Excellent experience with sales rep Pat at Jack Demmer in Dearborn. I love my new Escape. I feel i got a great deal and will be well taken care of in the future with my new ride.

My experience at Jack Demmer Lincoln was out of this world. The sales associate that I met with was Jimmy Rosales. He was really fantastic. He worked tirelessly to show me every aspect the the Lincoln vehicles. Answered all my endless questions and truly made me feel like a family member. The customer service was exemplary. I will definitely consider all future vehicle leases with Jack Demmer.

I traveled over 700 miles to purchase my car from Jack Demmer Lincoln because the car was the one I wanted and at a fair price. But the customer service I received was horrible! Nick Ramon the used car sales manager treated me rudely and with disrespect. Before I traveled there I asked for pictures of the vehicle showing any damage, what they sent me was 2 pictures showing 2 small scratches. And yet when I arrived, I found the car to have damage to the front facia and also some very heavy damage to one of the front rims. Also, they gouged and tore the window tint with a razor blade taking off the used car info on one of the rear windows getting the car ready for me. When I asked for compensation for all the unknown damage and the new recent damage to the window , I was told by Ramon that " You got a good enough deal and the car is as is!" In my 40 plus years of buying cars this was undoubtedly my worst buying experience ever. If your looking for a fair price I would recommend them, but if your expecting customer service, and a pleasant car buying experience, you definitely will NOT find it at Jack Demmer Lincoln.

Our experience with Jack Demmer Lincoln was AMAZING! We tried two other local dealerships and discovered that they were not interested in selling a vehicle. We were given the run-a-round for two weeks, until we were pointed to Jack Demmer Lincoln. Corey Wertz went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help get us into our brand new Aviator within 3 days of meeting each other! Corey offered to drive the vehicle to our home so we could decide if we wanted to move forward. 3 days later Corey returned to our house with our New Aviator, walked us thru the paperwork, and took our expiring leased vehicle back to their dealership to return for us. This was Truly a Black Label Experience!

The service and the price of the car was good, but I specifically asked if the tires and oil were all taken care of and was told "yes you're all set, we check all of that". Within 1k miles, the oil change light comes on and we are told the tires also need to be replaced. It is my fault for not verifying this but I expected better, especially from a Lincoln dealer

Service at the Quick Lane is always prompt and dependable. This area is managed by Anthony, who quickly learns your name, always treats you very professionally, and follows-up promptly.

This was my second time going to them. The first was very good, but this second time the worst. I felt like. they was trying milk everything. I will never take my car back and I wouldn't recommend this dealership. The worst thing the customers represent was listen to want wanted done the car. I felt because I was an female. I was taken advantage of. I give this dealership an F plus.

Their reply was a lie. They gave me the the run away. This reply was to save their image. They tried to milk and give excuses. It took them two weeks to even look at my car. I wouldn't let them fix my bike let along my car. I meant every word three days and now. Don't take you car up there.

I received excellent quality service at Jack Demmer Lincoln, Inc. I used to lease the Mercury Mountaineers from 2000 to 2008 and from there, I leased a Land Rover and bought a Range Rover. I purchased a vehicle from them over the weekend. I am from the Columbus, OH area and when I say they made my transaction smooth with me being an out of state buyer. Best place to get your ford vehicle serviced. Took my 2018 F150 in to get its first oil change and they found out the oil pan was leaking. They imminently brought it to my attention so i can get it warrantied. Big thank's to Scott for getting me in and out quickly as well.

She fixed my transmission problems quickly while I waited and took the time to ensure it was 100% before I left. Since I average 3-4000 miles every other week with my 2010 F150 5.4 with 215,000 miles I wanted to make sure it was going to last me until 1,000,000. With her working on it, I am certain it will!
