Nice sea views from the balcony. Location and view were great. If you want to be in the heart of Kuta beach, this might be a good choice considering price.

Excellent, big comfortable beds, clean rooms. The breakfast has one of the best variety I've had or ever stayed in any hotels. Only thing was a bit warm in the breakfast area (the "big ass fans" which was literary what it is called weren't turn on).

Asides from that, its definitely worth the stay, location is next to the Kuta beach which is very accessible to the fun part of town.

Would definitely see myself staying here again.

Good personal service very symoa spacious rooms but in need of renovation

Staffs were nice and friendly, even remembered which room we stay in. Would've been better if the plunge pool rooms comes w a bath tub. Was quite weird to have the bathroom without a solid wall dividing the room as you can hear when someone flushes or make a dump lol. Not too glam or romantic if it is for couples.

A hotel facing the beach but with interior rooms that most overlook the reception, I do not understand. The staff very friendly. The bathroom is incorporated into the room and I did not like it. It's not a 5 star really

Great hotel rooms and facilities. They have a hospitality room available for an hour after check out if needed before a flight. They re difficult with early check ins and late check outs. Ladies at reception have poor service whereas the men are much better.

The location is near from Kuta Beach Walk. So if you are looking for a nice hotel in Kuta, dont hesitate to choose this hotel.

From Malaysia... staff were friendly, courteous and helpful accommodating. WENTI was excellent and she was amazing. Hotel very clean and spacious. Good location also and most recommended.

Close to the beach, welcome drink cold ginger water (cool throat), check in 2 o'clock (if you come under 2 o'clock, please leave your luggage and go around the Kuta area), air-conditioned rooms and soft beds (guaranteed to wake up if you stick together 2 things ... especially for pregnant women), the POOL is good (roof top), clean, view facing the beach, the water is warm (suitable for children ... can linger in the pool) ... BREAKFAST ... .hmmm tasty, lots of choices (there are for vegetarians too) ... service is ok

Rating 3 stars because of the conditions. Hotel seems a bit old. But I should say that the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The place is good, the Resto & Pool is cool ... Unfortunately the elevator must use a card ... haha
Suggestion: for the bf menu, you should be vegetarian without onions, because on average veggie don't use onions, even vegans ...
But salute there is a vegetarian menu ...

Bang opposite the most famous Kuta beach. Everything at walking distance. Beachwalk mall, Pizza Hut, KFC, Hard Rock Cafe, Starbucks all at a max distance of
800 mtrs. Rooms are spacious and well maintained.
Only issue is with staff as they are not prompt however well mannered and pleasant.

Prime location. Superb breakfaast. Friendly hotel staffs. Nice and clean room with quality accessories and linen.

The location is very good with many small restaurant around it and access to the beach is just a few steps away.
BUT! The service staff working in the hotel just know how to smile and reply all yours complain or feedback with a smile and do nothing to it.
Why this hotel get a good rating because Accor took over. Guess the pervious management screw up and lost it profit. But Accor took over it and didn't change the staff there.
I will not even recommend to my most hated friend!!!

Nice hotel by the beach in Kuta- has nice infinity pool overlooking the ocean, rooms are nice, breakfast options are nice.

Drawbacks- no stairs. Reception is one floor away, breakfast is in level 4- I could have easily taken stairs but because of no stairs, need to wait for elevator for all movements- a bit inconvenient and unnecessary.

Spent 2 nights here- on one night there was a leakage in my room. Upon reporting someone arrived to fix it but couldn't- loud vacuum cleaner noise was deafening so I asked for change of room. It was promptly arranged- Lost about 45 minutes of sleep for all these- I understand it is one off incident and not a reason to say don't stay here. But had to report it since it happened. My friends in other rooms didn't have any issue.

Only select rooms have nice view- those in 3rd floor and those facing the ocean. For most other rooms view is nothing to write about.

Kettle and coffee maker kit is placed in a nice heritage looking suitcase box and chairs in the hotel also feel vintage. Bathroom and toilets are separate with complete glass panel separation- something not very common in modern hotel rooms.

Beach is just across the road, lots of restaurants and shops nearby, limited parking.

Worst lobby you could find in any 4 or 5 star hotel. Breakfast below standard too.

The swimming pool is small, not in accordance with the appearance of the promotion. There is no children's arena. The corridor is dark, access to loby is difficult, back and forth taking the elevator. Luckily the breakfast was pretty good. The point is the price is not comparable with the services and facilities.

Best location with view. The hotel is located right in front of Kuta beach and close to a variety of restaurants as well as shopping centers.
The best service. Services of the hotel management is very satisfying. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, the breakfast menu is varied, and the hotel rooms are clean and comfortable. Holiday for our Wedding Anniversary at this hotel was more memorable when the hotel staff gave a surprise & good compliment in the room when checking in also when my husband and I enjoyed breakfast. Surely will comeback again someday.

The rooms are nice, clean, the atmosphere is suitable for resting in the busy center of Kuta, and the beach again.

The hotel is located on the main street of Kuta, with starbucks on one side and McDonalds on the other and the beach is just opposite the hotel making it the best location to stay in Kuta. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop bar and infinity pool which offers spectacular views of the beach and is the perfect place to spend a great evening to watch the sunset, while listening to live music. The breakfast spread is also very good with enough vegetarian options as well. The rooms are good, well equipped. The staff is welcoming and the restaurant Riva Bar offers delicious food.

One room for 2 adults, if there is an additional child under 5 years old is charged a gaa fee. Tks

Good Hotel. Loved the room. With plunge pool.. But it's not private pool. Great location bang opposite the beach.

Great location and friendly staffs. Other than the room itself, the facilities were nice as well. However, the bathroom only had a glass door that does not shut properly and the basins were not draining so well. The water pressure was low so the toilet had to be flushed several times after each use. My room was facing the lobby with no natural direct sunlight. Breakfast was basic at most.

Was expecting more from a hotel that costed 150SGD per night in terms of the infinity sky pool, the reception and the accessibility to the lobby area. However, I still enjoyed myself with their excellent breakfast spread (cuisines from around the world, I'm impressed!), comfortable and clean beds, clean bathtub and everything was really clean and white. Plus, they gave us an upgrade! It is located just opposite kuta beach and very convenient to walk, except the long passageway that links to the reception area and lobby and consequently, the rooms.

The main attraction of the hotel is the swimming pool at the rooftop and dont miss to stand a TITANIC pose at the terrace of the hotel facing the sea :)
Overall , nice hotel with all the basic amenities and great rooms , great staff , limited vegetarian food options . You will love it .

Near the beach of Kuta, the receptionist rather shook the floor.

We booked a junior suit with ocean view and what we got is attached in the picture, no ocean view at all..we can just view the trees... So people don't get fooled by the image displayed in the website...

The entrance in not upto the mark to get a 5 star category.We were looted at the gates of the hotel by a foreigner.The duty guard was busy chatting.The in house staff is well trained and greets well but if u 're looking for a 5 star property it is just not the right place.They did send a concierge with us to the police station but that was to their interest as in translation they made the statement that the theft happy ed besides the hotel wile it had happened right outside the hotel.The Cctv footage seems to be not appropriate.in all they r not upto the 5 star category

This hotel has a lobby at second floor so it sometimes became a little difficult to check in if no one is a first floor

great location, in front of Kuta Beach, near a lot of famous restaurant and cafe. Room is nice and clean.

The beds and the pillows were great!! I had such a good sleep. The next best thing was the pool.. I loved that view, the mojitos were good, margaritas needs a bit of an improvement .. music in the bar area was perfect, it was a lovely place to relax.. !! Loved it loved it!
the breakfast has a good variety of food. There was a staff called Suriya, he was very accommodating & courteous.

Only negative thing is that There was a bad smell in the room, they allowed us to change. But the second room also had a smell, we got air freshener from the shop near by.. it was ok then

Stayed here in 2015. Located just across the road from the kuta beach. 5 on 5 for the location. Legain street is behind it and the mall is a 5 min walk. Has an amazing infinity pool. Theres a bath tub inside the room. Pure class. The rooms are very lavish and so is the breakfast buffet

Well situated at the Kuta Beach and 3 minutes walking distance to the Beach Walk Mall. The hotel is clean and staffs are friendly.

The hotel needs serious refurbishments: facade and room paintings.
One major suggestion is to cover the next door restaurant's roof with some plants and trees.

It's my first time I come here ...great location on beach ...city centre ..Good food ..Good facilitates ...but may be price is almost high
