Was just here not too long ago and got so see some live jazz. This place is super nice and a chill spot. Great beer selection and really nice service.

An extraordinary place to spend time in New York. Unsurpassed service and attention to detailed paired with impeccable design is just the beginning. The staff ensured a wonderful family experience and treat children with as much respect as any adult. A must stay.

Fantastic experience. Service was quick and impeccable, food tasted great, and the ambiance was very nice. Perfect setting for a romantic brunch.

Bad room services, they don t change towels, neither shampoos and you need to pay for the water that should come complimentary every night and ONLY a basket of 2 bread cereals toast cost 30$. Its not fair at all. Although the concierge are very Efficient.

Breakfast is alright but waaaay overpriced , cheap jams , the only nice thing at breakfast are the ricotta pancakes , very very tasty , the rest is mediocre even the Fresh juices( orange ) included are NOT FRESHLY SQUEEZED .

The rooms were clean and serviceable. The people working at the hotel were helpful about getting me where I needed to be.

The hotel is getting a face lift, the rooms have been re-done and they are much nicer than before. They are many upgrades.

Really liked it here. They have a nice fireplace. Everything is covered in red velvet (my favorite color), but I can see it being a little.much for some. Feels like the bar in the Playboy Mansion a little bit. Drinks, service, & snacks were top notch all be it expensive.

I was there simply for drinks. The service was good--very kind. Drinks were also good and they let us stay til quite late. Very pleasant and not crowded. The strawberry seasonal cocktail was good.

I wish we could have stayed longer. Not 1 issue to complain about. Excellent location. Excellent staff. Very comfortable.

They do everything perfectly as usual. Minor point but we were in the Cosmopolitan Room, and lobby staff were confused about how to get there since, while it has its own elevator level, that level is locked off. Found it eventually.

One of the best, if not the best, luxury hotels in New York City. The atmosphere, service and attention to detail is absolutely unparalleled. If you can afford to have an event here or stay here, I highly recommend it.

A luxury hotel close to East 58th. Had a quick tea between meetings. A cozy bar inside the hotel with the fireplace.

Stopped in for a drink at the Ty Bar. A little pricey, but the ambiance, drinks, and service did not disappoint.

Magnificent IM Pei designed building with a great lobby connecting 57th and 58th Street. The restaurant collection, sadly, hasn't been the same since atelier has left.

the rooms are light and airy; of sufficient space but not small. the service is first rate and the lobby is awe inspiring. wow!

Great location, nice big rooms, clean and so hospitable. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Free wine hour is a sweet perk. Total value and more than expected. Highly recommend!

Five star hotel one of the best hotels in New York City

Amazing property. Great rooms. But not for the financially faint. The prices for room service are outrageous. Expect to easily drop $150 on breakfast for 2 for room service. Also - the spa is very small and old. The hotel underwent a 120 million dollar renovation - but that renovation did not extend to the spa . In the hotel l - overall service is hit and miss - most of the doormen are useless. Front desk check-in was expeditious and friendly. Getting a car is challenging because the front of the hotel faces E 57th. So if you get an Uber - use the entrance on E 58th. Next time we will try the property Downtown or the Baccarat. For the money - I think they have quite a bit of room for improvement.
