I wanted to take a minute and thank Morgan Hodges for his amazing assistance in finding us our dream home. Morgan at The Mojo Team was given three days to line us up with properties and we flew down and looked at them. First of all, he had a plan, timing was perfect and he never missed a beat between homes. We went from one to another knowing we only had two days to find what we wanted. In those two days he had everything lined up perfectly and we were never in a hurry or pushed to like something we didn t like. Morgan took the time to walk us through how the sun would raise and fall at each home along with showing us his concerns on which rooms might be in direct sunlight during the hottest part of the summer. Some things we from Colorado wouldn t consider.

He was quick to point out concerns of things that didn t look right or had been possibly fixed. He used our location in Denver to give us an idea of where the new home would be in reference to landmarks in Colorado so we could fully understand how far out we were from certain areas. He also include time to certain places like the mall or downtown Scottsdale. Other options on golf courses and which areas we could join as golfers and/or social members.

After we placed an offer he had one of the most responsive inspections done on the property. We own a home at a higher value in Denver and the inspection was ten fold better than anything we received from our realtor in Denver. His actions showed he wanted the right house for us. Not just to make a sale like our realtor did in Colorado.

After the inspection Morgan personally worked with every company and oversaw all fixes needed to made and sent before and after pictures of all work done.

I m a type A, OCD personality and with little patience and Morgan was able to beat every expectation I had. There is no one I would recommend other than Morgan at The MoJo Team and Realty One for any home I d be selling or buying. His firm is one of a kind. Tom Williams
