My review is too long for this space, because a lot of bad things happened while using this company. DO NOT USE THE PROS.

My husband and I hired the Pros for our May 2017 wedding. The photographer lost the photos of us, the manager lied to us about what happened, and Vice President Hugh Riley continually dismissed us and downplayed the severity of the situation. He was the single worst part of the entire ordeal. He told us that he could not give us a full refund because a full refund would mean that all the photographer s work was worthless. He also said he couldn t offer us any more than a 33% refund because while he understands that the photos are worth millions to us, they re not to the company. We had very high hopes for this company and we are so devastated at the loss of our photos. We will never use or recommend The Pros.
