We highly recommend The Pros to anyone looking for a professional photography team. From the initial contact to the final photos, this is a company that truly cares about every aspect of your wedding. Leigh Ann was always available and willing to answer any and all questions. Our photographer, Svetlana, was amazing! She met with us when we arrived in town a few days before the wedding and listened to all of our photography requests. As for the photos themselves, we were in awe of all that she captured. Always smiling and willing to go the extra mile to make sure we had the photos we wanted. Our wedding day was unforgettable and the memories will be with us forever in the photographs!! Words cannot thank you enough...

If i could give this company a zero I certainly would. Terrible company, unprofessional, not worth your time or money. Please beware of this company. They ruined my wedding day after the photographer quit. Got terrible pictures from the ones actually taken. Management was unaccomodating us and called me, " emotional" as if anyone wouldnt be after dropping thousands of dollars on their wedding day for a service they didn't recieve. When you see the pros, look elsewhere.

The Pros were recommended to my husband and I by our venue - Martin's East. I was impressed by the detailed survey and questionnaire on their website. Our DJ was very nice when he called the week of the wedding to discuss some details with us. At the wedding, however; the attention to detail was lacking. The wrong version of my Father Daugter dance song was played, and a song was played during the reception that was on our "do not play" list. Additionally, we had attached a list of about 20 songs we wanted played throughout the reception that were not on the stock list. Only about 3 or 4 of those songs were played. You guys have a good system with the website and questionnaire, but you could work on the follow-through a little more.

The pros were fast to respond to any questions I had and I had my photos ten days after the wedding! Our photographer Doug Melvin was phenomenal! Thank you so much!

Dale F was our photographer. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, very friendly, had great suggestions and was open to our wacky ideas. Receiving a copy of the original photos, with rights to print ourselves was a great value. I would definitely recommend The Pros Photography services to others.

We had such a great experience! My best friend recommended The Pros to me after using them for her wedding a few years prior, and I was blown away by the value. You get to choose from a few options and I was truly so happy with our DJ and photographer. They were both such great people to work with.. DJ Tommy Mac is amazing! And Stu K was a great photographer! Highly recommend both.

We went with ThePros (Denise Krapf - main point of contact, Hugh Riley - primary photographer & Doreen Kapasakis - secondary photographer) for our wedding on 8/17/19 for a couple of reason - the biggest one was the price and what we were looking for. We felt we didn't need an absolute ton of staged shots, didn't want a bunch of hardcover printed books and we generally felt the photographer costs of most options were wildly overpriced. So what we wanted to find was the right price and someone who got what we were looking for - great photos of the ceremony, some great shots of the bridal parties and families (which we did before on the boardwalk of Asbury Park with the graffiti) and some great photos of people partying it up.

In going with ThePros - we definitely got more than our money's worth! Not only did Denise & Hugh convince us we had the time to do shots on the Boardwalk before the ceremony, they picked the perfect spot and got all the photos we were looking for - the traditional shots and first look, but also just the great candid shots of the bridal parties and families enjoying themselves.

The ceremony and party pics were great (and there were so many!). Additionally, Denise got us a great deal on a Photo Booth through them - the Photo Booth pictures (and the book they had everyone sign during the night) was perfect!

Denise was great to deal with - as we had tons of questions and were on the fence about a lot of things, she helped walk us through the options and gave great recommendations.

I'm sure the more expensive photographers are great, but Denise, Hugh & Doreen rocked it for is - they gave us everything we wanted, helped us along the way and really delivered some awesome photos!

Only feedback is their website is a little hard to usecbut we were able to download hi-res photos and upload them onto our google drive, which made it easy to share with our guests.

We had an amazing engagement shoot with Hugh he is professional and extremely knowledgeable with his camera and directing the flow for me and my fiance. We absolutely Love our pic and looking forward to how our actual wedding will turn out!!! I will recommend the Pros and Hugh for sure again.

My Wife Sarah and I were Married on June 3, 2017 at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, N.J. Our experience with The Pros was Amazing! The Staff at The Pros was always there to assist us and answer any of our questions, before and after our Beautiful Wedding. Our DJ and Videographer from The Pros were both Incredible! True Professionals! The Music was Terrific and our Wedding Video from The Pros is Perfect! We would Definitely recommend The Pros to anyone who is planning a Wedding. My now-husband and I decided to book our wedding photographers through The Pros Photography, and we couldn t be happier with that decision!

We were so happy to not only be assigned two photographers, but we were also assigned a Customer Service Manager who regularly checked in on us to make sure we were meeting deadlines and were making our wants and needs clearly listed for The Big Day. Our CSM Janine was so kind and easy to communicate with, which really helped put this bride s mind at ease! She answered all of my questions quickly and was very knowledgeable about the company s services.

Our photographers David and Jillian were the absolute best. The two of them made sure every detail of our wedding was captured, from decor photos to posed photos and candid shots. The two worked together great and were able to bounce ideas off of each other and were very open to any ideas or suggestions we had as well. We ended up with the most stunning wedding photos that are even more beautiful than we imagined! David and Jillian were able to capture all of the emotions and love that was being felt in the exact moment.

We also strongly recommend The Pros because of their excellent Package Deals. We were able to hire two photographers for several hours, receive touched up digital photos and a printed photo album at a very competitive cost compared to other vendors we looked in to.

A picture is worth a thousand words, and the smiles on our faces says it all! You ll be glad you hired The Pros!

I found The Pro's via WeddingWire back in 2015 and was invited to their showcase in Manhattan to view and interview photographers, videographers and DJs. We already had a DJ but needed a photographer and videographer. At that event, I hired David Burton (photos) and Roderick R. (videos). Since the wedding was two years away, I had enough time to book an engagement shoot. If your fiance was anything like mine, the engagement shoot is a MUST! My hubby is not 'a pose and cheese on command' kinda dude. Thankfully David was able to connect with my fiance, get him to relax/be comfortable and we had a GORGEOUS engagement shoot. Having that experience gave me such a great relief for the wedding pictures aka no worries. The day of the wedding both David and Roderick were on time and extremely professional. We invited them to enjoy themselves during their down times and really treated them like family, which I believe they appreciated. I feel they went above and beyond for us and I just cannot thank them enough for participating in our special day! I feel like I got the dream team :)
The only downside I experienced was some communication hiccups with my assigned consultant. After speaking to the sales director Elizabeth, she took over my account and it was smooth sailing from there. I cannot tell you enough how much I needed and appreciated her taking over and making the rest of the interactions seamless.

I absolutely love the pros! Since day one they have helped me with any questions or concerns that I ever had. First, I was in contact with Chandra... she was always so great! Then I became in contact with Prima who was also great and worked with me leading up to the big day. My wedding was August 17th in East Haven, CT. My photographer Susan came in greeting me with a hug! Right then I knew she would make my day special. I recently viewed our pictures and I absolutely love them!!! Everyone is so excited and each picture captures a special moment. Thank you Pros! You left us with great pictures and a lifetime of memories.

I got married during a pandemic and both my photographer and DJ still showed up ready to participate in one of the happiest days of my life. The photographer, Kim, was very flexible with what I wanted, despite my poor descriptions and really having no clue. The DJ, Rob, was beyond patient with my forever changing mind, and played the exact music I was hoping for to provide me and my guests with an amazing time!

Hugh was our photographer for our wedding January 21, 2017. He was very professional and knowledgeable in what he was doing. He made sure we got every shot we wanted along with some great suggestions of his own. He was even able to capture pictures I didn't even know had happened. I would highly recommend him over and over again.

I was a guest at a wedding in which the DJ was ok...this company has been in business for over 35 years...they will take care of their clients....

I hired The Pros for our Christmas Wedding on 12-12-2020. They were so amazing. Sharon was our photographer and Chris R was our DJ. We can't say enough good things about these guys.

Chris was very attentive to our guests and myself. He kept everything on track and the music flowing. Sharon took some outstanding photos! It wasn't until we got our pictures that I saw what she had done. I would ABSOLUTELY HIRE THESE GUYS AGAIN!!

Janine was our wedding consultant and helped me every step of the way as well. This whole group is definitely a class act!!

The Pros Weddings was easily the best company I worked with when planning my wedding. They were always responsive when I had questions and the photos our photographer got are AMAZING. She was easy to work with as well as our videographer. I can t wait to see our video. If you re thinking of working with them I highly recommend it. You pick your professionals and are able to look through some of their work ahead of picking them. So thankful for the way they captured our day. As a stressed out 2020 bride, they made sure our day was captured perfectly. Thank you.

Our photographer for our August wedding was Vanesa. She was a really nice girl and was super helpful and patient with us prior to the ceremony when I was stressing out. We were working with The Pros and had initially chosen another photographer, but that person did not respond to emails from the company and so they ended up choosing Vanesa for us a couple days before the wedding. We had a phone conversation with her and submitted forms to her to look over, but we did not meet her in person beforehand.
I submitted a list of shots that I wanted to her and the company, and I think she did most of them, but I felt like there weren t that many photos for her working for eight hours (I ended up with just over 600 photos). For some of the photos, I m not sure why she took them. There are a few that were taken in the bridal suite where she was sitting on the couch and taking photos from below so it looks like I have a triple-chin not exactly how I wanted to be documented on my special day!
During the wedding ceremony, she didn t really walk around and try to get alternate angles so she could photograph our faces, so in most of the ceremony photos, my face is hidden by my hair. While we were taking photos with the wedding party, she wasn t aggressive enough to insist people looked at her (I know, they should be smart enough to realize that if there is a professional photographer there, they should be looking at her and not elsewhere, but it gets distracting and I think you need a larger presence to command everyone s attention). Also, during the reception, I barely saw her taking photos of people enjoying themselves so there aren t that many photos of people dancing and such.
Overall, the photos are quite good for the most part and I liked working with Vanesa as she was really sweet and helpful. However, I kind of wish we went with someone a bit more experienced because this was our one special day and I feel like a lot of our special moments weren t captured to our liking.

Due to COVID my original photographer was not available anymore, however, I received a call that they have already found me a new photographer. I'm so thankful for that great service. It was something I didn't have to worry about. Nick was a great photographer. He was flexible on where we were taking photos throughout the day and made that part of the day special and stress free. The photos came out amazing and I can't wait to get copies to hang in our house. I also want to say that my coordinator Erin was also great and always available to me if i had any questions or concerns. She was always on top of things.
