It is worth entering the Hall and the restoration part that you have on the ground floor. Recommended

Lovely prestigious Hotel in a great location of NYC. We have stayed four times here in the last few years. Staff are friendly, rooms are clean and tidy. The only fault i would have is they do-not have tea/coffee facilities in the rooms which would be much better than having to ring down for room service! Restaurants are lovely. Worth trying the Afternoon Tea in the Palm Court.

I've stayed here and the rooms were really nice. It's something to stay at a hotel in New York city that is so iconic. So many movies have been filmed here and just out side of the plaza.every one should stay here at least once. The down stairs is amazing so many options to choose from for places to eat just Superior It is so true there's no place like New York .

Great play e to be. Very close to 5th Avenue, Apple store, entrance to the Central Park. Let's not forget about Eloise; Check the store for cute, stylish outfit, accessories and toys.

One of the most beautiful hotels in New York, with beautiful chandeliers and a small shopping center inside with various dining options, an aperitif or better to have a little snack.

The food court downstairs is awesome. Plus they have a restroom down there too.

Gorgeous elegant Suites. Service impeccable!! Staying in a 2 bedroom suite that is amazing with my gorgeous sister and debonair brother in law! Love it!!

Had lunch at the food court and although a little crowded had a bit of charm. Wad not the best pasta by far but provided enough service and selection to warrant a return.

A prestigious name ideally located.
Extremely unhappy with the services (We took bottle of champagne and they charged us for the glasses, no garbage in the bathroom), poor cocktails at the bar ..

The "Old Lady" of New York. Perfect service, great location. I know of no better starting point for this magical city!

Stopped in for a restroom stop while walking around central park. Impressed with how clean the bathrooms were even with the long line of tourists.

I love their food selections. I always hate to find seats, but welcome to NY.

I went there to get some brunch. I got some food / desserts from Luke's lobster bar and lady M. Both of them delightful. However there is space to sit

You can't go wrong with Dom Perrignon and Caviar. We had both the kaluga and osetra. While we enjoyed both, the Osetra was more flavorful and well rounded. I recommend it over the kaluga. The service was hit or miss depending on the person. But overall well satisfied.

Stopped in and got a Creep from the food hall, was decent, but seemingly overpriced.

I visited, the price is generally high and there are a lot of desserts -

Really expensive but ok if you're a tourist or into Eloise & tea parties, or fanciful architecture.

It is THE Plaza but it's getting so dirty and the decor needs some updating.

Ate downstairs at what looked like a food court. Service was good, if not a bit slow.

The food hall was small but diverse with plenty of food options for all 5 of us. We split up and went to Vive la Crepe and Luke's Lobster. Good find for fast casual in a neighborhood that's only expensive restaurants or hot dog carts.

I always come to the food court downstairs when I visit Manhattan because I can always find a snack that I want and the restrooms are free and clean and usually much needed after a stroll in central park

Ate lunch in the Plaza food court. The food court and the shops around it were nice and the people working at all the locations were great.

Snacked on the chicken pate at a wine bar in the downstairs food hall. Chose this place due the available electric outlet to change my phone. The bread and pate are very good.

beautiful place but kinda old ladyish/blue blood. not a younger person place to go but so beautiful to walk through.

Amazing Hotel. They host my younger daughter weeding few years ago. It was beautiful!
