Josh Hintzen did it again !
We decided to sell our Scottsdale home earlier this year, and contacted Josh Hintzen from the MOJO Team/Realty One Group to handle things for us. Josh was instrumental in helping us find this home originally about four years ago. He was so courteous, knowledgeable, patient and respectful at the time, that it was obvious for us to contact him again.
We signed the Broker contract with Josh in the spring, and the home sold in the following summer. During pandemic times, I admit it was a real challenge. But he got the job done.
In almost every real estate transaction, there is an asking price, and there is also what s called a Magic Number . The latter is a number that the seller requires as a desirable and attractive selling price, yet fair for the buyer. When I gave that number to Josh, it took him less than 48 hours to finalize the deal with a prospective buyer. Nice job indeed !
You won t ever regret working with Josh when selling or buying a property. And the bonus is that you end up acquiring a great friend.
