I had to order a replacement bracket for my Morimo...

I had to order a replacement bracket for my Morimoto LED's after a deer strike. The process turned into a real ****storm with customer service after the wrong part was sent. Then I was told by the customer service agent that I had ordered the wrong part AND installed it upside down. After playing this game for two day, I called and spoke to management. I am giving this a 5 start because Jimmy is a rock star! He not only handled the issue, he was professional, provided excellent customer service, and more than made up for the idiot I was dealing with. Jimmy, thanks very much. You may have kept a customer after all.
