The Local Restaurant & Bar On Buderim Review

Great views friendly staff but very expensive for what is basically Pub food. Fill the plate a bit more guys ,value for money is what everyone wants .

My wife and I recently dropped in mid afternoon to have a few drinks and enjoy the view. Only to be spoken to abruptly and seated almost as far away from the view as possible, in an almost empty venue. Although the excuse for the poor seating was due to them setting up and serialising for the dinner crowd, nobody started working on this in the 30min we were there. They still would have had to have serialised the table we were seated at, so a bit confused by the logic. So not a friendly or inviting place to bring your family or friends.

The views from the Buderim Tavern are amazing and the service very pleasant and friendly.

A beautiful location. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Meals range from good to very good. As a lot of Pubs these days not the cheapest. If I had one suggestion......work on the espresso. For somewhere like Buderim I would have hoped for a stronger punchier coffee

The food was very nice and the service was attentive but the reverberation of noise across the restaurant was actually painful. They need to investigate the use of noise deadening technologies - acoustic panels to absorb noise.

Best steak on the Sunshine Coast. Nice , friendly staff. A bit of a wait at the bar though.

Really nice restaurant with a panorama view over the sunshine coast. The food is tasty and with a lot of choice. I had the duck breast and it was very well made. Pick this place if you are traveling with a group, as it is pretty quiet and has a nice atmosphere for conversation.

Nice place for dinner with big feeds I will be coming back
