We used The Pros (in Philadelphia area) for our wedding photography. They were good for the most part, however, I'm leaving a 2 star rating because of the horrible customer service that was provided by our advisor.

Advisor:
My wife and I were introduced to The Pros by our friends, though they provided the recommendation with reservations. We decided to attend one of their local open houses in search of a wedding photographer. After looking through Rick Loesche's portfolio, we knew almost right away that we had found our photographer. The staff that night were all extremely helpful, however, it went downhill after that evening.

Nicole was assigned to us as our advisor. Her very first contact with us was a one line email asking us to sign the attached sales contract, which did not reflect the agreed upon price we had discussed at the open house. She never introduced herself nor did she ever make us comfortable working with The Pros. You can apparently submit many requests and add on services through their website, which she never bothered explaining to us.

Over the next five months, the communication became worse. On multiple occassions, we tried emailing her with questions, and either received responses over a week later, or didn't receive responses at all. We were never able to reach her over the phone nor did she respond to voicemails.

Three weeks prior to our wedding with it being crunch time, and after two weeks of not receiving any responses from Nicole despite multiple emails and phone calls, we reached out to The Pros and explained the situation. We were reassigned to Elizabeth, who apologized on behalf of Nicole and began to immediately help us resolve our questions and requests. She was extremely helpful, professional, and quick to respond to our emails and calls. Elizabeth helped us scramble at the last minute to take care of everything that Nicole neglected to address.

Photographers:
Our primary photographer, Rick Loesche, was amazing. He lived up to our expectations on the wedding night. He was very easy to work with and personable. His photos turned out amazing, and we loved his composition style. With our wedding being on a rainy January day, he was forced to be creative and go with indoor pictures, which turned out really great. We were also assigned a backup photographer, Vince, who did a great job as well. Though his composition isn't the quality of Rick's, his pictures still were good and complimented Rick's pictures very well. We were very pleased with both photographers.

Summary:
Our experience with our first advisor, Nicole, was enough to leave a bad impression. We're not sure we can recommend The Pros to our friends and family out of fear that they will be assigned to her. Everything else about The Pros was great.
