We had the extreme pleasure of working with Josh Hintzen. We are from Texas and decided to retire in Scottsdale. We found Josh through his unbelievable website. Our house hunt began from Texas. His site was so user friendly it made searching for a home so easy. His team s diligent follow up was another reason we loved working with them. It was quite a process. We looked at probably 40 homes before we found ours. Every time we came into town Josh was totally available for us. He made us feel like we were his top priority every time! Once we decided on our home his professionalism, patience and negotiating skills were incomparable. His recommendation of other professionals through buying and closing made our process go very smooth and seamless. I might add that we are investors and real estate is our profession (my husband is a broker in Texas). We aren t the easiest clients to work with but Josh always made us feel comfortable. Even months after closing he is still here for us on anything we need. We are so excited about our move to Scottsdale and our new home and Josh shares that excitement with us. We totally recommend him and his team! We love Josh!
