I have ordered my ram headlights from you on amazon and they are already peeling off in the inside, i first had issues with the led drls and now the inside next to the projector is peeling off or burning, can't really tell exactly what is is.

I ordered a pair of the white 12 inch XBLed strips in 2012 for my DRL's . These strips are still burning bright three years later. Thanks to TRS for awesome products backed by awesome support. Would recommend to everyone!

The lights are great but the customer service is terrible. I emailed them 11 days ago and have not received a response. I paid $95 for next business day shipping, because both of my headlights went out, and it took 4 days to get to me. That seems ridiculous to pay that much and have it take 4 days.

Update: They finally contacted me and refunded the shipping 14 days after the email.

Ordered a Morimoto HID kit and it s exactly what I was expecting. Was boxed nicely and fairly quick shipping.

Ordered some replacement D2S bulbs for my S2000 and they work great! Reasonably priced and quick shipping. I am looking to do a fog light retrofit soon and I will be buying from TRS.

I have been using TRS for many years for everything from lens upgrades, lamp replacements, to complete headlight retrofits. Matt (The owner) and the crew are always very knowledgeable. I couldn't ask for a more helpful company. When troubleshooting a headlight issue, Matt and some guys helped me take apart a jeep to diagnose a lighting issue. (pinched/broken grounding wire). I send all my friends to TRS for all their HID needs. This is my go to lighting company. You won't regret spending the extra dollars over the cheap ebay knock offs. To this day, after pounding TRS gear down many trails, I still can't get this stuff to fail. I'm about 2 weeks away from my next retrofit. It's an addiction.

I'm impressed! I got a set of 9005 35W 4300K HID retrofits after dealing with a burned out OEM halogen projector bulb. Perfect time for an upgrade! After an abysmal experience trying out a set of "highly rated" LED lights from Amazon, I asked a friend for recommendations, and he pointed me to TRS.

Granted, there were cheaper options available out there for HID retrofits, but none were as reputable and had the guaranteed quality provided by TRS. I spent a good couple of hours (at least!) going through their YouTube channel just to be sure, and yes, they are legit!

I did have to wait a little bit for my order to come in, since I had to wait for some out of stock pieces, but when I FINALLY got them installed, my night drives have become so much better. Easy and straight-forward setup. I'm considering getting my fog lights done next, haha!

Will never buy any more hid bulbs from theretrofitsource. my bmw lights is getting worst due to the bad work done with cesar at lightwerkz and now these hid lights are not even helping. I tried return them back and they offered me a half price on a new set, Thats B......!

Picked up some morimoto fog lights and bulbs and got setup to be a dealer. Products are top quality, shipping was quick and they were very nice to deal with.

After years of dealing with sketchy cheap automotive lighting companies, I am very glad I ran into the retrofit source. I purchased a morimoto HID kit for my 2014 GMC Sierra a couple of years ago. The product was great and buying it was even easier it came in very nice packaging and easy instructions to follow. Recently one of my ballasts stopped working and the warranty department at the retrofit source was a no-questions-asked five star experience. My service provider Ralph was very insightful and very hand on throughout the whole process. You won't be sorry for going to these guys for any automotive lighting products. Thanks guys!

I had purchased a kit from another company (TLF) that has since then closed, I started having issues with my system and I had no idea where to go and see about assistance . After several searches I found The Retrofit Source , I called them up and spoke to Carlos and explained what was going on with my system, I sent in via email pictures of my setup and he helped me DX the whole system while being on the phone, finally we found the issue and he gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of it and just as explained now it works perfect . I can't stress enough the level of professionalism on this man's behalf, I want to thank you for helping me out and you have my respect and a customer for life.

I wish I would have read these reviews before I purchased. Sub par customer service and I just hope my parts all work if I ever receive them. Glad that I choose to pay for fast shipping. At least they told me that they wish there was something they could do, that made it all better. Beware and good luck if you choose to do business with them.

Since I've had the halos I've done nothing more then cope with only 3 of the 16 are actually true color. I've ran green till I was advised it's now not legal but I can run amber, which is one that doesn't work. So I'm at a point of taking these out and replacing them which I'm not happy about since I've spent nearly 200 plus on everything total for it to not be at the standards that's stated in this site. I would like some sort of resolution especially since from other reviews it's the same issue so it's not new ( plus your pictures online for display only show the correct colors "rgb")

The website allowed me to order a discontinued item and when I called to discuss why I was sent the wrong item the service rep basically told me that there was nothing he could do about it and he was sorry

I first purchased from them back in 2010. I bought a retrofit kit and everything about this place is spot on. Customer service is great and they are quick to answer questions of all kinds via email. Their house brand (morimoto) products are top of the line and after 4+ years they are still running strong. Products were shipped out quickly and packaged accordingly.

I purchased an HID kit from TRS and couldn't be more impressed. It took about 1-2 hours to install in my Kia Sportage (I had to do a bit of rewiring on the bulb plugs) but once it was done I was blown away with how good these HID bulbs are. The Morimoto kit threw light further than anything I've owned and beat any LED I have tried. Pattern was great and the cutoff well defined. Would without question recommend the kit and will definitely be installing on my future vehicles.

I purchased the Morimoto F150 XB headlamps during the Pre-order. Received them today and installed them, the installation went very smooth and the headlights are beyond exceptional. The quality actually seems better than the stock OEM and they look amazing, the DRL in white is incredible and gives my F150 a whole new look. Customer Service was exceptional, product exceptional, installation was easy, I cant say enough about how much I already love these lights.

I love everything about this kit. Right out of the box I could tell the difference in quality and build with other HID kits I ve used. The installation guide was also very helpful and easy to follow. 10/10 would buy again

I ordered the H1 Morimoto XB35 5500k bulbs. So far I love these. the output is great and the color is spot on with my 50 watt ballast (crystal white). I will soon be ordering there 800 series bulb for my fogs. A couple months back I liked them on Facebook and opted to get notified when they post something and i can say every time i see a notification from them I get excited. They post awesome picture of retrofits and HID lights with the best cutoff lines. Call me weird but i love it. I'm a huge fan of all time of lighting , and a huge fan of the Retrofit Source. Keep doing what you're doing!

When I got my package it was high quality products one of the best well packaged ive ever seen and the halo rings were really high quality too with all the other stuff that came with my H1 projector system

Bought a set of xb headlights and fog lights for my 2017 f150. Easy process and picked them up from the store Also had a flash sale on IG too!

They do not answer the phone, nor reply to multiple emails about warranty replacement. They just put you on hold till you give up.

Was sent the wrong item was having a tough time getting the correct parts I needed. Multiple people were going to get back to me shortly but after about a week of waiting everything was taking care of and straightened out. Would and will order from rfs again. Their products are such high quality.

I purchased an HID system from TRS about 4 years ago for my GMC Sierra. Both lights went out unexpectedly and Jason Slicer with TRS really worked hard to get me back up and running as quickly as possible. Their product is excellent and priced very well. The design of the website lets you put together the exact kit you need, and lists compatabilities right then and there for you, eliminating the dreaded hunt for parts with 100 tabs open that you're used to. The quality of everything I received was excellent, with wonderfully thought-out packaging. Everything came in one box, making it trivial to move things between my workstation and my garage.
I ordered parts for a full HID projector retrofit with some LED accents, and I've had no issues with the new parts. I've been running the new system for about 4 months now and I love it!
Already convinced a buddy with his own project car to use The Retrofit Source for his lighting needs, once he gets to that stage.

The worst customer service. The support they offer is -0. I have issues with my f150 xb headlights and they are not helping. The lights are not lighting up correclty. They are like flickering and can't drive like that. I work at nights and every time i have to get into the car is a nightmare! Do not buy from this company.! They will never help you . Andrew still told me i cannot return this headlights for a refund, can't belive what service is this. I will post everywhere this so people understand how bad this company is and they fake of their """"xb headlights""""

Ordered the acme h1 super retrofit kit for my 01 f150 xlt super-crew. It came within the allotted shipping time and the install was straight forward and the equipment works great. The projectors are a 200% improvement to the original headlights, and are actually better than the stock projector on some of the new (2016+) vehicles and the kit that I ordered was the most basic kit they offer. I have no doubt that the higher end kits are leaps and bounds above the rest.

Absolutely THE place to get your HID solutions. Their products are fantastic, they pay a great deal of attention to the quality of inventory they carry. I recommend them to all my friends and family for all products related to lighting. I've been a customer for almost 6 years now and I've never looked anywhere else.

The main and most important thing here on top of the product quality is the customer service. Matt and his team are always there to help and respond very quickly to emails and phone calls. They always go out of their way to satisfy the customer from their warranties to the custom headlight part requests.

I orders some switchback bulbs for my pickup, I installed them on a Sunday night both working fine, Monday night rolled around and I was leaving for work and walk towards the front to take a picture and noticed one was out. I went through checking to see what it was..cake back to be the bulb..I tried contacting this company for a replacement or find out what can be done, took them several days to respond! We emailed back and forth for a couple days, they wanted my address for shipment and I ve heard nothing back since!!! NO REPLACEMENT!!! Now they won t even email me back...$45 a bulb and lasted less then 24 hrs....I gave up on this company and went with someone else!!! Satisfied with the same product and half the price!!!

Had some halos partially burn out and TRS was extremely easy to work with. Their customer support was prompt in responding to emails and questions. I would recommend TRS to anyone.

Ordered a pair of Morimoto Elite HIDs to replace the factory halogen bulbs in my car and am impressed. The lights themselves are a huge upgrade and The Retrofit Source makes sure to keep you informed of the shipping process as well as follow up after the product is received. I'll be looking to upgrade my foglights soon and I know I'll be coming back here for quality parts and service.

Came to Atlanta to visit family all the way from Michigan. I had a defective fog light and thought I would go and stop by and see if they can help me out. After checking my ticket number they returned with my part in minutes. Was a great visit and got great customer service by a gentleman named Nate. The showroom was very cool as well. They have such amazing quality products which are worth every penny and fantastic customer service. Unbeatable.

These guys are the best at automotive lighting. People from around the world order from these guys and it's well deserved. I walked in and the guy was very informative. He helped me with all of my issues and included some spare parts for me which I didn't expect to need but when I got down to it I really did.

The previous owner of my vehicle never installed locking rings on the projector housings and when I took off my hid bulb my projector just fell through. Luckily I looked in my box and the guy had supplied me with spares!

They really do care and are experts in their field. I'm just glad that they are located locally in Atlanta for me.

Purchased morimoto mini H1's to do a retrofit on my 13 Hyundai accent. Retrofit was not the easiest but pretty straight forward. Quality was top notch and the cut off line, flicker, and light output is amazing!!!! I will never own another car without a bixenon retrofit ever!!!!

I realize now there is no address on google maps but this thing took me to an abandoned building in middle of nowhere, on top of that I called to figure out where they where so I could buy some hid bulbs but they said it would take 24-48 hours to pick up from their warehouse!!! So if your looking to shop with them today it won t happen, no point in even picking it up since it takes that long to ship the item to you.

I ve shopped all over for upgrades headlights with no luck at all, buying and returning and bickering with sellers. Came across the guys at TRS and BAM!!! First try and we re in business. Fingers crossed everything stays in working order (my luck sucks). Quit fooling with the rest and give your time to the best

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? Almost 45 minutes waiting and nothing! And why so many 5 star reviews by people with only 1 review? And why do you have another company doing headlights (headlight revolution) with same address? They dont answer the phone either! Seems extremely shady to me!

They are the one of very few reliable suppliers for oem headlight components and aftermarket solutions. Customer service and warranty are what they pride themselves for and they are pretty flexible in accommodating most of your needs. The Retrofitsource is a solid company.

I called the Atlanta phone line tech assist on Monday November 23 at 12:20pm. I held for 28 minutes while listing to the same on hold RAP song over and over and over and then gave up. Very impressed with website and YouTube videos , however I do not wait this long to spend my money with anyone. Maybe management needs to get on the phones, something is wrong.

I had to order a replacement bracket for my Morimoto LED's after a deer strike. The process turned into a real ****storm with customer service after the wrong part was sent. Then I was told by the customer service agent that I had ordered the wrong part AND installed it upside down. After playing this game for two day, I called and spoke to management. I am giving this a 5 start because Jimmy is a rock star! He not only handled the issue, he was professional, provided excellent customer service, and more than made up for the idiot I was dealing with. Jimmy, thanks very much. You may have kept a customer after all.

AA Incandescent mag light is brighter than both LED fog lamps together. Returning brand new items gets slapped with a 20% restocking fee, this includes any free stuff from codes! Beware!!!

They use cheap chinese parts that are packed in shiny boxes to look good. Use a Japanese word "Morimoto" to sell those low quality chinese parts. Their ballasts are poor quality and flicker or fail in cold weather. The redesigned ones are just as bad. They are very particular about not replacing parts easily or giving fair refunds to customers. Their bulbs are low quality. Any other "OEM" brands are simply a resell of used parts bought from used suppliers. They control the forums and delete your posts of you challenge them. I wasted considerable amount of money and time buying the Morimoto junk and have regretted it, the money and time wasted.. Don't mess with something as a crucial safety system as headlights. Buy OEM used stuff from eBay rater than this outfit. TRS - FAIL.

Great customer service and the best products out there - worth it, if you care about your 2 or 4 wheeled ride.
