Really stunning. We didn't stay in the hotel this time but the staff was exceptionally friendly and answered our questions. Food choices were fantastic. Will certainly come and stay again though. This place belongs to the ultimate New York experience.

Opulent hotel with a venerated event space in the middle of it --The Grand Ballroom, where Truman Capote held his famous "Black and White Ball." The room still feels like a grand ode to yesteryear.

Everything expected from such a place with such a reputation. The food court in the basement was awesome, we tried food from three different stands each and everyone was off the hook!

Worthy of its name and reputation!

We had tea at the Plaza and it was wonderful. No detail of our experience was overlooked and the staff were very polite and professional. We had our 3 year old daughter with us and she had the Eloise Tea. It was very charming and she had a fantastic time!

Plaza food hall has an amazing selection of food and drinks of all kind. Great place to grab a nice and fast lunch near Central Park. Lobby and rooms are classic and service is impeccible as you would expect of a hotel of this caliber.

Though the Big Apple has many legendary and swanky hotels, The Plaza is often the top choice for visiting VIPs-especially for its Royal Plaza Suite that boasts the best views of Manhattan. The three-bedroom/three-bathroom suite is styled in the most opulent of old world charm with a formal dining room, a library, a gymnasium, a grand piano, full kitchen (for personal chefs), and a butler s pantry, and is serviced by its own private elevator. Butler service is also included. Built in 1907, the iconic structure was designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1969.

Had a wonderful afternoon high tea with friends here. We chose the champagne tea instead of the new York tea, and actually found there was a little too much on the sweet side, and not enough savoury, so we ordered a plate of the sandwiches from the New York tea additionally and that was great as an extra between the 4 of us. The selections of teas is huge and we each chose a different pot so we could share between us. Highly recommend this as a one off treat, it really was delicious and a great experience.

Went for high tea with my friend. Wonderful service, great menu, found the bread to be cold and not as fresh as it could have been. Once in a lifetime experience glad we had the time to do this.

Why not? If you afford that part of town, then enjoy the pricy fish, drinks, pastries that are solid in quality and tempting in taste. Perhaps the floor is the most significant architectural feature; it is touristy but not impossible, you'll visit other interesting sites by end of day.

A beautiful and iconic hotel located on Fifth Avenue next to Central Park. One big attraction for visitors is Afternoon Tea at The Palm Court within the Plaza Hotel. The service is truly top notch, and the selection of small bites is to die for. You also have various champagne options and a full bar as well. Highly recommend treating yourself at The Palm Court.
