I had my wedding about 4 years ago and never wrote a review. It STILL bothers me to think about what happened at our wedding. Photographers were great, pictures came out amazing and our wedding album is gorgeous.
The DJ was our issue - we chose a DJ at an expo we went to in the city for The Pros and A DIFFERENT DJ showed up at our wedding. Now, this wouldn't have been such a big deal if he did a good job but he was awful. A much older gentleman who's taste in music/style was totally not in sync with ours. I had so many songs/artists I wanted to hear and was so disappointed.
1. He played dance music during the cocktail hour and slower music when people should've been dancing.
2. I had specifically asked for our wedding song to be played for only a few seconds before the guests were asked to join and he had my wedding party join us instead and it was so awkward.
3. He played the completely wrong song for the mother/son dance
I called The Pros a few days later to complain about what happened and they gave me a discount on my wedding album. I honestly think I should've been compensated for the money I spent on the DJ.
Obviously I would never recommend working with The Pros considering my bad experience.
