Ordered the 3lb lobster and sides for delivery. Called back and had only 4 lb lobster for an increased amount. Umm.... not. Cancelled order.

Amazing food and service! Very attentive to your needs and they went above and beyond in their service. The food was very tasty and fresh. The seafood here is cooked to perfection and I would definitely recommend to everyone. They were very fast in giving us our dishes and they had great taste. I will be coming here again for sure!

Food was so fresh. Will surely make a return trip. This place has a great design.

Fog Harbor fish house plates beautifully ! And the the seafood is actually so fresh! We got a crab dish, fried calamari and some grilled shrimp and fish! It was delish. The restaurant is pretty and the staff is polite.

Came here for dinner with a reservation for 2. We arrived a bit early and were sat promptly. We were approached by 3 different servers for whatever reason but they took our broken up order just fine and were attentive to our questions. The quality of the food was hit or miss. Appetizer and dessert left a bit to be desired but the main dinner plates were great. The ordering is a la carte which I personally am not a fan of but the portions are fine overall. Prices vary quite a bit between dishes; most are what is to be expected at a similar restaurant, but others are just laughable and basically pretentious. The experience wasn't bad. Hard for me to recommend and I'm not going to go and say it was a negative experience when I enjoyed my time at The Palm overall.

I just enjoy visiting your restaurant over and over again! The atmosphere in this restaurant was not the only thing I liked, I liked the service as well. The waiters are very sweet and do whatever they can to please their customers. The room was really clean and organized as well. I have agreed to help all the people I know in your restaurant!

The restaurant was amazing its located a block away from the staple center. They have valet parking so no need to look for a place to park your car. The inside of the restaurant is filled with drawings of all the celebrities that have visited. The service is wonderful and the food is even better. The only bad thing was it was loud, my wife and I had a hard time talking to one another. But all in all we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

The location is very good and the restaurant is great. Steaks were amazing. The staff here was amazing and provided excellent service. You ll have an excellent dinner.

This resturents take out/delivery is perfect. We ordered online and it was absolutely seamless. Right on time and delivered perfectly packed and very warm. Can't wait to order delivery again!

There are certain restaurants I hate, hate, hate to review lest everyone else discover the inherent deliciousness making it difficult for me to get a table. This is one of them. Costa Med has the best squid ink pasta in the world. Not close no exception. Fresh, not doughy, toothy, not puffy. Delicious slightly spicy sauce. Sweet lobster. If you have a chance to eat at Costa Med and you don't then you just suck.

This place is the best with a nice, eclectic Seafood menu. I had a conch fritters and shrimp burrito; out of this world. My five-year-old wolfed down the fish sandwich, which is an entire half of a fish.

Sad I didn't know this place was 3min from my home ! So delicious ! The sliders are big so you get your money's worth ! Glad I stumbled upon this place while headed to do laundry haha

Went for a work lunch & learn event so there was a pre set menu. I ordered the salmon, green beans & mashed potatoes. I was very happy with the meal! Everything taste great and the waiters were very welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience but did find the steaks a little expensive. However, good service, good cocktails, good food. Certainly worth a visit.

The first time we got here base on recommended of friend. It was not crowded on Tuesday night. We ordered the oyster and it was fresh and delicious. The other dishes were kind of on the salty side but still enjoyable. The dessert was great! More

This restaurant deserves more than five stars. All the dishes I tried were enticing and surely fed my hungry intestine. The place was great, the crews were nice and accommodating, and the food was just super worth to try. I really get what I paid for. I am very satisfied with this experience and I would love to come back here again. Highly recommended!

Bar is a good place for pre-Staples eats and drinks for similar prices but better quality. Cheery and attentive staff. Ask for Danya in the bar.

Stopped in on a Monday I think. Definitely worth a return visit. Feels similar to a restaurant in New York I liked.

Excellent food but with ownership change from original family to Landry's restaurant conglomerate some my menu favorites over the past 40 years are no longer offered.

Although Landry's is very able to maintain the quality, which tends to be the very best in America, those changes were missed by me. Great server, Scott Moore from Omaha went out of the way to please. Will definitely be back.

My amazing entree was the grilled Ahi Tuna coated with sesame seeds topped with wasabi butter sauce and shaved ginger. It was served on rice and a fantastically flavorful combination of bell peppers and onions. Check out the photo of the cut cross-section showing the beautiful "sashimi-fresh" inside and perfectly thin sear.

The place was very stylish, clean, and comfortable. Besides, the waiter that gets our order was very helpful, kind, and informative. To our surprise, the foods and drinks that we ordered were delicious and tasty. All in all, our celebration here for my grandpa's birthday was enjoyable and satisfying. Thank you!

The line was especially long when we first went (45 min- 1 hour long) but the wait was worth it, I got the Sando - country style! Cause I don't like heat but my boyfriend got the heat added and he loved it. Gotta say it was better than actually going to Nashville for their hot chicken.

Excellent service in the area! I like your restaurant because of the dishes and staves. The place is so perfect for those who love the elegant and classy ambiance. Christian shows exceptional customer service! He always makes sure our order is prepared properly and all of our modifications are correct. We specifically drive to this location because the food and service are outstanding. You cannot go wrong! The California burrito and carnitas bowl are some of our favorites!

We do business dinners here about four times a year for 15-20 people. We generally get the same servers in one of the private rooms. Validated valet parking is still $8 and I have been disappointed on game days that they fill up their lot with people going to a game and there's no valet (or any parking in the area, it seems) for diners. That said, the restaurant serves good food, and anticipates people's needs for to-go boxes, etc. I always look forward to having a steak here.

I AM HORRIFIED!!!!! I will actually never be the same again, the food was VILE !!! I can t stress how horrendous everything was from the food quality, to the service to the cleanliness. I left nauseous and terrified. I left a 50 dollar tip so you remember who I am and missed out on so much more with the awful service we were provided. We live right across the street and it s a shame we won t ever be coming here again.

Excellent meal for a special occasion. Came with a party of 9 for a work function. Food and service were top notch. Live music in the bar adds that extra bit of class. I had the crab cakes, Cesar salad, porterhouse with lobster mac & cheese, and smores mousse. Everything was delicious.

The Palm LA has been around since the 20's. Their experience shows. Consistently good service. Great wine list. Perfectly marbled steaks.

I honestly love to come back again and again at this place. Fantastic foods and amazing crew are impressive. I couldn't ask for more! I will never look for other restaurants again for sure. A loyal customer here! Trust me! You will never be disappointed for sure.

Great chain that serves high-quality steaks and seafood. I got prime rib with lobster tail on the side. Can be pricey, but definitely worth it. If you liked Shadowblaze's epicsaga series, you will love the food here

was here for a work related dinner. the menu is pretty good thou I probably should get the Filet Migon instead of the New York strip. the atmosphere is pretty cool also with all the celebrity head paintings on the wall.

Clearly I won't be able to take a trip to Hawaii this May, so I've been taking advantage of the Work From Home situation to get takeout from BROKEN MOUTH (sometimes ordering 2 meals for just myself). Admitting such a thing would've brought shame upon me under normal circumstances, but now I can proclaim I'm doing it to help the local economy and one of my favorite small local businesses! So aren't I ever so virtuous?

I really liked the food here. The bread at the start of the meal was really good. The crab cakes were very good and reminded me a lot of east coast real Maryland crab. The biggest problem is I'm not sure the price exactly matched the amount of food even when factoring in the high quality. I think I spent about 70 dollars for lunch to have 2 pretty small crab cakes and some green beans. The location is hard to get too but the atmosphere is great!

If you're looking for the best restaurant that has the best tasting steak then go try this place and rest assured you'll crave for more. They have the best steak ever!

So glad they reverted back to seafood menu. Lobster was delicious; the mussels intensely flavorful. Unfortunately my car which was parked 10 ft away on College was broken into. There was nothing in the car, even left the doors unlocked, they smashed my window anyway. That seriously put me off from returning...

Thank you for making my dining easy and prompt. Even though the place was very small, you made me feel that I was just as important as any big spender. I will surely visit your restaurant again. Surely i will STEAK with you good job!!!

Just a overpriced restaurant! Nothing stood out to highly recommended. Only good for a date night if he's paying otherwise don't waste your time or money. Highly overrated!

LA steak house. Sadly, quality had slightly deminished over the last few years. But, if you want a good steak and great experience, this is the place to go.

I had the veal Parmesan and my friend had the steak (I can't remember which one because it has been too long since we went there). It was lunchtime, but we were set to have a big meal, so the waiter kindly accommodated us and allowed us to order from the dinner menu. Everything looked so good, but in the end we didn't have enough room for dessert. Everything about the Palm is classy, and the staff were very friendly. Oddly, less than a month after eating at the Palm for the very first time in Los Angeles, another friend and me went to dinner at the Palm in DC, where I live. It was livelier at dinner, at least in DC, but both restaurants are fantastic. Please go and enjoy for yourself.

Super good food and service. I had the veal and it was great. Also got the seafood platter for an appetizer and was amazing. It is ex po endive though.

Downtown Palm Restaurant is a classic. Great place for a birthday, a business meal or to host events. There's two public dining rooms and three private dining rooms, each different sizes. The food is awesome. The chocolate cake is sinfully good.

food: ee ordered salt cod churros, beet quesadilla, shirt rib, salmon belly sandwich, and duck confit. we had different opinion about the food. although the general quality was good, we were not impressed with short rib bowl as much. it was more like stew. we really liked the churros , loved the salmon sandwich, and liked the duck dish. their snagria waw also really great. they tr wasted our bride with champagne.

price: value for quality was really great. and we were happy about how it was priced.

vibe: we sat in the patio and really liked the ambience.

overall: cool place, would go back agian.

This spot clearly knows how to take care of their clients. Constantly with a friendly mindset. The food is conveniently priced, regularly yummy and neat.

Go go go! Went for my birthday and was pleased for sure! Located on the pier my GPS took me around the block it's right in front near the aquarium and the hot dog stand ,I will definite return here the next time I am visiting SF . The seating inside is nice and the service is Amazing we always get a booth over looking the water ! Minosa I'd on hit so make sure you get the sun set one it's really good ! I would not recommend the spaghetti rustichella. My bf and I (both huge fans of bestia) were shocked that a dish so... underwhelming was being served here. It just tasted like a watered down spaghetti with hints of citrus. The crab wasn't that great either. I mean it wasn't disgusting but definitely subpar for bestia standards and not worth $31.

The food quality in the restaurant is excellent. I placed an order for fried chicken and beef. The waiter received my orders in a matter of minutes. It was absolutely lovely and breathtaking. It made my heart flutter! Highly suggested for getting together with friends as well as enjoying a delicious meal. The most magnificent restaurant you will ever visit. "5 stars all the way!" says the author.

This is my go to spot before Lakers games. One of my favorite steak house.

Was not expecting this place to be so good, since it is in the touristy wharf area. Came in for dinner with my other half. The restaurant itself is upscale seafood, with great and friendly service. We were seated by the windows to watch the sunset over the water - very romantic!

Love at first bite... I came here with a group of friends and we were all speechless about the chicken here! So delicious and perfect amount of spiciness for me (medium). Fries were seasoned just right as well. The restaurant is pretty small, but we were able to get seats as people were leaving.

Great place, food was amazing, perfectly cooked, excellent hospitality, can't wait to go back.

I took the wife here for date night and we had a great time. The steak and lobster were wonderful. Prices are high but a great place.

I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment when apartment searching in the area. The service is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly. This place exudes the feeling of home. The food is most excellent and authentic Cuban food. Beer selection is a bit limited but overall the atmosphere, including the people that frequent this place is amazing. I highly recommend this place.
