This establishment sets the standard for top tier excellence. When given the privilege to stay at this incredible home away from home, do yourself a favor and take note to the professionalism and courtesy exuded by each and every employee! Such a great place!
I come here for the restaurant every now and then as well as the Georgetown Four Seasons when in DC. The service is excellent. Having said that, the food from my experience tends to be below the price they value it at. At the end of the day, regardless if it is a swanky restaurant or hole in the wall, you want decent value for your money, or customers simply won t elect to go.
I had breakfast in late December and the Eggs Benedict was just barely passable, which should not be used to describe the Four Seasons. Over poached, no flavor, odd choice of a side salad (no dressing and bland as well), and under cooked home fries. I was never asked how the food was, so I did not want to provide unsolicited advice. The juice was fresh and tasty, but was $15. Don t get me wrong, I understand the Four Seasons name comes with a price tag, but let s step the game up to justify those prices.
Amazing experience. Everything was excellent. One of the nicest hotels in the United States.
Elegant, beautiful hotel, amazing five stars, five diamonds
This is a really beautiful hotel with incredible staff. It's VERY centrally located - which is something you need to think about. I usually prefer to stay in a different neighborhood - rather than right in the middle of 57th Street. If you're looking to be right in midtown in a classic-yet-modern hotel - this place is great. The food is incredible and the ambiance is very impressive and calming.
service was terrible, uncomfortable, and my dog was assaulted by the door man
poo trash and feels like I was sleeping on a stone slab and the lobster tasted like chicken they served me rotten milk
Very good hosts, quality and comfortable room
Personal care
Loved staying here! The staff are amazing and the hotel is super nice. Our room was massive and had the coolest view of the city. It was very central to Many things and we will definitely be returning here next visit!
Expensive, but arguably worth it. Few other hotels in the US, let alone New York, can accurately compare to the quality of this hotel from the service to the rooms. Highly recommend.
Count the stars.. Four Seasons NYC.. Need I say more?
Lovely staff, however stupidly expensive as they charge insane amounts of money for anything.
A favorite spot for a business meeting. Best to grab a reservation though.
We use the spa/gym downstairs and the Garden Restaurant all the time. As we don't need a hotel in New York, don't know about the rooms. Staff we know is fabulous as one would expect at a Four Seasons Hotel. Sam Ioannidis has been manager for a couple of years. We know him from his time in Boston. He's a great guy and runs a very client friendly shop. Lucky us.
Great experience, excellent workers, great breakfast. Beautiful hotel.
OMG I had so much fun going to New York with my best friend Elly, the food was amazing and the hotel was also great but I was a little disappointed with the room
It's 4 seasons. What's to complain or inform about? Details on their website
Nice hotel, clean, quite, employees are friendly specially the doorman that works the day i was there. I forgot his name tall dude very nice & friendly. He assist me & my family a ride to times square. It was a great weekend & goodtimes with family.
Incredibly beautiful . If I should be here in New York. Then only in this hotel. No comparison to our hotels in Germany or other countries. I think I'll visit you again in 2020.
Who has not heard of the famous Four Seasons Hotel in New York? If you are into being pampered and treated like a celebrity then is the place to stay in NYC. My girlfriend went with her friends to the spa which she said was wonderful. I highly recommend it.
You're definitely paying for the atmosphere here at this deluxe Four Season Hotel lounge. Drinks are good, but the real star of the show is the kobe sliders.
Try the TY bar at the four seasons. Loved the new fashioned and the hazelnut coffee napoleon
The hotel surprised with a lot of sympathy, service and many small details. Here we enjoyed, despite much work, the stay in NY. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. There is no wish left here :-)
We'll be back!
Lovely place the service is awesome its beautiful. Ty Warners Penthouse suite is out of my range but it is definitely worth the 50 grand for the Night.
Love the restaurant! Waiters are fantastic and handsome. Food is presented so beautifully.
Great room with decent view, beds were extremely conformable, and staff was fantastic.
Beautiful, Ritzy hotel. Upscale but a great place to stay. The glitz and glam make this place worth taking the one you love for dinner too
Premium hotel and premium experience. Enjoyed every aspect of this stay!
Exquisite Midtown monument to excellence in comfort and serenity!
Amazing staff, amazing views. Spacious rooms in the middle of the city.
Don't expect your money to go as far for a nice hotel room as in London, but you'll definitely get views that aren't available for the average New Yorker. Easily accessible location, great service, and comfortable accommodations.
Came to grab Breakfast at the restaurant - definitely not a place to go unless you're staying at the hotel and just want a quick bite.
Beautiful rooms with great service. Would love to stay again!
It's almost silly for me to review the Four Seasons. It's one of the city's nicest, most expensive, and exclusive hotels. However, there's always room for improvement. The bar is beautiful and certainly a nice place to grab a drink (the prices are pricey as you'd expect). The service is impeccable. My one complaint with the Four Seasons is that the northern side of the building always feels a little cold and institutional to me - very old Wall Street. They've redone the main lobby and it no longer feels that way but, call me crazy, that northern entrance just feels so cold and I'm always suprised given the profile of the property. Again, the hotel is one of the best in NYC, the staff are incredible - you won't find better service. I'm mostly bothered by something nobody else, particularly those staying here, will notice.
What amazing views from the Terrace Suites at this Four Seasons New York. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and discrete. The hotel's lobby, bar, and lounge are beautifully designed... The suite I resided in during my stay was beautiful, with spectacular views from a large terrace. I certainly look forward to many returns to this Four Seasons Hotel, NY.
I've been here five times in the last 20 years each time better than the last true customer service and quality rooms and amenities
Beautiful establishment with a service at the height of luxury. The hotel has a beautiful interior decoration. The bar is very nice and the restaurant is outstanding.
Amazing cocktails. Stellar service. Sexy, plush and modern environment.
This Hotel is FIVE STARS, good in all, and have a great locations, when you visit NYC.
Guys just try it out once it was so relaxing and nice
This is the best hotel in the City! I love the staff and all the aura of the hotel. Wonderful place to stop by and park my La Ferrari!
It is very successful like other Four Seasons. Their breakfasts are poor and meaninglessly very expensive.
Fantastic dining in an elegant setting. Terrific service.
I went to their restaurant and was very impressed with their service and quality of food. My brother and his family stayed there and when I visited I saw that they had gorgeous rooms and spectacular views. The windows were very larger allowing for gorgeous vistas of the city.
Had apps and drinks at the lobby bar. we were very well looked after. excellent way to decompress from the packed bustle of the city. everything was top notch.
Very bad customer service, there is nobody to talk to, and nobody even cares to try to help you
I work at Citibank next door.I just went
In to use the ladies room. It seems great.
