Morgan and his team are top notch. Highly recommended to anyone local or relocating. Coming from out of state with little experience in the area, we were nervous about finding the right home in a good location for our children. Morgan and his team guided the way start to finish. Morgan is very knowledgeable about the area, and really assisted us in becoming acclimated with school districts and various communities. He is well informed about market trends and available properties and had a flexible schedule for showings. He was patient when we were indecisive and a strategic closer when we found ourselves in a multiple offer situation. Once in contract, (we won!) Morgan and his team made the inspection and closing process seamless. Even now that we are settled into our new home, they are quick to respond to any inquiry.
