Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? Almost 4...

Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone? Almost 45 minutes waiting and nothing! And why so many 5 star reviews by people with only 1 review? And why do you have another company doing headlights (headlight revolution) with same address? They dont answer the phone either! Seems extremely shady to me!
BUT THANKS FOR KEEPING ME ON HOLD SO I COULD READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! SO MANY CUSTOMERS GETTING THE SHAFT!!
