The Pros were great AND for a great price! I purchased our package of two photographers, videographer and DJ last black Friday and they did not disappoint! They were all wonderful and we are very happy we chose The Pros! Highly recommend!!!
We chose the Pros to photograph our wedding and are so glad that we did!! Gina V was our photographer! She was energetic, creative and all over the place getting AMAZING photos for us! We found the price to be quite reasonable and we didn t go with a traditional packet that they had listed on their site. We just wanted to do photos and make our own book, I was super pleased when I called and they accommodated us. Super professional, amazing photos and the turn around time to get them back was very quick! We couldn t be more pleased!
I used The Pros photography services. Dale F was our photographer. I highly recommend Dale. He took very beautiful pictures. I really didn't have any ideas as far as what poses I wanted or specific moments I wanted captured and he had a lot of great ideas and guided us on what to do. He's very friendly and has a calming presence. I know it wasn't easy for him since I wasn't giving him a lot of direction in what I wanted since I didn't know what I wanted, and I just appreciate him working with us and going above and beyond to get really amazing pictures. I was able to view my pictures online roughly 2 weeks after the wedding which I thought was very fast. I had heard a couple of my friends complaining that it took a few months to get their wedding pictures so I was really excited when I had received mine so quickly. I had price shopped around and The Pros was one of the more reasonable options. I think they have wonderful service and they didn't break the bank so I really can't say enough good things.
ThePros really did us good. The photographer Tom worked all night constantly and got all the shots. I was amazed by the quality and the great shots he got We! We got to keep them ALL.
Our DJ Norman got EVERY SINGLE PERSON up and dancing. Everyone had a blast at our wedding and we get nothing but compliments for all the fun had. Great songs and he was ON IT.

The Pros were very accommodating for us, especially with all our plan changes due to COVID. We had a great team on our wedding day, and absolutely loved our lead photographer Ashlee who also took our engagement photos. Our photos and raw video footage were sent to us very quickly after our event as well. Cant wait to work with the teams to get our album and video finalized.

We had a wonderful experience with everyone from The Pros for my sons wedding in September. Frank C. was our DJ and he kept the dance floor full all night long. Hugh R. was our photographer and the pictures were spectacular! We were able to see all the pictures from the wedding just a couple of days after the wedding and the only problem we had was trying to narrow down the amount of pictures to go into beautiful album we received. The price we paid for the DJ, photographer and the album was much less than what we found from other photographers alone. So happy we went with The Pros!

I had en excellent experience with The Pros. Even having to plan and re-plan our wedding several times our rep, Lynn was always pleasant to work with and worked hard to make sure we were using our money wisely for our Covid wedding. Our photographer, Tom, was wonderful! He gave clear directions while staying friendly and was able to capture the most amazing photos. As stressful as being a 2020 bride was, The Pros made it so I didn't have to worry about that part at all!

We had a small simple wedding, and originally weren't going to hire a photographer, but my hubs said he knew how much I wanted nice pictures of us, and this would be one of those rare chances, so we started shopping for a photographer, and found the pros. Leighann was so nice and genuine during our phone meeting, and we decided on a small package for 4 hours, we chose Kyu to shoot the event. He showed up before we were expecting him, was nice and patient during the chaos. He took beautiful photos during the event. Was professional, genuine and sincere. We will definitely be using them later on if we have a reason for professional photos.

I can't say enough amazing things about our photographer Sandee. She really got everything we wanted and more for our wedding pictures. We had a very non-traditional wedding at the Zoo and she got everything we wanted and then some. Sandee was fun and friendly the entire day and never said no to a request for a photo. We even had animals from the zoo for our pictures and I think she might have been more excited then we were about them. The pictures are really stunning and came out more beautiful then I could have imaged. I am very shy about having my picture taken but Sandee made me feel completely at ease and made me look like a model on my wedding day! She had a lot of creative ideas that I would have never imagined and most of those ended up being my favorite pictures. We hired The Pros to do our wedding on 9/28/19. We used them for Photography, Videography, and a DJ. Let me just start off by saying I had absolutely no stress whatsoever dealing with this company. Everyone at The Pros that I dealt with from start to finish was very accommodating and knew exactly how to help with all of my planning. Hugh Riley was my photographer, and oh my god my pictures are just absolutely beautiful. His work is truly amazing and he captured every little detail perfectly. Bill Mazzara was my DJ. He had all of my guests up and dancing the entire night. Played all the right music, and was so very entertaining. I had two videographers, Steve Kille who stayed for 8 hours and Dave Richardson who we had for 4 hours. Both guys were great and so very professional. They made us feel so comfortable on camera. I would highly recommend The Pros for any and all types of events. Great company with such awesome, talented, and friendly employees. Thank you for making my wedding day something I will never forget!
We had DJ Chris R for our wedding and he was outstanding. My husband was a little tough when it came to the music because he was a DJ and Chris rose to the challenge. He was able to find every song my husband asked for and found a way to play them all! We had a less than traditional wedding so things were very relaxed and could have gone off schedule very quickly. Chris made sure everything happened exactly the way we wanted. Our family and friends loved him and people danced the entire time. My sales person Jeana was amazing as well. I just got married 2 weeks ago. Erin was my advisor. She helped me tremendously, was very patient and explained everything. I planned this wedding in 2 months, so of course i had last minute changes and they were so accommodating and understanding. I used them for both my photography and DJ needs. They were outstanding. The photographer and DJ reach out to you individually. They try to get a feel for what you want and work with you . People had fun dancing at the reception (thanks to Victor) and i have amazing pictures (thanks to Diego) . They have great affordable packages. And trust me, i shopped around. I could not be happier with the quality of photos Hugh took for our wedding. It was a cloudy day and he reassured me that it was perfect picture-taking weather. He was SO easy to deal with, answered all of my questions, suggested a beautiful area to take our engagement photos because I wanted it to be outdoors . My husband was worried about hiring a cheesy photographer and all the hoops they make you jump through to get the perfect picture--- Hugh was not that person at all. Our photographer was Kha, and he did a phenomenal job! He was communicative and assertive during pictures while still maintaining professionalism and was funny and personable. He reduced stress of the day and stayed on top of timing so I didn t have to worry about a thing regarding photos.
The process before the day went super smoothly, Renee was able to communicate and respond to any questions I had in a super timely manner, and our photographer did a couple calls beforehand with me to nail down details so I felt adequately prepared. I d recommend them again in a second!

The Pros accommodated our change of plans when we significantly downsized our wedding due to COVID restrictions. We were no longer permitted to have a dance floor, so they helped us change our services from having a DJ to a videographer. Hugh was fantastic! Very attentive and conscientious and got along well with our wedding party. He captured the entire ceremony and a lot of special moments throughout the day that we can now share with our friends and family members that could not be there.

I had a great experience with my photographer (Cody Aldrich) and DJ (Scott High) through The Pros. Both were absolutely amazing!!! The guests had an amazing time thanks to Scott and we are blown away by our photos (which returned in less than 2 weeks!). In addition to his amazing photos, Cody was also a blast to work with. My Pros Coordinator recommended them both after I had narrowed down my favorites and her recommendations did not disappoint! The package deals made it very affordable too! I would say my only disappointment was that there were no photos of the set up/decor (such as centerpieces, wide venue shots, photo tables, signs) or of our rings, which I would have really liked because as the bride and groom, you have no time to pay attention to that stuff and it would be nice to remember. However, this is very minor because all of the photos we do have turned out incredible.

Somehow this company got my email address. Not sure how since how I don t even live in that area of the country. At first, I just deleted them, but the employee kept sending me additional emails. I eventually replied and stated I didn t want to be spammed. I then got additional emails stating they weren t spamming me, just attempting to help by providing a service (this is still spam). I eventually emailed back and asked if they would like me to sign them up on random websites so they could get spam. About ten minutes after sending this email, my email flooded with gay porn and websites thanking me for signing up for email lists. I also discovered that the same name I use in my outgoing email was used to sign up for most of this (even automatic spam bots wouldn t have this).
I might add that all of these websites and signups were for the area surrounding their business. I have no ties for that city or even that state. I might also add that I don t give this email address out to anyone except immediate family, and my email has spent a few years being junk free prior to this. The employee then responded back to my threat of spamming them with stating I could try spamming them. It was followed with winking faces.
I contacted the HR manager, and she stated that even though my email was junk free and it got filled with junk 10 minutes after threatening to spam the employee; and even though all the spam came from their home city which I have no connection to (and live on the other side of the country from), it was all a huge coincidence and she doesn t think one of their employees would do such a thing. I contacted the company VP, and he told me I had no proof that his employee did this, as it wasn t sent directly from the employees email account.
Got married on 8/24/17 at The Park Chateau Estate and Gardens. Photographer was Neil T. I am only expressing my experience I used both a photographer and videographer for my wedding it will be two weeks ago tomorrow. I have not received the video yet so I cant comment about that but I received my photos and I am very disappointed and it makes me sad because I can not redue the day or get it back. The biggest day of my life I do not have good photos to show when people ask. I walk around with a photo that was taken in the photo booth. I got dressed, married and had a reception all at one venue so there was no driving back and forth. The venue we chose was beautiful but no one would no that because there are no pictures of the venue, not of the entrance the place reminds me of a castle for the perfect fairytale wedding but I don't see that at all. There are at least 4 pictures of myself and the groom and there should be way more and the photos that were taken has a crappy background again does not reflect the beauty of the venue. There are more photos of me out of my wedding dress (just hanging up) than it is of me inside my wedding dress. There are no photos of my beautiful sign-in book and pen to match that I got hand made, no photos of the cocktail hour, no photos of the signs I made or our photos that were displayed. No photos were taken of any decor. Most of all the venue itself. There was a library area, outside cocktail area, and the front entrance of the place. No photos of the reception area before people were allowed to come in. The one photo of us in the reception area has a worker in the background. The photographer also took a photo of the workers at the place which im confused about. There are so many candid photos which I like but there are not enough professional photos with myself and the groom. There are more photos of the man that caught the garter putting it on the person that caught the bouquet then it is of the groom taking off the brides garter. There are so many photos of one set of couples throughout the entire day, im not sure who told the photographer to take pictures of them all day but looking at those photos if i didnt have a wedding dress on you would have to ask yourself who is the bride and groom here because there are literally not many photos of us. I just want other people to be aware so they can be as detailed as possible to whomever there photographer is and explain what to take pictures of and what not to take pictures of. I truly feel like some of it should go without saying though but after this experience I guess not. I worked so hard on all of my decor and to not have any professional photos of any of it is very upsetting. Overall its a small amount of photos which means the choices I have to choose a perfect photo pf myself and the groom is tiny. More photos could have been taken with an 8 hour time frame. Very disappointed, sad, frustrated and upset.
I attended a wedding here in Sparrows Point, Maryland. The photographer was sloppy looking, not dressed for a wedding and the pictures were horrible.
Evelyn was so professional. I loved her work. She said she is a journalistic photographer and really loves capturing a story. I think she captured the story of my wedding really well. She really paid attention to what I wanted and did that. I love all the pictures and am working on piecing together a photo album for her to create. I am so happy with her work.
We booked Tony Pop from their list of DJs and he was wonderful. Unfortunately, Tony broke his ankle and was unable to preform during our reception. Not to fear! Frank, one of the managers at The Pros stepped in and we had a great reception! We definitely didn t have a group that loved to dance but Frank got them up there dancing anyway! Definitely recommend!
I had my wedding about 4 years ago and never wrote a review. It STILL bothers me to think about what happened at our wedding. Photographers were great, pictures came out amazing and our wedding album is gorgeous.
The DJ was our issue - we chose a DJ at an expo we went to in the city for The Pros and A DIFFERENT DJ showed up at our wedding. Now, this wouldn't have been such a big deal if he did a good job but he was awful. A much older gentleman who's taste in music/style was totally not in sync with ours. I had so many songs/artists I wanted to hear and was so disappointed.
1. He played dance music during the cocktail hour and slower music when people should've been dancing.
2. I had specifically asked for our wedding song to be played for only a few seconds before the guests were asked to join and he had my wedding party join us instead and it was so awkward.
3. He played the completely wrong song for the mother/son dance
I called The Pros a few days later to complain about what happened and they gave me a discount on my wedding album. I honestly think I should've been compensated for the money I spent on the DJ.
Obviously I would never recommend working with The Pros considering my bad experience.
The dj was terrible! Larry C of Nashville arrived late causing the ceremony to start late and he didn't have specific songs requested for milestone moments. His playlist contained vulgar language and was not suitable for a weddings.
The Pros provided photography services for my niece's wedding on Feb 22. There were two photographers, and they were both very friendly and accommodating. The pictures have already been posted online, and they are spectacular! Great formal shots of our whole family, and gorgeous photos of the ceremony and reception. I highly recommend their services, very professional and beautiful photography!!

We got married on 02.09.19. We only started planning the wedding as of 12.4.18. Renee was our advisor through the whole process and she was simply amazing! She was helpful and prompt with her responses to all of our questions. The Pros made it easy and affordable for us to package our photography and DJ together. Millie was our photoagpraher and Tony Pop was our DJ. The two of them were amazing. We seriously couldn t have asked for better people to be there with us and make our wedding as wonderful as it was. I would reccomed the services of The Pros for sure and would highly recommend Millie for photoagraphy and Tony Pop as the DJ!!
I used the Pros for both my photographer and DJ. Both were fantastic!! Rick, our photographer was incredible. Not only was he great, but the pictures are even better! He was so nice, had great ideas for cool shots, and also did every picture I asked and some! If you have the chance to get Rick..DO IT!!
Our DJ was Frank. He was so accommodating to my somewhat different reception with Greek music and dancing. He played every song I asked him to, plus some more fun dancing music. My dance floor was never empty! I had SO much fun and he was great as well.

We used the pros for our wedding on August 29th 2015. A few weeks before the wedding, they replaced one of our photographers with a different one who had a completely different style of photography than the one we had selected. The day of the replacement was rude, unprofessional, and both photographers didn't take pictures of half our venue and guests. The photos were so bad, we had to do a reshoot of at least our couple photos as it was impossible to get the 16 person wedding party back together again without months of planning. Almost 3 months later, and so much stress and anxiety that it made me physically ill, we just got our thank you prints in the mail today (completely blurry, including the "thank you" text) and didn't get our raw video footage until about 2 weeks ago. On top of that, the Web page they use to host the images wouldn't let any of our guests view the photos for over a week (it took them over 2 weeks to post unedited photos in the first place as it was) and it glitches and brings up error messages constantly. I could go on but it would just make you hate them even more. This company and everyone who works there has been unhelpful, rude, and completely terrible to work with. They ruined my memory of my wedding day. For the sake of your sanity, choose someone else.
We used The Pros (in Philadelphia area) for our wedding photography. They were good for the most part, however, I'm leaving a 2 star rating because of the horrible customer service that was provided by our advisor.

My wife and I were introduced to The Pros by our friends, though they provided the recommendation with reservations. We decided to attend one of their local open houses in search of a wedding photographer. After looking through Rick Loesche's portfolio, we knew almost right away that we had found our photographer. The staff that night were all extremely helpful, however, it went downhill after that evening.
Nicole was assigned to us as our advisor. Her very first contact with us was a one line email asking us to sign the attached sales contract, which did not reflect the agreed upon price we had discussed at the open house. She never introduced herself nor did she ever make us comfortable working with The Pros. You can apparently submit many requests and add on services through their website, which she never bothered explaining to us.
Over the next five months, the communication became worse. On multiple occassions, we tried emailing her with questions, and either received responses over a week later, or didn't receive responses at all. We were never able to reach her over the phone nor did she respond to voicemails.
Three weeks prior to our wedding with it being crunch time, and after two weeks of not receiving any responses from Nicole despite multiple emails and phone calls, we reached out to The Pros and explained the situation. We were reassigned to Elizabeth, who apologized on behalf of Nicole and began to immediately help us resolve our questions and requests. She was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond to our emails and calls. Elizabeth helped us scramble at the last minute to take care of everything that Nicole neglected to address.
Photographers:
Our primary photographer, Rick Loesche, was amazing. He lived up to our expectations on the wedding night. He was very easy to work with and personable. His photos turned out amazing, and we loved his composition style. With our wedding being on a rainy January day, he was forced to be creative and go with indoor pictures, which turned out really great. We were also assigned a backup photographer, Vince, who did a great job as well. Though his composition isn't the quality of Rick's, his pictures still were good and complimented Rick's pictures very well. We were very pleased with both photographers.
Summary:
Our experience with our first advisor, Nicole, was enough to leave a bad impression. We're not sure we can recommend The Pros to our friends and family out of fear that they will be assigned to her. Everything else about The Pros was great.
We had an amazing experience working with the pros. We worked with Renee Catalano who made the entire experience easy. She definitely cared about us and our needs and followed up with us constantly. Ashlee, our photographer in the NY area, could not have been better. We did both our engagement and wedding session with her. Her work is beautiful and we got our pictures back faster than we expected. The packages offered are inclusive and at a great value. We highly recommend the pros!
This company is terrible. Photographer made rude comments throughout the day. The videographer got sloppy drunk well before the wedding was over and made inappropriate comments to several guests. Most of the video taken was unusable. The company refused to address the issue and demanded proof from the bartender, even though multiple members of the bridal party corroborate the poor conduct of the photog and video. Do not hire, these people give the field a bad name.
My wedding was 9/23/17. Honestly it took me so long to review this company because I m just stuck. The photos weren t AMAZING and they weren t horrible like I ve seen some of them. I still haven t done my album because i honestly don t feel like i have 75 great photos.. none of the photos are edited everything is just raw pictures. If you can spend the extra money on an independent photographer because we had no direction from both our photographers. It also stinks because after seeing the photos we would have kept our 2nd photographer (4hrs) instead of the 1st photographer(7/8hrs). The 2nd photographer seems more into being at the wedding and getting unquie photos. Our first photographer was late and then on the way to the church his car broke down and my mother in law had to pick him up on the way to the church so he wouldn t miss our ceremony, and it seemed like he was stressed the rest of the event. He was very nice! But you could tell he wasn t all there more worried about his car etc. i wish i would have spent the extra cash so that i at least had beautiful edited pictures and half of the pictures my eyes are closed....
Great services and coordination from a central company. Have used them twice so far and both experiences were fantastic. Takes a lot of stress away from a situation that is stressful enough.
The pros were a fantastic company to work with. Our photographer was perfect for the wedding. He made everyone feel so comfortable all day. He went above and beyond too, he made sure I was on time to every single thing, photo related or not. They truly helped make our day perfect and their photos captured natural/real photos from our night!
We used The Pros for a Dj for our Wedding. Our DJ, Chris, did an excellent job playing music we requested as well as music requested by the guests on the day of. He was very organized so announcing the wedding party and us went smoothly. He also did a great job with the special dances we asked him to play! I wish the venue had communicated a little more with him about making the announcements for dinner and dessert earlier, but they happened and it all worked out in the end. Overall, Chris did and excellent job and I would definitely recommend him to others!
We booked Hugh R. to photograph our wedding and could not be more pleased!! He was punctual and showed a great deal of patience with us and our guests throughout the evening. The quality of his work was impeccable, we are so glad we chose him to capture our special day! A five star rating isn t enough!!

I used The Pros DJ service at my wedding. I recommend that service highly. It was very affordable and the DJ was simply fantastic, helping to maintain the mood, listening to us and generally smoothing out the rough bits. I cannot imagine what things would have been like without him. (He was also the only person there who knew how to tie a tie so... yes, without him I would have wasted the money spent on my tie and not looked nearly as good that day) I cannot recommend them enough.
Get a local photographer, someone you can meet with, a company that will contact you back when they promise to. Its been 6+ weeks from our wedding and we have had to follow-up with multiple people to figure out when we will be getting our pictures.
There is no proactive communication from The Pros. We have had to contact the photographer, our "advisor," her manager and only get undelivered promisses.
The website promises 2 weeks to get your photos (and most of the time its sooner than that) but this has not been our experience. The photographer at the wedding was ok, nothing super special, there were many shots we could not get, a few times when he was away from the action.
We wish we can get our pictures but I encourage you to find a different company to capture your event, we wish we would have.
The music was perfect!!!!! Couldn t have asked for a better DJ !! So many people have complemented me on how great the music was!! He kept the music playing that kept people dancing:)
Will not recommend this company at all, the DJ did a mediocre job at my wedding. He missed a lot of things in my list, one of my guest had to tell him what to do. Anybody could have done a better job than he did, they should have given me my money back. It was a disgrace.
I am overwhelmed by how well our process working with the pros went. starting with the bridal expo, they allowed us to build our package, with what we wanted for the discounted prices. they kept in contact with us, throughout the year, especially in the final weeks. our dj, chris was INCREDIBLE. he had our dance floor packed, ALL night. we even had people asking for his info! he played everything we wanted!! he was so so so good to us. i truly also believe, one of the best parts about our wedding was our photographer, ashlee. i could cry thinking about how exceptional she was. she made sure me and jason were top priority all day, making pictures run so smoothly, while also having a good time with us and keeping us laughing all night. i am overwhelmed, by how incredible our pictures came out. and how quickly we got them! thank you to the pros, and our pros for how well our wedding went!! we can't thank you enough!!!!
Our photographer Tom was amazing! Just make sure you read your contract carefully. It is very hard to make changes to your contract and we ended up paying for services we didn't need/use because of health related reasons.
Due to COVID we had to move our venue and change our wedding details many times. The Pro s stayed very helpful and professional through it all! They were able to adjust to our requests quickly and efficiently. Our special day would not have been the same without them!
The Pros accommodated our change of plans when we significantly downsized our wedding due to COVID restrictions. We were no longer permitted to have a dance floor, so they helped us change our services from having a DJ to a videographer. Hugh was fantastic! Very attentive and conscientious and got along well with our wedding party. He captured the entire ceremony and a lot of special moments throughout the day that we can now share with our friends and family members that could not be there.
Monica is amazing! She was professional, laid back, and able to roll with our disorganized and ridiculously crazy day with ease. The photos look amazing, every single one is my favorite. She did such a wonderful job that my maid of honor just booked her for her own wedding! Thank you for everything, Monica!

We absolutely LOVED our photographer Doreen. She was such a huge part of helping our day go perfectly. She didn't allow me to stress at all...she took charge in organzing the bridal party, family etc. She was creative and fun and captured all our special moments. We had all our photos available in 10days which was awesome! Our day would not have been the same without her!
We got married on 8/17/18 cher was our photographer! She was beyond amazing. She took such great pictures, along with helping us girls and guys get ready. She was both a great person and photographer. Thank you for sending her our way. I couldnt have asked for anyone better!
The Pros was such a convenient, affordable option for us. If you re looking for a site with a great selection of photographers/videographers, they have them! We opted to have two photographers at our wedding and they were both professional and took beautiful photos. Hugh was our photographer for family photos. He did an incredible job working with my kids! He was patient and had such an eye for catching their personalities! Hugh Riley is My personal media photographer and he is simply the BEST CHOICE there is and I could have NO other! Being a sponsored artist for a major electronics equipment company means that I need a lot of professional promotional shots taken of myself and others in a professional yet energetic manner and yet be comfortable in the different settings we deal with. Hugh did everything needed with a smile and Greg White also personally assisted to make sure the shoot went well by helping out. This means a lot to us that the CEO and COO of the company took so much time to help me and my company out. The Pros are under an ownership change recently and it is AMAZING to see what is happening and the new Branding that The Pros and The American Wedding Group are doing. The Pros provided a great and stress free service. The majority of transactions are completed online via email or their website. Their costs are reasonable and the photographers are flexible with your wants and needs on your special day. Overall, I would use The Pros again and recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer.
We had a great experience with our photographer Donya. The pictures came out beautifully, she was so accommodating, and very prepared. The best part of The Pros (other than their price) is you get all the rights to your photographs which is extremely important! Thank you guys for making our experience so wonderful on such an important day!
The Pros were wonderful to work with. I had a destination wedding and The Pros eased the stress of finding a photographer and DJ in a different city. The wedding day was planned out all online which made it easy to keep the day organized. I worked mostly with Erin Marron and she was fantastic. Our photographer was EXCELLENT! He was like a ninja getting photos! And going back and looking at the final product is like reliving our wedding day all over again!

We found the Pros at a wedding expo near the Baltimore area. Denise gave us a good deal for 2 photographers compared to what we saw online. She even threw in some bonuses like a canvas and upgrade in the wedding album. We got to meet 2 of the photographers there. Initially we went with the first photographer, but Denise recommended Tom Flanders, who we ended up choosing. We didn't actually communicate with Tom again until a week or so before the wedding. We didn't meet again until the wedding day. He arrived with the second shooter on time at our venue. He was patient, took amazing pictures and suggested fun poses for the bridal party. The most impressive thing about Tom was that we literally got all our photos back in 5 days! I feel like that's unheard of. I went to a few weddings earlier in the year before our own, and they still hadn't received their pictures 4 months later. We were pleasantly surprised that we liked how we looked in at least 90% of the photos. (Sometimes we can be our worst critic). We were very happy we chose Tom and he shot excellent pictures that we will cherish for a lifetime.
A month ago was our wedding and it was amazing but had issues with our DJ.
We picked the Pros because we went to a dj event at the Plymouth meeting mall and thought our dj was hands down the best at the time. he couldn t really get it together. While we picked a lot of our songs, he wasn t all there. The music was skipping while they were eating the vendor meals, then he played the same song 4 times in a row. Then he brought his wife to help, and I had a quest who was intoxicated and she kept requesting/demanding songs, while I understand the dj has to accommodate all kinds of crowds and play what we suggest, it s hard to get to everyone. Which Is fine, but his wife told my guest who is a very close friend that she should go to AA and get away from the table.
That s HIGHLY unprofessional. Even if the dj s wife thought it, it should have been said. My guest in return said she needed to go to an old folks home. I don t like hearing negative things about my wedding but this is the only thing people are telling me. I first heard of this when I went to say thank you to the dj and they themselves admitted it to me and I said I was so sorry that happened but then realized I shouldn t of said sorry for anything.
I spent 765 with your company then when confirming everything with our dj the week of, added in a additional 100 for ceremony set up, then tipped him 100. So all together 965. I don t have money to just throw around and when I spend something like that, I expect nothing less than PERFECT. So I am highly disappoint and will never use your company again and will be telling my friends which originally I recommend the pros to 4 of my friends who are currently engaged.
I cannot say enough about David Lee P from the Pros in Indianapolis. We hired him as our DJ for our wedding and it could truly not have been better. Due to COVID, we had to make some last minute changes but David was so easy to work and so flexible! He did such a great job reading the energy level of the crowd and really began to understand everyone's music preferences. He scaled back when he needed to but really brought the party when we were ready! Having David at the wedding was one of the best parts of the night and I will forever be grateful! I cannot recommend him, or the Pros, enough!

My husband and I hired the Pros for our May 2017 wedding. The photographer lost the photos of us, the manager lied to us about what happened, and Vice President Hugh Riley continually dismissed us and downplayed the severity of the situation. He was the single worst part of the entire ordeal. He told us that he could not give us a full refund because a full refund would mean that all the photographer s work was worthless. He also said he couldn t offer us any more than a 33% refund because while he understands that the photos are worth millions to us, they re not to the company. We had very high hopes for this company and we are so devastated at the loss of our photos. We will never use or recommend The Pros.
Great experience. Our photographer was always available for us and the customer service overall was great and very helpful. The pictures look awesome and the process was very flexible and catered to our needs.
I attended a wedding this Friday that my husband was a groomsman in. They photographer was supposed to show at a Hotel at 1:00 to begin taking pictures of the bride as she was getting ready. 3:15 all the guest are waiting for the entire wedding party bc the photographer never showed. The wedding was delayed 1hour and a 1/2 while "an emergency " photographer was sent by the company. Completely unprofessional and ridiculously unreliable. I wouldn't use them if the offered free service!!!!!!
We chose to use the Pros to cover three of our wedding vendors. We had Steve for our DJ and he was fantastic! Due to covid we were not allowed to have a dance floor, so Steve came up with some games for all of our guests to safely play while being socially distanced. Everyone had a blast!
Our photographer was Stephanie and she was such a sweetheart! She did our engagement photoshoot and the photos came back so quickly and beautiful! We can't wait to get our photos back from the wedding!
Our videographers name was also Steve and he was so responsive to us and helped us out to livestream our wedding for all of our friends and family who were not able to attend the wedding.
We are hoping to do another event next year to celebrate our anniversary with all the friends and family who were not able to make it, and we will be 100% be using the Pros again. We would recommend The Pros to everyone who is planning their wedding. They are a 3 in 1 system and they make everything so easy for you! All of their staff is super friendly and professional!
I hired The Pros for all 3 Photography,Video & DJ. I was mostly happy with all services. David D was my photographer he took great pictures for the most part but really didn't have much creative on poses for the bridal party they kind of all look the same maybe slightly change. I gave him some ideas on photos I wanted that I told him and they didn't get taken :( And I have no group pictures from my side of the family at all from the reception which made me very upset! Has for the DJ Robert I feel liked he played a lot of older songs which didn't interested my guest so the dance floor was empty periods of the night which didn't set good for me. If you see that no one is dancing to the music your playing don't you think you should do something about. I'm paying a paying a lot of money for you to keep my crowd on the dance floor there was a mixture of young, middle age people. He really didn't play anything that was NEW. Dave my video guy didn't do such a bad job. He was very pleasant to work with. It would of been nice to have met up with all 3 before my wedding without having to get charged. For goodness sake I'm already paying enough for you to do my wedding a meeting should be included in that price. At sometimes I saw Dave the photographer just standing there not taking pictures he should of been snapping all night long. If I could do over I might have done my research better! :/

Somehow this company got my email address. Not sure how since how I don t even live in that area of the country. At first, I just deleted them, but the employee kept sending me additional emails. I eventually replied and stated I didn t want to be spammed. I then got additional emails stating they weren t spamming me, just attempting to help by providing a service (this is still spam). I eventually emailed back and asked if they would like me to sign them up on random websites so they could get spam. About ten minutes after sending this email, my email flooded with gay porn and websites thanking me for signing up for email lists. I also discovered that the same name I use in my outgoing email was used to sign up for most of this (even automatic spam bots wouldn t have this).
I might add that all of these websites and signups were for the area surrounding their business. I have no ties for that city or even that state. I might also add that I don t give this email address out to anyone except immediate family, and my email has spent a few years being junk free prior to this. The employee then responded back to my threat of spamming them with stating I could try spamming them. It was followed with winking faces.
I contacted the HR manager, and she stated that even though my email was junk free and it got filled with junk 10 minutes after threatening to spam the employee; and even though all the spam came from their home city which I have no connection to (and live on the other side of the country from), it was all a huge coincidence and she doesn t think one of their employees would do such a thing. I contacted the company VP, and he told me I had no proof that his employee did this, as it wasn t sent directly from the employees email account.
Overall, our photographer from The Pros got the job done. He was kind, courteous and fun. Some of our pictures could have had better lighting and more attention to details. He was limited on pose ideas and looked for more direction from us which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, but in the moment it was difficult to come up with ideas on the spot. However, we did end up with some very great pictures as a whole and we are satisfied with our final product. We would definitely recommend The Pros they offer great deals and you can choose your own photographer at their expos they hold often. You can also choose your own packages between photographers, videographers, DJs and even photo booths! Our wedding advisor through The Pros was helpful throughout the process of our planning! Again, did I mention the packages are a great deal! Not only can you receive prints and albums, but you can also get a DVD-rom with all of your images and all the rights to reprint.
I found a the pros at a wedding expo and their deals are unbeatable! After we found out we had to cancel our Maine wedding because my husband was being deployed, I called all the vendors that I was going to use through them (photo, video, DJ). They were all very understanding of the situation and so was my advisor. After a few complications, the COO reached out to me to make sure that everything was handled correctly and even thanks my family for the opportunity to use them in the future (if we ever needed anything) and thanks my husband for his service. Even though I didn t get to use their services, all their photographers, videographers and DJs were professional and personable!

The Pros Weddings was easily the best company I worked with when planning my wedding. They were always responsive when I had questions and the photos our photographer got are AMAZING. While we did face some hiccups along the way with getting our video edited and bringing the final project together, Hugh did a phenomenal job at reaching out to me after my first review and listening to our concerns. From that first phone call with Hugh I knew we were in the right hands. He walked us through getting our final video edited. We left the editing in the hands of Hugh and his company and the final product turned out absolutely amazing. We trusted them to pick out the highlights and chose a song and I couldnt thank them more for the great job they did. Even after I confirmed that the video was to my liking Hugh reached out multiple times to make sure that my questions were answered and all my needs were met. We will be receiving the final product on the USB shortly and I can't wait to show everyone. Thank you again!!!!
We really loved working with William T. from ThePros. He was super professional and talented. We enjoyed receiving our raw footage soon after our wedding day and the edited wedding video turned out very nice.
Having the pros on my wedding day was one of the best decisions I made for the wedding. They made it a little less stressful for me.
I used a photographer by the name Camilla, she was very professional, and friendly to work with. I absolutely love our wedding album. Communication was very good throughout the stressful wedding planning process. I would recommend the Pros to future brides!
Steve Kille (Photography) - After looking over the portfolios of the different photographers and videographers with The Pros, we agreed we wanted to work with Steve K. At the time we liked his work the best for both the photography and videography, we were a little bummed he could only do one for us, so we asked him to be our photographer. We couldn't have asked for a better option, Steve was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional for us. We first booked him for our engagement photo session, (wherein he befriended a bumblebee for most of the day), and got tons of great shots, despite an impromptu downpour that left him completely unphased. Actually one of our best shots was during the storm. They day of the wedding, he was on top of everything, coordinating with the DJ and kept us in check for where we needed to be. It came as no surprise that we had 100s of beautiful photos to enjoy out of the 1500+ he snapped. The most amazing part was that those photos were available to us (with his personal favorites highlighted) 3 days after the wedding. Truly couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
Jordan Katz (DJ) - We met Jordan at an open house night offered by The Pros, and were impressed by his demonstration balancing a professional demeanor with great music. Admittedly I didn't realize a DJ did much more than play songs and make announcements; Jordan explained how he coordinates with everyone from the bridal party to the kitchen staff to ensure a seamless night. I knew we could trust him for a great time. We gave him our music selections and do-not-play list, both of which he respected and balanced well, and he didn't poke too much fun at me for my stranger requests. One thing I was worried about was how he would handle the garter toss, (we'd been at a wedding the month before where the DJ had such a tacky approach, the groom seemed uncomfortable and a good portion of guests called it a night), but Jordan had a great approach with a fun twist that I think made it more fun for everyone.

Heard about this company through a bridal show. They would not leave me alone afterwards. I got a lot of calls and emails from ALL the companies from the bridal show but this one by far was the one of most annoyance. How can you possibly want to look through everything when you re getting a call, email, text and voicemail SO frequently from the same person. It made me uninterested very quickly.
We selected The Pros based on talking with a friend who had contracted with them for their wedding. We had a short time to put everything together and find a DJ and Videographer quickly. This was the best site that we found to do that. Their questionnaire helped us plan out what we wanted for music and also to make our videographer wishes known.
Both the DJ and the videographer worked out perfectly. The unedited version of the video captured all of the important moments of the wedding as well as the reception. We had The Pros edit the video for us and that did a super job adding music and keeping the ceremony in tact and getting some of the best moments of the reception.
All in all we were very pleased with the jobs that were done.
