The Pierre Hotel , A Four Seasons Hotel Reviews

A 5 star, elegant, discreet hotel. The interior is confusing, lacks a real centre or place of welcome and is rather cold but the service is impeccable. The 57 banquet space lacks privacy and is a mishmash of Oriental and Art Deco aesthetics. The building is much more alive at night when the trees are uplit in the lobby with green key lights for effect. The meeting floors are beneath the lobby and the descending lifts disorient at first but the 4 Seasons has impeccable staff, and a hotel is defined by its staff.

I love the four Seasons sonill chalk it up to holiday confusion but we waited 20 minutes for first round of drinks and menu orders to be taken. And $24 bloody marys I could live with but $40 cauliflower appetizer and $14 regular cup of coffee... c'mon.

The attention of the whole staf is more than excellent, my little daughter adored the place.

Beautiful lobby, a break from the noise of the city.. Nice but expensive food too.

I was only there for about an hour but it was really impressive. Had a couple of appetizers and they were amazing.

Four Seanson always a guarantee of comfort, refinement and elegance. I stayed 2 times, one of them at Christmas time, pure magic. delicious food, excellent service.

We stopped in hear on Christmas morning for champagne. It was fantastic, I thought it was going to be a bit stuffy but we were accepted in and our waiter who served us the champagne was amazing and so friendly he took photos of us beside the awesome Christmas tree it was a Christmas morning to remember. Thank you

This place is amazing! I love that the bar and lobby were in sync with the holidays. The concierge has always been extremely helpful, especially with information on Broadway shows. The only things I can think of mentioning against it, is that the door man was too busy several times to get the door. Also, the tv in the room kept freezing and the movie selection was very small.

Not my favorite 4seasons. Strange interiors (lobby and rooms) and sterile business feel! Food was ok, spa was awesome. Super pricey for everything but to be expected.

Went here to grab a quick breakfast from the lobby cafe. Breakfast was great. Service was quick and very friendly. The food was rich and sweet.

I was there simply for drinks. The service was good--very kind. Drinks were also good and they let us stay til quite late. Very pleasant and not crowded. The strawberry seasonal cocktail was good.

Hotel, nice, the reception is very nice, I like the rooms, the bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is very clean and very good decoration of the bathroom, the receptionist was very kind, with me when making the reservation

View is everything, the food could be better, the steak is better than the fish. service is fair. Go for the view , if anything

My experience was limited to a social event here, so I can't speak to the rooms; but the ambience and service was everything you'd expect from The Four Seasons.

It deserves only 3 *** stars.

Better that they change their name to TWO SEASONS ... Because FOUR SEASONS is a lot for this hotel.

True luxury hotel and very much enjoyed our stay here from London. Wonderful staff, very clean rooms, delicious foods and drinks.

The experience from the personable hotel staff and finest amenities are always awe-inspiring. Superb qaulity checks in every details, cuisine, services. WIll always want to return to stay here again and again.

The Four Seasons has an air of class and elegance which permeates the entire hotel.

The location is perfect, but for motorcades, they can't accommodate more than 2 cars in front of the hotel, rooms are super nice and lovely, the service is slow compared to the prices you pay. But all and all, excellent hotel.

Very nice! Got drinks at the bar... The waitress was great and friendly, and the environment was very pleasant.

We can only recommend this hotel. Especially for NYC prices are good and the rooms are large. We visited this hotel during a Kurzaufhaltes to Christmas time and can only recommend it. The location is great.

French 75 cocktail and eggs any style were fantastic. $31 for eggs is certainly a pretty penny but it was worth it. However the bottomless mimosas at $35 was a solid deal for an elite hotel like the Four Seasons. Look forward to going back.

Was here for drinks meeting with my boss. Extremely overpriced drinks. $15 for a beer? I mean come on!!

They don't offer REAL FOOD, only snacks in the restaurant AND it is very expensive.

I was blown away by the service I recieved here from the moment I drove up, to the very last step I took off the property. This Hotel is so much more than I could have ever expected. The concierge assisted me with every request made and the staff treats you with kindness and respect. If you want to enjoy a truly finer place in New York then this is the place to be.

The Four Seasons is just beautiful. I love everything about it. The view is amazing, the staff is always helpful and very caring. The rooms are clean and comfortable and also the Hotel is very centrally located. For sure not my last stay.
