Plaza the food hall they provide a good food and drinks

Had a great pasta at the plaza food hall and a lot of good dessert options. But it was sooo hot, it was 95 degrees outside and it felt just as hot inside.

Lots of shops, restaurant and food on the first floor and lover level. Great to visit. Plus, this is where Kevin stayed in Home Alone!!!

Iconic place, strolling through the lobby I felt like a celebrity

Excellent rooms, can't ask for better. Every person on the staff here is unbelievably helpful as well.

Pretty expensive, but has a great variety of high quality food all in one area.

We went to The Plaza this afternoon for 'High Tea'. The decor is gorgeous, the hostess was lovely. We were shown the menu for a selection. We chose 2x New Yorkers @ $50 per head, and $72 per head if you had a glass of champagne. We Ordered 2x New Yorkers (one with a glass of champagne) = $122.00. When our selection arrived, we queried why we only had one tier between us, and had to share the selection, rather than having two of each piece. No effort was made to check what we had ordered - and it was suggested that we had what we ordered. On receiving the bill we were charged for 1x New Yorker (with champagne) = $72, that's ok, but they charged us $20 for SHARING the plate - very rude when we wanted the two in the first place. Bit up themselves, and would do better to have staff who actually really want to deliver excellent service - which is what The Plaza should be offering - they certainly charge for it. Very disappointing - could have been so easy to get it right - but they didn't give a .......!

The tea service was a delight. The space is gorgeous. Obvious choice for the classic tea service experience at the highest level.

The lobster roll was amazing. Recommend the nutella crepe with banana

Had lunch at Todd English Food Hall in the basement. Lots of options and seating. I recommend ordering and grabbing a spot asap - you don't have to sit where you ordered necessarily. Take a loop around and enjoy all the different vendors! Easy to access (2 different escalators) and there are also bathrooms, but expect a long line. Open on weekends as well - great for lunch, drinks, or just dessert - but keep in mind there are no "cheap" eats here! Most dishes begin at $15/ person.

Nice bars and relaxed atmosphere. High end place so be prepared to pay.

Great place to people watch. Drinks are high, but this is the Plaza. We were here Fasion Week. We saw several models and Tommy Hilfiger. Great drinks.

The place is great and the location is also very very close to the park but the price is very expensive

We didn't stay here but just visited the shops and restaurants inside the hotel and were blown away.

Stayed in the Tower room. It is not a large suite but more than makes up for that in charm.

Absolutely stunning. We didn't stay in the hotel this time but the staff was friendly and answered questions. The food choices were fantastic. Will certainly come and stay again though. This place tops off the ultimate New York experience.

Attended a vorporate meeting at the todd english food hall. The food eas excellent as eas the wine and service.

We had dinner and drinks in the food hall. The food was good and parts of it are open late.

The Plaza is what a good hotel is supposed to look and be like.
The palace and the baccarat besides the fact that they ve basically turned into a over sensationalized shopping malls have horrible service and are resting on their laurels of heritage.

Excellent food court downstairs with a lot of unique and tasty choices.

Talk about living on your past reputation...good location but this hotel isn't worth the money..

This hotel is located in Manhattan in a corner, it is beautiful, large, colonial, old is very elegant and it is worth going to visit it in addition there are some carriages with horses that go around the central Park, beautiful!

A unique place for location, services and history. A classic if you want to live all the glamor of the Big Apple.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, worth a visit

Great Accommodations. Takes you back to the to the Gilded Age. And you can ride one the horse carriages across the street and enjoy a piece of Old New York as you tour Central Park.

The Plaza hotel are incredible and that is certain is that I will one day to enjoy to this wonderful hotel & city!
Prices are more affordable for a luxurious hotel like The Plaza!

The downstairs shopping plaza was absolutely magnificent, with many different options to choose from at their many kiosks.

Nice food court lots of choices, Crab roll is the best at Luke's lobsters

I loved the shops and I loved dinner at Todd English. Fantastic place to be.

Not bad, variety of food and beer $ 8.50 and quite crowded

The doorman was extremely rude to us, said we couldn't take pictures even though we were on the street! He even threatened to call the police.
We had tea and macaroons downstairs and had a good time anyway.

Went to the food court at 9:15 PM on a Saturday and it was closed. Guess they cater to the senior citizens.

If you ever want to stay in a place with all that you could desire then stay here.

We tried the Plaza Food Hall. We bought pastries and took them to Central Park. It was a beautiful morning and made for a lovely moment.

I used an underground food hall. It's convenient when you have time for sightseeing because there are restaurants, sweets and shops that are hot in NY. Although it is a little expensive.
I thought it would be a bit more seating as it was so crowded that it was popular.

We attended afternoon tea and it was purely delightful. While $75 is a bit steep in price, they food was really good and the tea was amazing. My sister ordered the vegan menu and as a pastry chef myself, I think they could improve on their pastry selection or drop the price of the vegan afternoon tea a little. It was a fun time and it was great for our late birthday celebrations.

Dec 29,2019 will mark my fortieth wedding anniversary. We had a one night honeymoon at The Plaza. Had drinks and appetizers at Trader Vic s then took a carriage ride to Tavern on the Green. Wound up at a show at ghen Waldorf. We probably had the smallest room in the hotel but it was cool and fun and we remember every minute of it!

Just came for drinks. Worth it. Get their cocktails.

Delicious options in the food court and beautiful decoration all around

The location is easily accessible by train and car. Service at the Palm Court was great, friendly, welcoming, and the food was in great quality with superb taste. Food presentation was fantastic.

Great best hotel I have been to once you have even steped in the plaza you wouldnt want to come out plus a nice massage is free in the spa. Beautiful indoor pool and jacuzzi and lovley food i would reccomend you come here.

I loved it and I was fascinated by this hotel. Beautiful for its large, comfortable and practical facilities. With escalators on the first and second subfloors for the giant food court. Do not miss the opportunity to visit it is wonderful.

Didn't have rooms ready, we had to wait 1 1/2 hours and when they said they would credit me $150 for breakfast I had to call them three times to credit my bill. I expect WAY more from a place like this!
