Had lunch at Todd English Food Hall in the basement. Lots of options and seating. I recommend ordering and grabbing a spot asap - you don't have to sit where you ordered necessarily. Take a loop around and enjoy all the different vendors! Easy to access (2 different escalators) and there are also bathrooms, but expect a long line. Open on weekends as well - great for lunch, drinks, or just dessert - but keep in mind there are no "cheap" eats here! Most dishes begin at $15/ person.
