I always love the National Gallery. Every visit to London sees me there, sitting with the Impressionists.

Beautiful place !
Lot of wonderful piece of art, so much things to watch, you need lot of time to appreciate all the painting.
The place is free but donation are recommended
A curious maze of beautiful rooms, each with their own unique character, it is easy, and arguably desirable, to get lost in this fascinating place among one of the finest collections of art in the world. The guards are rude and gruff however, no bags or umbrellas are allowed inside, and their cloakrooms seen to be run on a lottery system.
A wonderful place. So much to see, so allow lots of time.
Brilliant, went on a free walk and talk tour of a few paintings, took about an hour, very interesting
A wonderful place to learn about nature and the beggining of our species and other animal species.
Full of knowledge and learning.
Some nice ones, entry is free and it is very well located, definitely a place to visit in London
We visited the Leonardo Experience which is a great idea: only one painting (The Virgin of the Rocks) and extra information about the style, age and environment. Sometimes it was too fast (it would be great to compare the painting with the Louvre's version, which is 20 years earlier), and the information about the Milan church was lack of details. But the experience was fantastic and art itself: how the focus could be set to the important details.
The connected free exhibition with other paintings about the same biblical event gave a wider view as well.
I love this place. Has the best paintings and the Van Gogh and Rembrandt rooms are just amazing. And it's all free. Besides the view of Trafalgar is amazing. And you can just walk everywhere
Really enjoyed the Courtauld Impressionist exhibition.
Outstanding collection of historical art from all ages. A decent two hour walk around to see everything but worth going if in London.
One of London's treasures, holding some the world's greatest pieces of art. One visit is never enough, so given that it is free entrance it's perfect for a quick visit to see some of the areas you've not seen before.
Interesting exhibitions, the world back when was quite crazy!
ABSOLUTELY WORLD CLASS COLLECTION OF ART. NEED I SAY MORE?
Very nice place. If you like art and painting you will love it.
A very interesting place to visit. Huge building with many rooms and many paintings of all styles. We didn't spend too much time here, but had a chance to see the impressionists and some other painters. Unfortunately Van Gogh's Sunflowers were away as a loan to another exhibition. The gallery is free to visit and takes the better part pf a morning to see through. To the downside, it doesn't have A/C, which is somewhat necessary in the summer, especially with many visitors in the rooms.
A real trip in the historical beauty from all around the world.. Always good to go there!!!
Absolutely wonderful and the staff in the shop where very happy to serve. Even when I was told not to photograph with at a specific exhibit, the staff where friendly and explained why.
Superb artworks which deserves a much longer period of contemplation than that allotted during the current restrictions
Beautiful. Wonderful. Exquisite. The art will blow you away and the galleries rotate and change year round. A finer collection would be hard to find and is offered free for admittance. You almost can't believe it once you're in and have a walk through. All the great masters must have been represented here at some point in time. Came in May and then again in August and it was like coming to a whole new gallery since so many of the exhibits had changed. Breath taking.
So much to see just needed more time to see it all.
Always a pleasure to visit and see great works of art!
Lovely visit in National Gallery. No queue outside, no crowds inside.
Beautiful gallery with paintings of top rated European artsts.
Great collection and loved being surrounded by art.
Amazing place with several masterpieces. Good to go on a Friday night in the extended hours.
(1)(3)Virtual Tour free for everyone. Just go to the website. The Old Masters are here and a great deal more besides. FROM THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN LIVING ROOM.

An amazing selection of art with the Venetian pieces being my favourites by far. Worth checking out not only for the art but the architecture as well.
Amazing place. So much to see. One of my favourite places to see in London
It was beautiful but it shuts quite early and there was no maps in English left... but still very beautiful. Amazing location too.
Free public art gallery- a famous tourist attraction in central London.
Great collection, so huge, amazing amazing amazing experience
Peace and quiet was lovely. Away from the constant London hussle and bussle
One of my favourite places to view traditional art in all its fully size glory, beautiful architecture adds to the magic.
This was one of the highlights of my trip to London! I arrived about an hour before they closed so I had to come back the next day. Be prepared to spend at least 3 hours or more!
I would strongly recommend that you rent an audio headset that details info and background on the painting and the artist as it adds sooooo much to the experience!! This place will not disappoint!
My eyes had never seen such a good view in a long time.It was awesome.By farrukh naseem
Terrific collection, worth multiple visits, since you can see only a fraction in 2-3 hours.
Wonderful sorolla exhibition. Complete lack of baby change facilities in ladies or disabled toilets in sainsbury wing.
Ban on taking photos should be in place throughout the gallery. Impossible to enjoy the impressionist paintings due to majority of people just taking pictures of the pictures or selfies and not looking at the paintings at all.
Brilliant museum. Some of the best paintings in the world across centuries of history. The audio guide is well worth having too. Highlighted paintings on the guide have information in many languages. However, other paintings have numbers beside them which have detailed comments but only in English. The food available is of very good quality and, as the gallery is free, you can treat yourself!
Great gallery. By donation. We didn't have enough time!
A definite must-visit spot for anyone with even a casual interest in art.
Great day out went today free to get in but they do ask for a donation. Would have given 5 stars but they loaned van goughs the sunflowers to another museum. It comes back on the 11th August.
Really an amazing place that allows you to travel in time and appreciate precious paintings, love to go there ! I enjoy every time I go !!!
It is amazing. One day is not enough if ypu really want to see and read and to know about the paintings .
Wonderful selection of pictures, always something new to see and explore.
Have well thought out and informative exhibitions.
Two hours stolen out of my day, it's nowhere near enough time but when spent in the company of beauty, thought and inspiration, it never fails to lift my soul. I shall keep coming back and each time it will always will be too short a time spent there.
I loved my time here. The staff were very knowledgeable and approachable
Love this place. A must visit for tourists. Some of the finest art in the world is here.
One of the finest galleries in the World. The current Monet exhibition is superb.
World class art by the room full, free entry. How could it be any better than this?
Thousands of top quality paintings on view. A large variety of subjects covered. Well worth a look.
Love this gallery in London so lucky are we to have London and its wealth of exhibitions
Love the place but omg number of people visiting os reaching a limit making it doubtful pleasure
Pretty boring. The building is more interesting than the artwork.
