Please move the smokers to one area so that we can enter the building without inhaling someone else s smoke? They are at every entrance.

The unhealthiest business in Jacksonville. Every time I walk by their public courtyard there are two dozen or more employees smoking cigarettes. The whole area smells like a hookah bar. Apparently some serious stress working inside here.

It appeared I needed to redo the form for each guest. Looking at the map I did not see where we can conveniently park. I called the number listed and it wasn't user friendly. I assume we will be able to pay at the door. I am Ron Mullins. Except for my statements, the form does help with the registration. If another reviewer could give more information referencing my questions / statements that would be good. I will return to read any additional comments made. Thanks for the opportunity to comment.

We had a very difficult time securing a lien release after paying off our note. Start to finish, it took over 5 months to complete the transaction and countless calls (>> 10) to customer service to push the process along. Our experience denotes a conspicuous lack of professionalism that reflects poorly on the TIAA brand.
