Since 2010 this place has been a home for me and my boys and WILL FOREVER BE.

Best boys camp based in the Adirondacks that is family owned for generations. My son is the first 5th generation to go to BLC. Go Green!!

Brant Lake Camp is an incredible place! Kids learn about each other and themselves in an empathetic, caring, and character-building environment! And above all else, have a wonderful and fun-filled summer surrounded by like-minded kids.

My younger son is starting his final year as a camper and my wife and I have spent several weeks over the years working in the camp s health center and taking photos. This camp and the wonderful people who run it have made an indelible mark on our family. We all cherish every moment that Brant Lake has gifted to us. We are grateful that we chose Brant Lake and sorry for the time to end.

I was a counselor at BLC for four years in the 60s. My daughter, hearing all her life that BLC was a magical place, had her first of 13 summers there as a college student. One of the beauties of BLC, as a camper or a counselor, is that you re always a part of the BLC family. But for these two counselors, the most powerful principle was the nurturing of campers to reach their full potential.

8 years as a camper and two as a counselor. Best place on earth

Within days of his first summer at Brant Lake Camp as a frosh, our son was writing home begging to stay for the whole summer. A mere 7 years old, he was hooked and felt all the nurturing and support he needed to be away from home for the entire time. He already thinks of BLC as his second home, having made dear friends, meeting beloved counselors and gaining so much independence. As a parent on visiting day I was blown away by the sports instruction and sportsmanship. Most of all, our son fell in love with the tradition of BLC... from green and gray to the various shows and competitions, nothing in "real life" will ever live up to the glory of his 7 weeks on Brant Lake each summer.

My wife and I were avid campers as children for many summers long ago and when we chose Brant Lake Camp for our children, we knew from the first meeting with "Bobby G" that this would be an experience far superior to what we had known. We were all immediately treated like family. Our children and grandchildren have had the most marvelous summers and absolutely adore BLC because of Richie and his wonderful staff. Brant Lake Camp has a 100+ year tradition that must continue for many years to come.

This place has been a part of my family for generations. I have been attending family camp there since I was a little girl and my boys love it at Brant Lake Camp. They love hearing stories about how their Poppy attended camp there too. From the directors to the staff to the kids-- this camp is filled with comradery and traditions and builds lifelong friendships and memories. There truly is no better place! BLC is our Family!

Brant Lake was and is still today one of my favorite places in the world. I loved every moment of my summers spent there and I would do anything to be able to return as a camper again!

The owners and management team at Brant Lake Camp are some of the most honest, wonderful humans I have ever met. I could not imagine kinder, more trustworthy individuals to entrust my kids to for a summer.

Love love love Brant Lake Camp ..... have enjoyed watching students and campers learn together play sports together and enjoy nature in a delightfully well organized and fun venue. Most importantly is the good sportsmanship and team building that kids learn. I ve met so many BrantLakers over the years who learned great friendship and kindness skills at Brant Lake Camp. The arts and crafts and theatre programs are beyond extraordinary. Families return their children to Brant Lake Camp year after year and generation after generation enjoy the best camp experience .Brant Lake Camp is a beautiful place ! The Lake is exquisite!

Brant Lake Camp is the most positive influence and learning experience of my life. I'm looking forward to my Grandson's first summer as a "Gray" teammate soon

Brant Lake Camp is the most special place on Earth! It provided all 3 of my boys the opportunity of a lifetime. They were introduced to sports they didn t play at home, enjoyed the beautiful Adirondacks and made lifelong friends! It was, and will always be, their home away from home!

Both of our sons cherish their memories of BLC -- starting as Soph B's and continuing as counselors. There are no words to describe what a special place it is!

Our child spent an amazing five summers at the Brant Lake Camp! Excellent leadership from the head staff and counselors and, of course, from the entire Gersten family. We are so thankful we chose BLC for our child's summer home! Excellent activities, amazing activities and he made lifelong friends. It was a great choice!

After spending 3 years as a counsellor in the 1970's, at the start of my 35 year teaching career, I realised what a fantastic experience the camp provided for it's campers.
So much so that I could think of no better place for my own sons to spend over 10 summers in the early 2000's. They developed as caring and independent boys who themselves went on to be counsellors.
Brant Lake provided them with a safe, exciting and beautiful environment where they learnt an amazing number of sporting as well as social skills

My husband and son were both fortunate enough to go through Brant Lake Camp as campers and then counselors. They both consider it their most favorite place and count the people they met there as their closest friends.

Brant Lake Camp is amazing and Richie and all the directors and staff make the camp a truly special place to be! My three kids spent many summers at Brant Lake and always had the best time year after year. The sports, facilities, coaching, lake and traditions are unmatched! I can t say enough what a great camp BLC is and how much my kids gained from their experiences at camp!

I went there over 50 years ago and still correspond with about 20 friends from there who all loved it. My grandsons go there now and have the best summers ever. They love it so much. I can t imagine having a better summer anywhere in the world. Owners and staff are fantastic and give every ounce of energy to try and make sure every kid has a good time. 5 stars for best years of my life.

After 8 summers as a camper Brant lake is the best place.

Brant Lake is a phenomenal camp. The owners are professional, Caring and involved. My son started camp at the age of eight and never wanted to leave. I would trust the owners with either of my children. My son wound up at BLC for nine amazing years. Not only did he thrive and have the time of his life, he made lifelong friends. I would highly recommend Brant Lake Camp.

I have spent almost 15 summers at blc. They were the best. From the kitchen and maintenance staff to the campers and counselors, facilities and activities programs, there is no place on earth which compares. Recommended for anyone anywhere anytime

104 years young. This camp is the most special place. The facilities, people and care the staff and directors take create long lasting friendships, memorable summers and builds young campers character and confidence. An amazing place to send your child/children for the summer run by a Family that cares about their campers above all else! The camp has a foundation in its rich 100+ year tradition but grows fluidly to maintain a current grasp on what children need to grow and be successful!

This is a great camp- over 100 years of same family ownership , great athletic instruction, beautiful lake and water instruction, trips, great food, amazing athletic facilites - a great place to send your kids!

Brant Lake Camp is the happiest place on earth! As a long time camper and counselor, I can't say enough great things about Brant Lake. The facilities, staff, coaching, and support you receive is unparalleled. When you go to Brant Lake, you are part of a family.

The best summers of my life were spent at Brant lake Camp. Victory is in the heart- knowing that you tried your best- the scoreboard was incidental- BLC taught wonderful life lessons and I made wonderful life long friends. Brant Lake Camp has afforded my son summers of camaraderie, healthy athletic competition, moral guidance, responsibility, and most of all, fun. As a former camper, and now a parent of a camper there is nowhere else I would rather send my son each summer.

It is rare to find everything you want in a summer camp for your children. Brant Lake is that camp! I can not think of a better way to spend your summer!

I can't speak highly enough of BLC and the wonderful folks in charge. They welcome everyone as if they were a member of their own family. I have been lucky enough to create countless memories there over the years.

There are two motto's from Brant Lake Camp that embody everything our two boys have come to know since we sent our oldest at the age of 8, seven years ago, and our youngest 5 years ago when he was only 7.

Thank you for a very special summer for the boys. It's hard to capture the transformation that takes place in them after just 7 weeks...but it is remarkable. I guess its the result from spending each day with such quality people...from the leaders to the counselors to the friends. You assist us a great deal in helping to raise our boys to grow up to be good men. We are very fortunate and grateful to afford them such a wonderful experience.

Our son just completed his 3rd summer at Brant Lake Camp and we couldn t be any happier with our choice of camps for him. The staff is fantastic, the grounds are beautiful and the facilities are top notch. He has made wonderful friendships and has grown and matured each summer. We absolutely LOVE BLC and he s counting down the days to summer #4.

Our son and daughter had the best summers at Brant Lake Camp. Such a caring community! They always find what each child loves to do and makes sure they're growing better at those areas - whether it be the sports field, the dance studio, or the arts and crafts. What other sports camp has the community spirit where the whole camp sings joyfully together? Just amazing and wonderful!!!

One of the best decisions I ever made as a parent was sending my boys to Brant Lake. One of my sons' just finished his Senior C year and one was a Jr. counselor last summer. There is nothing more valuable than knowing your kids are happy, safe and supported. They loved Brant lake; their happiest times were spent there. It is a very special place with 100 year old traditions. Former Brant Lakers' first question to you will always be, Green or Grey? You will always feel part of a community. And there is nothing like seeing the joy on my boys' faces when they run into or get together with camp friends. I too ,will miss seeing the amazing counselors and staff every year on visiting day who have taken such good care of my boys. My boys are better people because of their experiences at camp and the people they met there. Go Grey!

I spent over a decade at Brant Lake Camp, as a camper and then a counselor. This place set me up with friendships, interpersonal skills, athleticism, and above all positive values that will last a lifetime. The idea of sending my (future) child to any other summer camp is legitimately unfathomable! I am never as excited for anyone as when I hear they are going up to camp for their first time. There is a reason BLC has been around for over 100 years: it s a beautiful institution with incredible traditions run by a wonderful family of educators.

My husband went to Brant Lake Camp for 7 years and my son went for 10 years. There is no other place in the world where these two men were happier. As a camper, my son thrived and formed amazing lifelong friendships in this safe environment. This is where he learned about traditions, loyalty and sportsmanship. The camp owners were attentive to every single camper and contributed to each camper's wonderful experience. The quality of the staff, the facilities and the beauty of the lake can't be beat. I will always be thankful to Richie and his staff for giving my son the best summers of his life.

This is an A+ camp. The main thing is it s commitment to the campers. Great philosophic approach to having a great summer. The attitude starts at the top. First rate staff many who have been there many years. The physical facilities are wonderful. Can t say enough good things about this place.

Brant Lake truly is one of the greatest places on earth. My 8 years there were some of the best and it will always be a home away from home.

I've had a relationship with Brant Lake Camp for over 40 years. This is a truly special place that I feel along with my parents, helped raise me. The friendships I made as a camper, counselor, group head and active alumni are among my very closest and dearest. Watching my nephews fall in love with Brant Lake and experience many of the same traditions that I did has only strengthened the relationship my entire family has with BLC.

I have many fortunes in my life but none more than having attended Brant Lake Camp for 10 years as a camper and counselor and now another 50 as an alumni...it's not just a sports camp, it's a place where the camper feel safe, have fun and learn how to interact with others...a most special place....

Our son fell in love with BLC from the minute he toured camp on a rainy day when he was 7 years old. He saw the "green and gray monster" in the outfield on the sophomore baseball field and dreamed of hitting a homerun and getting his name on that wall. He started the following summer and returned to his BLC family every summer for 8 years (Soph A through Senior C). The boys became his brothers and the counselors became his mentors and role models. He eventually hit that homerun and got his name on the wall, but even better than that, his camp memories and friendships will endure long after that wall gets painted over to make room for the next generation of homerun hitters. We highly recommend BLC!

A simply outstanding camp in all fronts. The staff is super caring and puts the well-being of the camper as the main objective. Superb facilities that cater to all, from the beginner to the more advanced and skilled camper.

Awesome camp. Long history. Incredible experience for boys and girls. The child comes first but all will develop their interpersonal and physical skills too. Friendships for life.
