Was not pleased with the food at all. The French fries were so bad for the caliber of place this is. The tomato soup tasted like marinara sauce. The deserts were good and thats the reason for the second star.

The bus boy was great.

Im hoping it was just a bad night and we got unlucky.

Quality Meals at this location - super tasty. Nice place to think about business. I'll return with my coworkers. The bill was good for how much you get.

The Palm never disappoints, regardless of the location! I ve been to the location in Nashville several times, and the LA restaurant is no different - wonderful service and amazing food! Great wine and drink selection.

They offer a great variety of food, the price are good and the service is very nice, we also can order in our suite.

The Palm - L.A. Downtown! This is a must if you are in CA or in the area very good reminded me of The Palm - L.A. Downtown.

We ordered the prix fixe menu of the day. The main course was grilled salmon and I loved it, although I would prefer it if were a little less sweet. Price is quite reasonable and service was good.

Absolutely love this place. My favorite dishes are the tuna melt sandwich and the breakfast quesadilla, but everything I've tasted has been delicious. There's always plenty of seating and the outside patio is perfect on a nice sunny day. I usually have the cappuccino but the coffee is pretty good too. The staff is always very friendly and the food never takes too long. Great place for breakfast or lunch with friends.

I love, love this restaurant. The outdoor atmosphere is quite lovely and the food is amazing. I visit almost every time I'm in LA. The sea bass and the chopped salad are my faves.

This spot features a subdued location in a ritzy part of town - South Park. It's nearby the Staples Center, and the Pico at Flower Metro A Line and Expo Line stop. If you walked by the place, you might almost think it was closed, but the place is sort of low key and upscale with its lighting and ambiance.

Food: Pretty disappointing food at this price and also 4.5 stars?? I only like the lamb chops and that's it. Salt Cod Churros tasted so boring, felt like eating some dough. Gambas, ok the shrimps were ok but def way too oily. Masa gnocchi also was super oily. Short rib was so hard and not seasoned well.

So good for a nice lunch! The scallops were sublime!

Loved the food. Tasted to perfection. Very fast service although it could of been because the place was fairly empty when I arrived. Very pricey meal. Nice atmosphere and decor.

I just celebrated my birthday with dinner at The Palm! Amazing!

The hostess was rude and she seemed as if she didn t want to be bothered. I made reservations here and still had to wait. Then was placed in the corner of the restraurant where there was barely any lights. The food was OKAY. Not that great for an upscale restaurant

The Service: Very professional. Quick service. Very attentive.

The Food: The steak is super tender and juicy. The donuts dessert is hot and to go with the sauce.... yummy!!

By far the best hotdog place ever! You can go wrong with any of their dogs but make sure you save room for those deep fried Oreos.

This is my favourite restaurant in downtown Los Angeles. The foods we ordered were cooked to perfection. The ambiance is nice, too. This place is perfect for family lunch and dinners.

Awesome atmosphere and food. A lot of fun for large parties. Not your neighborhood budget restaurant but definitely worth it.

Both locations are nice, the Beverly Hills location is slightly more expensive but for someone who tried many restaurants in the state, I was really pleased with the service and the food.

Best lobster I've had and filet was butter. Absolutely must eat there whenever in town

Overall, a pretty damn good fish sandwich. I wanted just one pan con minuta, which I ordered originally. She asked if I wanted tartar sauce, ketchup, or onions, and I replied, "all three." Well a few minutes later she brought me order, which contained 3 sandwiches instead of one. I paid for them and didn't complain, but just beware of the language barrier if you don't speak Spanish. The owner was there and was extremely friendly, greeting customers and shaking hands.

Had a awesome experience here with my friend. The food comes out fast and the customer service is just excellent. Prices are affordable.

Well since I'm going on week seven of having no new cases at work (and therefore no income), I'm starting to get a lot more excited about the happy hour deals around LA. I'd like to keep going out to eat, but I'd also like to continue to afford rent.

Excellent quality for pastas and salads. They have unique pastries too. Especially like their coffees and mint lemonade. Always anxious to serve you. Thank you for bringing this great eatery to our area. It's a gem.

Typical Palm quality. We sat at the bar area as the restaurant was very crowded on a Sunday night. Service in the bar area was very slow but food was great.

No bread. Salty. Steak not cooked as requested. Servers seem to be a bit lost in direction. Over priced for expectations.

I was here for a birthday and although the food was delicious they were pretty pricey and their service was below average. I dont think I will be returning.

We had a very lovely meal here at Providence, with dishes were delicious and we'll balanced. The Wagyu beef cigar, as well as the Miyazaki beef with pumpkin were exceptional dishes.

The food at this restaurant is great, and we would have returned if we had stayed for a longer period of time. The level of customer service was exceptional! The wine was also excellent, and the restaurant staff was pleasant, courteous, and attentive to our needs. Whenever I'm in this part of town, I'll pay you a visit!

This was delishhhh! i absolutely loved it. I ordered combo Number 2 extra hot which is the 2 sliders and fries.. let me just say these aren't necessarily sliders they're almost like regular chicken sandwiches. If you get full easily you might want to share one plate with someone else. The fries are reallly good too. Well seasoned. Also, if you want to save your leftover for the next day, my personal opinion is don't. It doesn't really taste as delicious as it does when it's freshly made. Customer service was okay. But parking does suck.

Come here just for the views! And the sourdough rolls. And the clam chowder. Yummy, creamy clam chowder and the most amazing bread. This place doesn't charge you for additional bread which many of the other places do. This restaurant is nice for special occasions but casual enough where you can bring the kids. Place is along the water, feel free to ask for a window view, worth the wait. Try to go before sunset so you can really enjoy the view.

Home of delicious steaks, and monster sides.
Highly recommend picking your meat and how you want it done, then keep in mind the sides easily serve 2-3 friends, pick sides you want to share between you all.
Soooo. 4 stars only? well truth of the matter is the food is outstanding, but at probably averagely $150 a plate, well its good but not uncommonly good at that price. so can't really square more than 4 stars.. get me right. if I had a steak that good at Denny's, at denny's prices.. that would be worth 10 stars any day of the week.

Our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. Unusual service by the chefs dim sum style, with a different menu every time we've gone. Better with 4 or more so you can taste as much as possible, great atmoshpere.

Amazing food! Decided to take my fiance to dinner somewhere nice and ended up at the Palm. Beautiful restaurant with very polite waiters and waitresses. Andy took our order and she was such a polite woman as were all the employees. Highly recommend it if you are in the mood for steak or lobster....hmm lobster...jeje

Very upscale, friendly staff food was fantastic, very pricey though, the check was for 200 dollars for two people.

Ahi tuna had a nice peppery crust, but the salmon was bland and the brussel sprouts were soggy and boring. Stick with the steak.

A prestigious steak house. This is not too much to say about steak. I would like to visit again someday.

Try to eat at a Palm once a month for business or social occasions. It's consistently excellent with excellent service and food. Beware.. Can be extremely busy if there are events going on at Staples Center ie Lakers games!
