Spacious, clean rooms, mostly friendly staff, accept for the attendant that got angry because I opened my own door to the vehicle of the Lyft driver that I called. The attendants can be a bit pushy and sorry, but I'm not tipping you for opening my door!
Other than that, our experience was great overall. Sure would have liked it if there was a hot tub!

I'd give this place 6 stars if I could. Stunningly beautiful and the staff is awesome. I'd highly recommend taking a cooking class there if you have time. Here are the results of our class.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Spacious bathrooms with good fixtures. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was not haunted by any ghosts of Savannah's 1800s era plagues or fires, and no wayward spirits followed us home. Will definitely go back!

Location was perfect, about a mile away from the river so traffic was light and parking wasn't a problem. The hotel was beautiful and staff was so friendly and helpful! Next time we go to savannah we will be staying here.

We love staying here--its quiet, classy, and clean. We've stayed here 2 years in a row, and we enjoyed both visits. They offer a shuttle back and forth from The Bohemian, and they will drop you off at a restaurant along the way if you request. Love this hotel!

This is the worst place I ve ever stayed. Expensive and decor is an eye soar. Booked a room with 2 queens but gave us a king. Said type of bed reserved not guaranteed. Why give an option if there s no option? Also, beds were not made properly the next day or sheets changed. Beds were not turned down at night either. There were events going on and highly trafficked lobby and atrium. If this is this kind of establishment, room rates should be lower for a 4 star hotel. Autograph Marriott and AAA should be aware of how it s being managed. Very disappointed.

I loved it. Full of energy and spirit. The bathrooms are hilariously badly designed but quite the novelty! We had feather free room due to wife allergies. Must stay! It's the splurge though cause it's pricey!

A great place for venues like weddings, albeit probably at a steep price. I think the wedding hosts dug deep in their pockets for this spot. The staff members were all very kind and answered all our questions with aplomb. I don't think I'd stay there unless it's a special occasion, though. Great location right next to Forsyth Park.

This place was truly amazing! It has a spa in the basement and the artwork was stunning throughout. The marble gardens were beautiful, even on an overcast day. I would recommended this place highly.

My 6 night stay was full of operational problems but the management always was responsive to resolve the issues. This is an older facility and you can hear a lot of noises and the rooms are a bit small. The food was excellent and its location on the park is incredible.

High grade hotel and event center across from Forsyth Park. I ve been to similar places in the US, Europe, and Asia so this rating is in reference to those.
Highly attentive staff and clean facilities. I took off a partial star because some items appear overpriced, and with a careful round of efficiency improvement and/or process improvement, they could reduce prices. As for facilities - see the pics. Entry, patio, ballroom were all very good. Indoor air quality was good.

This mansion is fancy af. Fresh flowers and a piano they'll let you play on request. Plus, the restaurant serves very good food. A little pricey, but overall it's a great location for seeing Savannah.

Gorgeous hotel with luxurious rooms and large bathrooms. Maintenance could be improved, however, and it is quite easy to get lost in the corridors. Tasteful decor and good views of the adjacent park. Rooms were generally clean. Service was friendly, and the reception staff was exceptionally friendly to my family. The pool was small, but nice, and the breakfast was large and hearty. Very conveniently located, near the centre of the city and by the lovely Forsyth Park, for which the hotel is named.

The hotel exclaims attention to detail. House cleaning did not make the bed, restock the coffee station, or bath supplies for the 3 nights I was there. This hotel has a culinary school and we found the dinner just terrible. We both got sick. We notified the front desk and was informed the manager would contact us, which never happened.

I booked this room as an early anniversary gift for my Husband. I wanted to do a boudoir photo shoot for our anniversary. It was our first trip to Savannah and I wanted a really romantic spot. Our room was lovely and eclectic. The art work was varied. We had a two night stay. Where it went off the rails was service. We left for the day on a Saturday came back to an unserved room. No fresh towels, bed unmade, coffee not restocked. My Husband called down and was told, "they don't service the rooms and the front desk was to tell us and they forget sometimes." OK so we were going to do a boudoir photo shoot for anniversary, so that could not happen. They brought us up towels, not folded, just sorta piled up, just short of a heap. We had to call down and ask for coffee supplies. They brought up coffee but no cups, lids etc. So much for anniversary plans. I don't know if I would book another Kessler property. I like clean linens. The drain in the shower was slow and mold (small) was in the bathroom and shower. It's the south and I know it happens. Service for the guests is very lax on this property. I'm disappointed that my surprise for the Husband was crushed. No romance. No memories. No photos. Beautiful lingerie unused. Nothing memorable here.

The Mansion at Forsyth Park provides one of the most unique hotel experiences around. The entire establishment is covered in art work from the lobby to the elevator and into the rooms. The room is super plush and comfortable with a romantic layout and stylized decor. The freestanding oversized tub offered a relaxing soak to end the day, before jumping into a most comfortable bed. The 700 Drayton restaurant, on site, started the next day off with a delicious breakfast and gave us energy to continue to explore the hotel grounds and Savannah. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

The Mansion on Forsyth Park is an experience worth drinking in. It's pet friendly, the staff is helpful and pleasant, and restaurant next door has some of the best scallops I've ever tasted. There is also a shuttle that can take you to the riverfront if you don't feel like walking.

I wanted to give this place five stars but... they were doing construction in a room next to ours at 8am in the morning. So if one wanted to sleep in that wasn't possible at all. Additionally, they were using a table saw after 7pm in the same room the night before...needless to say that was alarming walking up towards that sound after the sun set. I would like to note that this property offers a free shuttle to their sister property the Bohemian down by the water front. Which is and was awesome for two of the three evening we utilized it. I will say and I did mention to the front desk, that last night upon our use of the shuttle back to the Mansion, the Bohemian gents were not in any hurry nor did they care to call for the shuttle and left us out in the rain for over 30 minutes. Frankly, I thought that this was unacceptable especially since we arrived for one on time and because the shuttle call wasn't placed we had to wait longer. I also wouldn't have mind as much if they communicated with my party that it would not be arriving, we only discovered this after my husband went up to see what was taking so long since, we had been using it and was fully aware on how this procedure worked. Instead three men just stayed on their phones not paying much attention to anything around them. Again, as I mentioned this only happened last night the other two nights prior the service was outstanding. Also, the drivers, from the Mansion were GREAT! I cannot say enough about their professionalism and urge management to recognize there outstanding performance. The rooms were neatly decorated rooms and comfortable bed, nothing far over the top but certainly above average standards. I would recommend for a stay.

Very pretty and elegant. Lovely lobby. Gorgeous building. Excellent staff. The reason I did not give it 5 stars is that they have an issue with the fire alarm. It went off twice while we were there....once in the middle of the night and we were all standing in our robes in the parking lot at 2 am. They also do not have doors for the entire bathroom..at least in our room. I prefer more privacy than curtains for the bath and sink.

Loved the Mansion. Had a beautiful room overlooking the park. The chair and ottoman in the room was a wonderful place to unwind after a long day of walking. Management was awesome and treated us like family. Do not stay at the Perry lane hotel stay here it's more luxurious and top notch service.

This hotel is the epitome to of Southern Hospitality. The staff had great attitudes and exuded excellent customer service from the beginning to the end of our stay. The hotel is filled with beautiful artwork, chandeliers and the bed makes you feel like royalty. Cedric is the friendliest valet driver I ve ever met and he is a wealth of knowledge about things to do in Savannah. I highly recommend staying here if you re in the Savannah area. Just know that if you have a room overlooking Forsyth Park and a wedding party is celebrating the happy couples union, the windows are not sound proof. I was able to see the guests lighting sparkles, singing, and laughing as the wished the couple well, it was beautiful. I have a video and would love to load it, but I don t have that option. Check out the Mansions on Forsyth Park, it will not disappoint!

Amazing property. Right across the street from Forsyth park. Rooms are extremely spacious. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Hotel has a shuttle bus that runs every 30 or so minutes until 10 PM downtown to the other Marriot property (The Bohemian). Staff were very friendly. Would easily recommend staying in this hotel if given the opportunity!

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The only thing to be aware of is that the concierge breakfast is a very light breakfast. However, they do provide water/sodas and snacks for those with concierge package. Would recommend staying at this hotel.
