believe the food can be so bad in a 5 Star hotel for a big team. Except food everything was good.

Good hotel but it's expensive Thoamba costly hotel

Such a beautiful hotel! I stayed here for a few days on a work trip and was made to feel so welcome. Staff are super friendly and the facilities and restaurant are incredible. Couldnt ask for any more. I would like to thank the housekeeping staff for looking after my room, I was blown away by the rose petals and towel that was made into an animal on my last night. I hope i get to stay again sometime in the future.

The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore is an absolutely first-rate luxury hotel. On my business trips to Bangalore, the Ritz-Carlton has always delivered stunning value by meeting my every need and making me feel right at home. This enhances my work in ways that are too many to list. The club on the 15th floor is a particular key to this, being a perfect environment for both business meetings and relaxation. Lastly, all the hotel staff are thoughtful but special commendation goes out to the entire club team, who learn the unique needs and expectations of each guest and then deliver massively. Bravo!

Nice place to host a business meeting or a Corporate function. Food and ambience are also good.

It's a well maintained property at the heart of Bangalore.

Bang on the rooftop is a very lively place. The food and ambience at the Indian restaurant Rizwaz is top notch. I will visit again if I can.

A beautiful place to spend your day.. the lawn is just perfect... I love how they have decorated even the washrooms that they don't even look like a washroom. The surroundings are full of green and beautiful flowers...

Weekend buffet is awesome and has a huge spread. Plus offers from Dineout and eazydiner make it an affordable place for buffet.

The market has some amazing food. The desserts there are amazing , they literally have atlest 20-30 different types of desserts. Amazing food also and worth it. The other restaurants are not really that great . Hopefully this helps you.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city which makes it easy to locate. And the staff over their are very helpful And their have transit facilities also available. And a good place to conduct office conferences

Highly recommended place for fine dining. The welcome was really great and systematic. Parking problem is really well solved and the brand image is really well preserved by Nitesh group. Really good atmosphere for a fine fine evening :)

Trainer Shubham is very good in showing me the right way to do my exercises. I learn a lot from him. Hope he can give me more training next time

Great place to take someone on a serious date. Drinks art the bar are priced high, but Congress with great service. Staff pay attention to details for their guests. The pool area has cozy couple seats. The cross fit center is small but decently equipped.

Everything was fine except food services... Once food is over they will not serve you evenif you will ask for 20 times..

Unprofessional attitude. I had made a booking through Eazydiner. The hotel did not accept the booking saying that they have asked Eazydiner not to take bookings for the day and still Eazydiner did the bookings.

The attitude of the reservation personnel is not welcome and they have behaved like a cheap hotel. We did not like their attitude and returned back. I don't think, we will ever prefer to go back to this hotel.
