Luncheon with my family on a busy Saturday. Meal was great, service great , how ever, the restroom was a shocking let down. So very unclean. Spoilt our afternoon.Such a shame.

Disappointing meal, ordered lamb shanks had to use a steak knife to cut the meat from the bone, served with wet mash. Maybe I'm just fussy about my food.

Staff went out of there way to make sure everything was ok and special thank you for bringing out my sons meal at the same time even though he had ordered 15 minutes after the rest of us, great service, thank you

Absolutely horrendous. I went there for a friends birthday dinner and they would not let us even sit at our table until we had a parent present as there were 17 year olds attending. Waited 40 minutes until we were finally seated and we couldn't even order a soda because we didn't have ID. Never going again.

Very friendly service, and the function room was done up beautifully.

Great place and the staff are always very friendly, helpful and make you feel welcome, Im not usually one to write a review but people are pretty quick to complain about bad service so I thought I better write something good because these guys are great and people should know about it. If you could let Diane know I said thankyou, she always looks after me with my weird drink choices and also my good luck charm with keno :)

OMG!!!! I hadn't been to the buderim tavern in years... but got told they have amazing steaks so bit the bullet and went "up the hill" and was not disappointed, when I looked at the menu I saw a 600g rump and it had my name on it but it must of been my lucky week as they had a 800g tomahawk on the specials... best steak I have had in a very long time cooked medium rare and spot on the money will be back again, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and ash behind the bar made us an amazing jaffa cocktail (which was a cocktail of the month) 5 stars....

Set on top of Budrim overlooking the coastline. We arrived as a group of six and were quickly seated. Our meals were served within 20 minutes of placing our order.

A little pricey, but great view for lunch or dinner.

Great if you're an adult or a kid. Food is amazing but they have cordial or lemonade as their non alcoholic drinks, not so much fun for someone whose a month off drinking to order

As far as alcohol dinner and gaming go, its got everything a Tavern/Pub needs and more.

Mum and I ordered a coffee and cake deal. We were informed it was a choc lava cake. When we received our coffees they where cold. Mum sent hers back, the second was better but only slightly she informed me. We had to than ask about the cake which was just that a cake. It was not a lava cake which I was looking forward to.

For a Woolworths owned pub it has a nice fit out. It used to do a great steak sandwich for lunch, now its ordinary, chips used to be worth going for, not anymore, changed that too, and only go if you are prepared to stand in line for aaaaages to order.

Enjoyed our night! Food was really good. Thanks especially to the courtesy bus driver who was extremely helpful

Great view of the coast from up high ... deck for sunny days... floor to ceiling windows and a nice fireplace for cooler days. Drinks normal upper level pub prices. Upmarket pub meals. Good for a drink and dinner ... has pokies room.

Not as good as it used to be. Very poor excuse for a Caesar salad on the plate - plate full of chips. Steak was ok. Not worth the cost.

Over priced garbage mass produced beer ($11 scooner), whilst having a drink on the couches staff wouldn't give us a menu to read because no tables being available?
No local breweries supported by this place!!!

It is a great location and view, the food is good, but it is pricey for Tavern Food.

Love the view, staff are always friendly, lots for children to like the free jumping castle and indoor play area.

Table 6. Always great to be there for lunch on Tuesday. Staff are friendly and fantastic, chef does a wonderful meal, especially with sauce. See you next Tuesday

Views are amazing, good atmosphere, monthly Latin dance parties are the best on the Coast

Bar Person Zoe, service was refreshingly positive, attentive and just all round delightful. The kinda bar person who is delightful to chat with whilst you sip on some lagers.

The food took 50 mins to be served but they were busy..i had the 190gram eye fillet wrapped in bacon i could have cooked it better it was a bit tough and chewy

My friends 29th birthday. I bought 1 round of shots between me and 3 other friends and got cut off after 3 drinks each because I was too excited winning money in the pokies. She looked like a manager of sort, old, blonde, died hair and didn't have a name badge on. Wayno The security guard completely disagreed with the decision but could do nothing as the bartender cut us off. This bar will cut you off just because you're young. Don't go to this bar if you want to have a good time. Thanks for ruining my friends important birthday...

Great food and kids entertainment on weekends with jumping castle. Lovely views of coastline.

Nice quite place for a drink, with good food & great views

As always a fantastic venue to meet with friends with panoramic views to the ocean and generous sized meals cooked to perfection . A must do if in Buderim!!!

Friendly staff, yummy food, great family environment.

Grazier eye fillet and a bottle of Moet followed by borrosa shiraz. Heaven even for my chef husband.

Steak was cook well MR .but did remind me a bit of hogs breath,maybe they do the same prep.ceasar salad as standard side is good but needed more dressing.view and service was good

I organised a party for 60 people at Buderim Tavern. The organisation was flawless, the staff helped the band to set up and organised the room to maximise conversations and dancing. The food was sensational and the fish and chips a real crowd pleaser. The event organisers also secretly conspired with some of my guests to facilitate them undertaking a god natured "roast" of me (and my career). This part was a complete surprise and made the evening very special. Thank you to all concerned - great job.

Monday lunch...Perfect busy but the staff handled it with style.
The service was friendly and very officiant.
The menu is large with everybody s choice. Very well priced.
The. Food was brought very promptly to the table.
The standard of the dishes served would leave many Brisbane hotels for dead.
Worth a drive to Buderim to enjoy the magnificent view and a very enjoyable lunch

Food is well priced, tastes amazing, portion sizes are good. Excellent service. Beautiful view that overlooks the Sunshine Coast. (Gorgeous at night) Great place to go for all occasions.

Had lunch very enjoyable nice friendly staff beautiful atmosphere only down side the young male bar tender was lazy

Steak and seafood pasta were delicious. For those prices though you would expect table service but it is order at the bar. Views are fantastic if you can get a table at the front (which we did). Wide selection of popular beers and wines.

They cleared the table after we ate our meals and accidentally pick up our keys and threw them in the food scrap bins in the kitchen . It took us over an hour of crawling floors and retracing all our steps in the restaurant to finally be allowed to access to the kitchen to search the bins. Once in there they pointed me to the bins to search through food scraps myself!.... And... There were my keys! - 1.5 hours later, 9pm at night, travelling back to Brisbane with 6 month old baby! No offer of compensation and a very poor apology. The bartender on the way out gave me a smart ass comment and gesture that took a lot of strength to withhold physically. Very disappointed experience but more so the afterwards treatment and response.

Had the 600gr rump awesome steak cooked to perfection be back to have a crack at the 750g rump next time great veiws aswell

This venue has a typical pub dining atmosphere. An ideal place for a group such as ours to have an economical celebratory get together. Our meals were pre-ordered and arrived in a timely manner at the appointed time. Hot and tasty. The facilities were clean and well maintained.

When you ring and book a table 4 days before. Also told we had a table one back from the window all booked for 5 people. But when we arrive we are assigned to a table the furtherest away from window views and not even reserved.why do you bother ringing in advance and booking. The young lady at the front needs to smile and be a bit friendly she's very rude it's important as you are the first we see. Parmy was dry. Waited 40 mins for food. Won't be back !!
