Hotel is good in many aspects. But the service of bell boy is not that good as the other service of hotel.

Deserved 5 stars. The best hotel, great weddings and congresses. Service and professionalism at the height. Great New Year celebrations.

Excellent hotel bar with great service. Did not stay at the hotel but the common areas are very nice.

Close to the importane is the center of super soping

I do not have any remarks. The hospital is perfect, professional and kind enough. One word is a great place to stay in Zagreb.

This is the best hotel in Zagreb no cap is hotel service like You Are a Royal from greeting you at your card or to bring your bags up and loading your bags in the car there surface is not comparable to any orders the food at the Bistro is is immaculate one of the best meals I had in my life the Checkout process was raised as well because they picked our bags up and loaded them in the car and turn on the airco That's Why It Gets a 5 out of 5 Stars

We had a wonderful stay here in Zagreb! The hotel was beautiful and the amenities outstanding! We highly recommend having breakfast at the hotel! So much to do within walking distance!

Het is een van de beste Hotels.
Je moet wel een kamer nemen met parkzicht,dan heb je geen geluid van trams of treinen,
De wifi is in de morgen zeer goed,maat tegen de avond neemtvde sterkte af.
Maar voor gewoon te surfen of e- mail is het oke.
Het restaurant is goed niet schitterend.Wij hadden last van rokers die naar buiten gingen en de deuren open deden,Die deuren twee zijn in het restaurant en zijn drie meter hoog,Vandaar een afkoeling,
Voor de restnvriendelijk personeel.Goed ontbijt.En belangrijk een goede ligging.

The best hotel in Zagreb at an excellent location. Two of the catering outlets are Michellin recommended ones. We tried the restaurant where the atmosphere is very nice, foods are good and staff are friendly.

I met a business partner in the lobby of the hotel and had a meeting with him for an hour in Esplanade bar, without being asked by Esplanade staff if we wanted to order something. Completely unprofessional.

Staff are friendly and location is good. Breakfast and restaurant food is delicious. There is no swimming pool but there is a L'Occitane massage program.

An active luxury hotel with a history of Zagreb. Good location room. It is indebted that people in the lobby feel bad by people.

I have stayed here recently and it s impressive how they are handling the new COVID-19 regulation : staff is protected, sanitizers everywhere, no more buffets, tables are set in front of you and food comes nicely covered with a cloche.

This hotel have a very nice location. And it is just walking distance from the city commercial center.

The room size is very big, and the room that I stayed have a very good view.

The rooms are clean and internet is also fast.

Breakfast area is in the ground floor, and it have a good variety of choices. You can even order from the menu if you want to.

The service for this hotel is very good.

The service was amazing and fast. The food was delicious. The main dish was as tasty as the dessert. The only downside is probably the cost, but every bit of that money is well spent. I really liked it, and I would recommend it !

The Esplanade is a lovely old world hotel. I've spent a lot of time in Vienna and it very much reminds me of a beautiful hotel there, like the Kempenski. The rooms here are a little less modern, but still very nice. The breakfast is generous - a buffet and you can order from a menu, all for the same or. The gym is small. The staff were very friendly.

A lovely hotel in the middle of Zagreb. The staff are well dressed and polite; Zinfandel a restaurant with an excellent breakfast buffet and high level evening; Please note, however, (in the rest of Zagreb) high prices in the bar with approx. DKK 100 PR. Drink according to DKK 20 in the rest of the city.

Hotel Esplanade is a historical monument (if it shouldn't be ..)
He is a Brilliant at the crown of Zagreb's hotel and catering offer!
Staff at a level no longer even seen in Vienna can be seen in hotels of this category.
I am proud that Zagreb has this building!

The price was not so expensive, but thr hotel facility and room was so sophisticated that I could be fully satisfied with the stay.

Grand hotel with pleasant staff and respectable amenities. Large, comfortable rooms. Solid dining options between the casual bistro and more refined Zinfandel s. Easy walking distance to all the highlights. Gym had free weights, which is a plus in my book.
