We were at the beginning of getting our house ready for sale and had not interviewed for a realtor yet. Morgan was recommended by a neighbor that had used him before. We interviewed a couple of realtors including Morgan. We chose Morgan because of his thoroughness in providing us information at the interview on what our neighborhood looked like as far as comps and trends and Morgan has an air of confidence when speaking that obviously comes from years of experience in selling and buying homes. As much as we were unsure of what we were doing, we chose Morgan because he knew what he was doing and we could see that. This house sale went great from that point forward from finishing getting the house ready with use of some of Morgan's contacts to pictures, advertising and ultimately the sale. Thank You Morgan

We are moving into Scottsdale from out of state, and worked with Josh as our realtor between March and November of 2020. Buying a home is stressful at any time, but trying to buy from out of state during a global pandemic and an unbelievably competitive market takes the stress up several levels! Josh went above and beyond to visit homes over a period of months that we were interested in, FaceTiming us in as desired so that we could be as "present" as possible. He gave extremely helpful feedback and analysis of the homes, pointing out positives and negatives that we would have missed. When we found the home we wanted, we were one of 11 offers in just 24 hours! He pulled out all of the stops, working with our mortgage company and personally writing a letter of recommendation to the sellers in order to get us under contract. Throughout the entire process, he was extremely professional and personable, and always available. Although he was working with several other clients, My wife and I both felt like we were his top priority. If your moving into Scottsdale, or the greater Phoenix area, we could not recommend Josh more highly.

Tony Newport is the BEAST in the real estate game, at least for me. The most honest person you will ever meet, honest because having a filter is not really his forte. He will tell you upfront what you need to know and he does not sugar coat(tough love). Would he let you down? NEVER! I wanted to take a minute and thank Morgan Hodges for his amazing assistance in finding us our dream home. Morgan at The Mojo Team was given three days to line us up with properties and we flew down and looked at them. First of all, he had a plan, timing was perfect and he never missed a beat between homes. We went from one to another knowing we only had two days to find what we wanted. In those two days he had everything lined up perfectly and we were never in a hurry or pushed to like something we didn t like. Morgan took the time to walk us through how the sun would raise and fall at each home along with showing us his concerns on which rooms might be in direct sunlight during the hottest part of the summer. Some things we from Colorado wouldn t consider.

He was quick to point out concerns of things that didn t look right or had been possibly fixed. He used our location in Denver to give us an idea of where the new home would be in reference to landmarks in Colorado so we could fully understand how far out we were from certain areas. He also include time to certain places like the mall or downtown Scottsdale. Other options on golf courses and which areas we could join as golfers and/or social members.

After we placed an offer he had one of the most responsive inspections done on the property. We own a home at a higher value in Denver and the inspection was ten fold better than anything we received from our realtor in Denver. His actions showed he wanted the right house for us. Not just to make a sale like our realtor did in Colorado.

After the inspection Morgan personally worked with every company and oversaw all fixes needed to made and sent before and after pictures of all work done.

I m a type A, OCD personality and with little patience and Morgan was able to beat every expectation I had. There is no one I would recommend other than Morgan at The MoJo Team and Realty One for any home I d be selling or buying. His firm is one of a kind. Tom Williams

Update 6/12/20 --

bought and sold homes with Morgan Hodges of MoJo. Mind you, I heavily considered getting my realtor license just to save on fees knowing that we d be buying and selling - and it adds up! But I am so glad I didn t go that route - and I am sure we bought at a better price and sold at a better price because of him so the fees paid for themselves. Plus, we really felt the value in using Morgan specifically when comparing him to the far less impressive realtors we worked with during our home sale and some of the showings we went to during our house search. He is an experienced and motivated realtor, and I am so glad I took my friends recommendations to use him. Morgan handled every aspect of our purchase, which was fast and seamless (preceded by a very long process to find the right house! We weren t in a hurry and were looking for the perfect house but Morgan patiently showed us houses for about 6 months - prepandemic, and then we took a break once Rona started getting crazy. But one day Morgan checked in to make sure we saw a house that was on the market because it seemed to hit almost everything on my checklist and it was the perfect house. As for selling, despite us being very nervous about the market, he just seemed to know exactly what to expect based on everything that he was constantly reading. He gave recommendations for what to do to prep for sale (and contacts for excellent contractors), then their photographer came to take pictures (also phenomenal) and we put our house on the market for $30,000 more than what we had planned to do, at Morgan s insistence (he said we could ask for higher but we were too resistant) We had a showing scheduled for an hour later, plus 24 showings in the next two days - ending up with 8 offers in 3 days, and for another $30,000 over asking price which was about $60,000 over what the random online websites were telling us to expect - however Morgan predicted it all along. The sale went pretty smoothly, but at the last hour there were a few hiccups on the buyers end but Morgan kept on top of the situation and seemed to practically predict what would happen the entire time - it was so nice having someone that has seen it all and knew typical timelines and chain of events. So yes, we bought and sold in the middle of a pandemic and still had amazing success thanks to Morgan!

Morgan and Josh found my family our dream home in Paradise Valley! Coming from out of state, they really educated us about all of the communities and made themselves available to show us homes when we were visiting. Buying from out of state can be extremely stressful and they alleviated all of that. Dana was incredible and also played a big part in making the transaction extremely smooth and provided us with great lenders. We are so happy in our new home and happy to call Morgan and Josh new friends. Thank you MoJo Team!

We decided to sell our Scottsdale home earlier this year, and contacted Josh Hintzen from the MOJO Team/Realty One Group to handle things for us. Josh was instrumental in helping us find this home originally about four years ago. He was so courteous, knowledgeable, patient and respectful at the time, that it was obvious for us to contact him again.
We signed the Broker contract with Josh in the spring, and the home sold in the following summer. During pandemic times, I admit it was a real challenge. But he got the job done.
In almost every real estate transaction, there is an asking price, and there is also what s called a Magic Number . The latter is a number that the seller requires as a desirable and attractive selling price, yet fair for the buyer. When I gave that number to Josh, it took him less than 48 hours to finalize the deal with a prospective buyer. Nice job indeed !
