It is an upscale restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles. The service is excellent. It is a steak restaurant but I ate Salmon. Salmon was good. The also have Meeting rooms.

Oh my goodness...when this place says they serve "Award-Winning Clam Chowder"...they mean it!!! It had bacon in it and a good amount of clams (don't you hate when restaurants serve CLAM chowder and there are like two pieces in there?) and it was creamy and sooooo good with the sourdough bread bowl.

I personally love this place. Very nice interiors great taste of foods. It is one of very few place that I recommend for everyone. :D

Delicious food w great ingredients in intimate setting. Everything is fresh and full of flavor. You go here to eat great food!

This place has the best sushi I've ever had! My favorite sashimi is the yellowtail belly. The sushi costs a lot, but it is the right price for the high quality sushi. This is probably the best sushi place you will ever go to!

As expected of this restaurant, they presented my food very flawlessly. Also, the food is really tasty and delicious. The location of the restaurant is very accessible.

Had a wonderful experience at The Palm Los Angeles. Paul and Andres took very good care of us. The food was phenomenal from the table side Caesar salad to the carrot cake! The Kansas City filet was cooked to perfection. Every food runner, server and manager seemed to take pride in their food and the presentation.

Very tasty, the service is comfortable. The place is big, unusual. From the menu - everything is important, they cook well.

Hard to find a healthy and hearty meal as a vegetarian for a decent price but the Happy Vegan plate is amazing. Been to this location maybe 10 times now and the food & service have been great every time.

Great service, attention to detail and care by Marietta, and the young man (Diego ??) who cracked the lobster shells

The service was great and their staff very friendly and attentive. What a place! When you are impressed by the service, atmosphere, and the food then you know you got a major winner. We are surely be back here.

I had been working with their banquet director for several months to put together my daughters graduation luncheon. Gina Cano our director delivered on everything she promised. Even though we arrived an hour early she made sure everything was ready and never skipped a beat through our whole event. We had the house salad, Calamari, Rib Eye, Chilean Sea Bass, Mac & Cheese, Brussel Sprouts, and Mashed potatoes. Every item was prepared as ordered, tasted amazing, and nary an empty plate on the table.We finished it off with a cake the restaurant had custom designed.Great food, service, attitude, it truly was a great location to celebrate our event.

This is the best restaurant I've ever seen, and it caters to us with the best food that really surprises us. They are also catering to special events including birthdays and weddings. All you need to do is contact them so that you can make a reservation.

This place is a classic. Recommend before a game as it's very close to the staples center. The food is very good and the service is consistently good. I wouldn't go without a reservation.

Maria our wait staff member was the best. Lobster - delish, Filet Mignon - seasoned to perfection and melts in your mouth, crab cakes and lobster cocktail - umm umm umm,,,drinks perfect. Only issues (very minor) were lackluster salads. Will be back though! Hold the lettuce.

I am always looking for somewhere to have a nice meal during the afternoon hours. Many local eateries close from 2-5. What a delight to visit the LA Palm and have a great meal with excellent service. Carl S was patient in explaining the menu and kind enough to offer discount the bill for one of our desserts.
The food was prepared and presented to please and we will be back again.

Great steaks and great sides and amazing drinks. we really enjoyed our dinner at the palm and will be back to visit this establishment again. Thanks for taking such good great of us. Also, the Ribeye was amazing

it is so savory to eat this authetic tacos with cilantro and onions!

Very enjoyable meal....... The food was amazing and the service outstanding. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant. Old school, big portions, great atmosphere. Big steak house menu- lobster and crab legs are giant, steaks are bigger and salads outstanding.

One day they just closed and opened as "Furai Chicken" again. I went to this place for a beer after my friend's birthday party. Since we were so full and didn't want to order too much, but after we got 1st order of chicken we had to order again more.

This is a good restaurant! But maybe not totally worth all the hype and long wait in line.

Unfortunately I can't speak for the wings which are their claim to fame. The spinach was so good for being something so simple. The black bean sauce noodles were pretty average in my opinion. Not super flavorful and just kinda meh. The pot stickers are huge, but are pretty doughy.

Come here at least once if you have the chance, but it's not anything worth waiting more than half an hour for

I truely appreciated the meals here. The bread on the begin of the meal turned into absolutely properly. The crab cakes have been very good and jogged my memory a lot of east coast real Maryland crab. the most important hassle is i'm now not sure the price exactly matched the amount of food even if factoring inside the high best. I think I spent approximately 70 bucks for lunch to have 2 pretty small crab desserts and some green beans. The vicinity is tough to get too but the atmosphere is great!

The service was amazing and food was excellent. Even though they were closing, they still took the time to treat our family with extreme hospitality and amazing service.

I'm really going to miss this restaurant when I go back to New York! Best soup dumplings ever and that says a lot since New York has a couple of good soup dumplings restaurants also. My favorite soup dumpling had to be the crab and pork . They were full of flavor and dumpling skin was not too thick or thin. Their spicy pork and shrimp dumplings were just as good as their soup dumplings that my table devoured them so fast. We ordered stir fry noodles with shredded pork and noodles with minced pork sauce . I would skip the minced pork with sauce as they lacked in flavor . Stir fry noodles were ok but not worth mentioning really .

At the first moment you step in that place the waiters give you a pleasant feeling. Very warm stuff, it is a friendly restaurant to enjoy with your friends or with your date. Great meals, skillful chief cook and stuff, modest pay and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

Had the bone-in rib eye. Outstanding! Previous to this, the best steak I have ever had was at Mastro's. Between the two, it's a tie. I'd have to have them side by side to make a determination. The scalloped potatoes, amazing. Seafood platter, awesome. Key Lime pie out of this world. It's expensive but absolutely worth it.

I really had fun at this dining establishment, the food is fantastic, and also the brooms were not smelly. It was a little cool inside, so yeah, it was not the best. The waitress is awesome too. I will certainly consider going back once more if I get the chance. Me and my buddy ordered the salad and we were not let down. My one recommendation is to maintain the cold outside. Till next time!

It's a delicious restaurant, but the amount is large.

While our waiter was kind, our food was mediocre at best, and highly unworthy of the price put on it. I know exactly what a medium-well done steak is and how it should turn out, I wasn t expecting a burnt hockey-puck on my plate. Then I m lectured by multiple employees that steak on the well done spectrum is dried out. No it s not when it s done correctly. Also, my steak was supposed to be a 9 ounce filet, it was as thin as a hamburger patty. Maybe that s just how LA cooks their steak. Pathetic.

Served Appetizers and main at the same time... they wanted us to finish soon. Stake taste good but not as much as it cost.

I wanted so badly to love The Palm but a dry filet steak left a lot to be desired. Super tender, good seasoning- especially with the chimichuri sauce, but just dry. Was hoping for a little more from such an upscale joint.

I went on a Saturday night and the place was very busy, we were still seated right away. The menu is fairly big, I had #7A Bistec De Pollo - Chicken Steak. The chicken was incredibly juicy, so good! The sides were all good but not as fresh as the chicken. I did love the plantains. Would love to try the Famous Garlic Chicken next time!

This is an amazing restuarant with really good souls cooking your food.
On the outside it didnt look like much but the Sikh family that runs it are really cool and likeable. I would recommended

Great traditional steak house with everything that goes with it.

Been to this restaurant twice before, but this past visit was disappointing. The service was poor, we waited for 1/2 hour before we saw our server, three filets mignons were ordered cooked differently; medium, medium rare, and black and blue. They were served all the same way. I've had a better filet at a local restaurant for 1/3 the price. Sides were served cold. We saw our server only twice during our visit (once to take our order and once to give us the check) Server's assistant gave better service!

A fav location for quality Quality Meals. Very tasty. I had a brother come into town and asked me to take him back here. It has a nice interior. Ambience is similar to Fresno's scene.

We always enjoy this place for good foods and time. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

Delicious, if I were you I'd go with the hot level at the minimum, skip the medium spice level.

We went around 9pm on a Monday and there was a 20 minute line. It died down completely around 10pm while we were eating. We parked in a parking lot across the street since there was no parking in their lot.

My wife and I stopped by this place last night while out of town on business. This place is da bomb. The steak was juicy and BIG. drinks were strong. My wife was happy. We had a great time. Nice atmosphere. Too bad they didn't have this up in Sac Town.

A great experience it was.... Food was delicious and everyone friendly..my date was quite happy after that...

The only good thing about this place was the waiter. Very polite and accommodating. We ordered our food, which sounded delicious. Rib Eye and sword fish, broiled. We did not choose to have it blackened. Well, the medium rare steak came to the table with a black charred crust. We asked if they gave us the blackened, and he said "No, this is seared"... Maybe it's just me, but I didn't think broiled meant seared to a dry black bitter crisp. Each dish was served a la carte, so just this piece of charred steak was $39. We had to order the side dish separately. Now, if these dishes were mouth watering, I would not complain. But to pay that kind of money for a dish that lacks taste is a waste of money.

Now, let's discuss the atmosphere. The cowboy sitting behind us was obnoxiously loud, cursing in every sentence that you could hear throughout the restaurant. They sat us here because they said it was more peaceful than the bar. I'm thinking otherwise. The restaurant owner or manager came by the cowboy's table and encouraged him to continue talking loudly by actively engaging in the discussion. I guess they were friends or something. Once the cowboy left, she offered us dessert (which we didn't get to choose since they just brought us a cheesecake) and apologized for the noise. So unprofessional and offensive to engage in this type of conversation then offer a cheesecake at a high scale restaurant.

I will not go there again.

Just today, I visited this restaurant for lunch! We have friends who have come from abroad and we handle them here because before I had the best and most delicious menu with them. The staff was very involved and welcoming. Our guest had the best time here and vowed to come back and try some of the menus we hadn't ordered previously.

Love the setting, view and ambience. Perfect for an afternoon drink with a friend. The food was good.. I only had a couple things and didn t care for one of them. The wine list is simple but good options. I ll be back for sure.

I totally had fun at this cafe, the food is remarkable, and also the restrooms were ok. It was a little cool inside, so yeah, it was not perfect. The host is excellent also. I will absolutely consider going back once again if I get the opportunity. Me and also my friend got the toast and also we were not dissatisfied. My one suggestion is to maintain the cool exterior. Come again!

Absolutely love this place. Than ambience is lovely the moment I stop foot into this restaurant . This restaurant is really spacious inside. There's a full open bar on the right side of the restaurant and the main restaurant arrangement is just beautiful.
