The staff is amazing! Had our wedding reception with about 30 guests there and couldn't have picked a better place!

I met my party at the Palm Restaurant DTLA prior to going to a Dodgers game. The service was the best part of our experience from the time we stepped into the facility to the time we left all we saw were smiling faces all willing to meet our needs. The food was perfectly prepared from the app's to desert. The wile list had more great wine choices and it made it hard to select a bottle, but we did. Overall a great venue to visit and i cant wait until the Kings, Lakers and Clippers seasons begin.

100% the place for a romantic dinner! Either bring your boo or take yourself out and get ready to fall in love with your pasta!

Excellent, light, minestrone soup, tastes homemade (just like -I imagine- nonna made); the perfect starter (dunk the complimentary rosemary bread in this - buonissimo!)

Friends from Boston recommended The Palm especially for their Nova Scotia lobster. I treated myself to lunch & ordered a lobster salad. The freshest lettuces, tomatoes and avocados; very light tasty dressing and buttery delicious lobster. Omg heavenly. Variety of fresh breads - including rye and raisin. Lavassa coffee and they brought me a complimentary dessert for my bday (NY cheesecake - also delicious). Fun, clubby atmosphere. Terrific service. Can t wait to return!

Valentine's day dinner with the wife, creamy au gratin potatoes are always perfect. Lobster and steak cooked to perfection, service was on par with the food.

My boyfriend took me here for my birthday. Awesome food, excellent service, loved the bar area. We sat on the 2nd floor penthouse where the jazz music played. I loved it and will definitely recommend for a romantic dinner getaway . Drinks were great too.

I got The Palm Los Angeles, I was pretty skeptical at first because of the price/portion but after that first bite I knew he was the one. We've been together for a while now and I wouldn't want it any other way. It's not that type of pasta that gets you too sleepy or sluggish. You can tell it's fresh and authentic, great lunch/dinner.

Brought the homies through for the Surf and Turf and it was on point as usual. Best restaurant in town if you're looking for Steak and Lobster! My homies were worried we wouldn't fit the script for this place but I knew we were good and the staff made us feel very welcomed. Excellent food, peaceful atmosphere, 5 stars all around.

Loved every dish we tried and the service was very just the right amount. We tried corn tostadas, beet quesadillas, farm veggie, lamb chops and duck confit. All delicious. Good selection of wine by glass as well. Walking distance to Pantages theatre and perfect for dinner before a show.

Great steaks, but when i asked for A1 steak sauce i was told they do not have A1.

Original flavors, kind waiters but too slow service. We booked months before and they didn t sit us in the main room. The service was terribly slow.

Service is prompt even when they are busy. The service was very welcoming and sociable.

So I think the overall rating for this place is just right. Menu is simple. Straight meat and potatoes kind of place. We ordered a couple of filets and the 4lb lobster. All in all just ok. There are too many other options around to really make this one stand out.

Amazing food. The ambiance, the staff, the holiday decorations...all awesome! We had a large group of 12 or so for our holiday luncheon. It was my first time but my coworkers had nothing but positive comments about their previous visits. I suggest the Power lunch. The filet mignon was delicious and I rarely eat beef. The asparagus was perfect. The desserts were so good, we ordered a variety and shared amongst our group. No room to finish them so, home they went.

Surprisingly, the food was delicious, and the environment was so welcoming. I really enjoy the specialties of their fish, as well as their roast pot and ribs. The service has always been fast and polite. A very good recommendation and recognition for this restaurant and its employees!

Best steak I've ever had. But you'll be paying for it.

Service was great. It felt like everyone was serving us because their teamwork is just so great. We were always taken care of and we didn't have to look far if we did we'd something. We had multiple courses and each course was timed so well. All the food came out hot and cooked well.

Excellent service. Tablecloths. Large enough tables. Accommodated families with kids. Reliable food, but bisque was tepid, too thick, too peppery.

Disappointing for me. I have traveled all over the country and I have had a lot better food for a lot less. It must just be the LA area. $55 for just a piece of meat seems a little high. I paid that at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and it was far better quality...and it included sides! The service and decor was good though.

It was actually my first time to visit this place and I am so impressed with the place, foods, and staff. The place looks very decent and finds all the customers are very decent and so are the crews. It is in a somewhat dangerous area and, although it has a bit of parking, the parking lot is full and, therefore, you have to find parking on the street. I had seen which number 19 is your best seller.

This place is excellent . Mark helped us tonight with dinner and everything. The food is always Great here. Anything you pick or he recommended was top notch. My bro ordered the 5lbs. Lobster, the absolute biggest one I have ever seen to date. I ordered steak and the wife ordered steak . The sides are large enough to share. The drinks are the right size for conversation . The atmosphere is one you want to be apart of. All in all, this remains the same great place to take the misses for upscale dining.

I just celebrated my birthday with dinner at The Palm! Amazing! Excellent food, Superior service, relaxing ambiance. I really enjoyed myself. All the staff were friendly, super attentive, and really did treat me and my niece like family. But I will have to specifically point out the lovely Ms. Greta!! She was FANTASTIC! Fun-loving, knowledgeable , patient...this is what dining is supposed to be like! There's a distinct difference between good, friendly service and someone who who is grateful that they have the opportunity to welcome you into their home and take care of you. This is the feeling and the type of service I received here! Thank you so much, Ms. Greta and the entire Palm Restaurant staff! The hostess and all the servers we encountered were top notch! I will definitely be coming back and I will definitely recommend this establishment to others!

Good. Not worth it. it's basically a sizzler or red lobster, but 3x the price

The steak, I would of like a little more seasoning on mine but the steak itself was very tender and juicy. We had some leftover, took it home seasoned it up a little and perfect, omg so good! We also had so potatoes with 3 cheeses (scalloped or au gratin???) We loved it! So good! We also order the brussel sprouts but instead of tartar sauce they have I asked for butter, garlic, and parmesan on mine instead. I loved it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Would of have 5 stars but the the booth seat were tiny, we were a little uncomfortable in them.

The Palm continues to be my favorite steak restaurant. They've some how figured out how to make each one feel special and exclusive. Highly recommended.

Best Pasta in Los Angeles: "TAGLIOLINI AL LIMONE" house made tagliolini with cream, Parmigiano Reggiano and basil

Among many of their locations this is the largest I've visited. However your food is still prepared to perfection and attention to detail.

Food is okay, the restaurant is empty. They put up these plastic dividers between tables and they seem very clean. They follow protocols for safety.

One of my favorite restaurants in LA - I always get the surf and turf. You can't beat it. Only 4 stars and not 5 because it's getting a bit to "hip" for my liking. Hope to have my picture on the wall one day.

Quite possibly the richest flourless chocolate cake that I have ever had.

There was a wide range of food and drink options to suit everyone. Everything was delicious, and they had loads of flavor shots to add to the hot drinks, which were a nice touch. The place is decorated nicely and the staff was very chatty and attentive. I will visit them again!

The great thing about a simple menu is only providing the best quality on a short list. Super fresh and delicious but as an east coaster from New English slight shortcoming was the clam chowder.

This place has such amazing food! It is so adorable in here and the staff was so friendly. They recommended some great dishes for us, and the flavors and presentation in each dish was so IMPRESSIVE!

All the good reviews that I have read about these restaurants are true. The friendliness and the great service of the staff seem genuine. I have never seen such good customer service as I experienced with them. Thank you so much!

Have been eating here since they opened. Their food is great. Reason for 4/5 is that their coffee is horrendous. I have had multiple friends sample the coffee because I thought I might be tripping but everyone comes to the same conclusion that it tastes sour and nasty. Grab a Starbucks to go and have breakfast or lunch at tickle tree.

Not bad....But dated. You can clearly see that this Palm has seen better days and innovative thinking is not park of the management style.

The Running goose has caused me to slide into food induced coma. I should have stopped at the radish, corn and aruglala tostada's , but I did not. I continued on to gambas (5*) and ate red beet burger , huveos , and drank 2 glasses of mango heffwizen. Something tells me I will be back here again and again until I try everything on the menu...

Service on point, meat was good, but sides are lacking and appetizers too

Restaurant was on point and when I went, I forgot how much I missed this kind of classic steakhouse style of food. From the great food to the excellent service, you really need to go out of your way to have a bad time at the The Palm. Next time, I'm just going to post up at the bar, get a Gigi Salad and do some serious people watching. It's somewhat pricey, but for the quality of the food, it is well worth it. I had been working with their banquet director for several months to put together my daughters graduation luncheon. Gina Cano our director delivered on everything she promised. Even though we arrived an hour early she made sure everything was ready and never skipped a beat through our whole event. We had the house salad, Calamari, Rib Eye, Chilean Sea Bass, Mac & Cheese, Brussel Sprouts, and Mashed potatoes. Every item was prepared as ordered, tasted amazing, and nary an empty plate on the table. We finished it off with a cake the restaurant had custom designed. Great food, service, attitude, it truly was a great location to celebrate our event.

So delicious and so much food!!!! Very accommodating too... no reservation, crowded, but they found us a seat within minutes.

It looks like Little Italy but with coca-cola :). Delicious food: pasta alfredo was delicious, fresh and made in the right way. Tiramisu good too. They make Lavazza coffee. I love it. Recommend

I really adored this place, the food and the server are both awesome. I can't get enough of Mexican food because it is full of juicy and freshly grilled meat with spice on it. And the drinks also the margarita and mojitos were to die for. The food that they served was made by an authentic Mexican sauce. A must-visit place!

Food was exceptional, service was excellent. Loved the dinner atmosphere.

Small, quaint, and lively with big plates and well done service. The ceviche style was new to us and tasty, the ravioli with pear and Gorgonzola as an app was awesome sauce, and the main courses we all had delivered the goods. Four people @ three courses plus a good bottle took us past $350 so it's not cheap but worth the money (especially if the boss is paying). Enjoy this place if you get a chance!
