Beautiful place but I wish they had more than 4 days a year to bring your dog. Maybe once a month? I won't support them until we can at least use it 12 times a year. Until then we'll see you once a quarter.

Our July 2017 outdoor wedding ceremony in The Hedge Garden was absolutely stunning!!
Our coordinator Jennie P, has been phenomenal during the entire planning process! Jennie welcomed us on our wedding day as well! Jennie was prompt and very responsive to emails! It was an absolute pleasure having her as our coordinator.
The Hedge Garden is a gorgeous setting for an outdoor ceremony! It was beautiful and perfect. We had plenty of time within our rental timeframe. White ceremony wooden chairs were beautiful and Morton Arb takes care of their setup and take away.
The Morton Arboretum is gorgeous and so well maintained!! Staff is very friendly and courteous.
All of my questions and requests were listened to and respected for our ceremony!

Thank you so much Jennie P!!

The entire Arboretum is beautiful and well worth visiting. The trolley tour is worth twice the cost, don't hesitate to pay for this tour. The guide/driver/narrator has an encyclopedic knowledge and presents it in a fun and entertaining way. Anytime is a good time to visit!

A beautiful little escape and something different to do when you're bored and have a few hours to spend. Also came here for Tree Lights for the first time in 2017 and it was incredible. Will definitely return in 2018.

Became a member this past summer after moving to lisle. The Morton Arboretum is beautiful. They always have something new to check out, from lego exhibits, to ale tastings, to the illumination which starts soon. Great way to spend an afternoon with family and friends.

One of the only natural refuges in the Chicagoland area, the Morton Arboretum is an oasis of open green space with lots to admire as you take a stroll or picnic within their beautifully manicured forests. Be prepared for crowds in warmer months, especially if there is a global pandemic underway. If you're looking for a quieter portion of the Arboretum, the Western portion is a favorite among readers and others seeking solitude in nature.

Awesome place to visit. Great children's area with a couple areas for kids to burn off some energy. A couple rope bridges. A place for the to cool off their feet. The main area has several ponds and walking paths. Bring the bikes because you can bike just about everywhere. Everything is very well labeled so you can see what trees are what. 2018 - the great Troll Hunt. Had a blast seeing the awesome Trolls ...

Amazing collection. Spring and late summer are my favorite times here. Great place for a walk/run/ride.
The access loops turn into an exhaust choking parking lot during the autumn colors with people taking pictures through their car windows.

Lovely place to wander and enjoy nature. There are a variety of trails so you can spend as much or as little time here and get a wonderful experience. Photographers this is a great spot to get trees, flowers and birds. The Illumination during December is impressive. Bundle up and enjoy walking through a mile long walking tour through the trees. As a side note, the cafe offers a floor to ceiling view of the lake and has a delicious menu.

I recently was married at the Arboretum, and I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. From the catering to organizing the venue, the Arboretum is a well-oiled machine that knows how to throw an amazing party. Elana with the catering side of the arboretum is the best - she is so accommodating and always quickly responded to any questions I had. On the venue side, Dana is so organized and really knows how to keep the wedding planning process on track. Dana also was great to bounce ideas off of during the planning process. From valet service to uplighting, she had suggestions for everything! With the gorgeous grounds, the beyond attentive wait staff, delicious food, and organized planners, the Arboretum was definitely the best choice for us to hold our wedding!

A lovely way to spend an afternoon in the western Chicago suburbs. Lots of green grass, trees, and flowers with temporary installations like trolls and Lego sculptures. The children's area is well developed and easy for kids to spend a couple hours in.

It was worth braving a windy day to experience the gorgeous Autumn foliage! It was a special event where dogs were allowed in, and we had a blast! I'm looking forward to attending Illumination this year after such a memorable visit. Highly recommend the troll hunt to those looking for a good hiking experience!

A beautiful arboretum that is larger than one would expect. Many different trees and plants from both the US and around the world. Very nice facilities with good parking. Ideal for both drive throughs and hikes. Many places to park and walk around. Definitely coming back!
