Nice Hotel, outstanding location, one of the best. Beautiful pool especially at night

The reception was very rude. We had 2 rooms already. He didn't know that we took additional room when my other guest came. He told us that he will put us under surveillance in CCTV. That is very unacceptable. He also troubled us when we checked in with accor plus member card. Very bad hotel.

The security guard today at the exit of the basement which is in the center is too dumb and stupid ... just arranging a car can't work ...

Very comfortable place to stay. Staff is nice and humble, they care about our convenience. Room is very clean.

Very good service 7 out of ten food 8 for cleanliness, beach is an ecological disaster along with the island's waist disposal, I give it six years to tipping point, the government needs to wake up. Beach front food poor and very expensive. Great place to spend time if you have a time machine going back thirty years.

The location is very strategic in the heart of Kuta and right in the front of Kuta Beach. It is near to one of the best shopping center in Kuta, Beachwalk. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were fabulous. Breakfast is good and the room is spacious. I'll recommend this hotel!

Want to be here for a junior suite, upgraded to a deluxe suite with all its complement. So lovely ... And the important thing is that the kids are very happy

The restaurant on the rooftop is expensive, because the design and the view are really good and luxurious. It's not hard to spend a little deeper to buy the atmosphere at this restaurant. It's no longer important for the taste of drinks and food. What is clear is that spending time watching the sunset in this place is enough to restart a tired soul in a boring routine. This place is a recommendation

Staff were friendly upon check-in. Restaurant staff also very friendly. Public areas of the hotel a little tired and needed some renovation, but my room was nice. Excellent size and clean. Good shower and view over Kuta Beach. Bed was comfortable, and housekeeping was of a high standard. The roof-top pook is nice and a pleasant place to spend some time. Thank you to the front desk staff who helped me locate my lost luggage with the airlines and arranged delivery. Great service! If you want to be in the heart of Kuta it's a good location and a decent choice.

It faces Kuta Beach, but when you enter it it feels like a city hotel.
In my room, there was a window to the outside world, with only a window that had been screwed up facing the big blowout inside the hotel, but there was no inconvenience.
Indirect lighting is mainly used, the wash-room corner is divided by the bed space and the curtain of the race, and the toilet and the shower are each independent. The interior is stylish.
There were a lot of cozy couch sofas by the poolside on the 4th floor (rooftop), but the sun was too strong for Japanese people in the daytime because there were no umbrellas, so they were evacuated to the shade. Couch was just right to see the sunset. The water in the pool was very beautiful! Deep emotion!
There is a food court next to the hotel. (I did it from day to night.)
A convenience store on the ground floor of the hotel, a food court next to it, and a beach walk (shopping center) within walking distance. The location is also great.

Everything is perfect and especially the wonderful breakfast

Great hotel with amazing breakfast. Asian and western cuisine buffet. Lots of fruit options, egg station, great coffee. And in case you're Aussie: There's Vegemite available. ;)

Got a room upgrade with ocean view and small balcony. Super friendly staff with most of them having good English skills. Security guard at the entrance.
Lots of bathroom amenities including toothbrushes, hair dryer and other stuff. Some rooms have a bath tub.
Wi-Fi is available through out the hotel. (For the geeks: only 2.4 GHz, probably n standard, unencrypted with captive portal, better use VPN). There's a really nice swimming pool with loungers and a bar on the top floor.

So why only a 4/5 rating? The sound proofing isn't good. The Kutabex bar with live music next door can be heard at night. For me it's not a big issue, but others may go to bed before midnight and find this disturbing.

Hints for quiet rooms:
Try to get a room that is at the South side, as there is only a Starbucks and pizza hut, which probably don't generate noise at night ;)

Please note that the tours offered at the tour desk are only private tours with a driver. Tour guides are not included. I learnt this too late, because I didn't asked before booking.

Still, I enjoy staying here. Especially because of the friendly staff. It is a calm place in busy Kuta.

Looking for easy meals and going to the beach just crossing ... the service is also satisfying. Complete facilities.

Its no good if you are not staying in one of their high end rooms with a beach view. Its in a good location, the buffet spread is fantastic, the staff is welcoming.
We booked a normal room of their's, the view from the room was pathetic cause it faced the hotel reception, yes the windows faced the reception. We could never tell if its day or night in the room..
The elevator system here was bizarre. They give you two cards, one for the room and one for the Lift (?), apparently the lift doesn't function without a card. I mean why not, combine the two cards into one, this way you wont have to take care of picking up two things and managing two cards separately..

The experience here was average.

The poolside on the hotel rooftop is really a photo. I was able to blow slowly in the wind while watching the sea by the poolside.

As the word of mouth, band performance was noisy at night and the room assigned was on the second floor or the sea could not be seen in the windbreak forest, but the location right in front of the sea was still good.

Leave the key at the front desk, go hand-in-hand, cross the road, go to the beach, swim a bit, return to the room and bintang beer in the cooler. It was the best situation for office workers who want to enjoy the sea easily.

There are not too many people but too few people at hotel breakfast. It might be a bit expensive, but I still thought it would be fine if I could go to Bali again.

Old-age hotels with a strategic position. Just in front of Kuta Beach. the room is still well maintained and conceptual. Be careful if you want to be with friends, don't take the room whose concept is open bathroom. Take a closed bathroom. There is a minimart on the ground floor, the breakfast menu is many and varied. A place to hang out for parties at night

A well located hotel close to shopping and a beach. Breakfast served by Ninik, Surya, Nita, Dwi and Gede was superb with quiet local live music in the background. Bedrooms were very luxurious.

Comfortable, right for small children. One of the family vacation certifications.

The room is good and clean, the food is delicious, the location is strategic, the beach is just in front of the hotel. Definitely would come back

The hotel is comfortable ... the rooms are very spacious. The bad can be made to sleep together with the kids ... the food menu is very much and right on the tongue. The service is also good

What I need to highlight is
1) the very basic services request ironing equipment, they said it is depends on the availability. I ve waited for 2 days.
2)And even more funny was, when I request for an extra key, it s out of stock. And need to wait for a day. Wow!
3)The way to the lobby smell weird, it s totally unpleasant smell.
4)And when I request for a laundry bag, I was given a used and broken laundry bag.
5) misses out to give us a very simple thing which is toothpaste and we have to buy it ourself. The staff finally remember to give us during the next day. What a silly mistake.
How could this happen when your rating for the hotel rating is 5stars?

Very pleasant stay at Kuta Heritage Hotel. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. I definitely stay here when I'm go to Bali again.

Shadow of past glory. A bit ragged now but still comfortable. Rather bogan crowd, music a bit loud guests ditto.

Clean. Great Staff. Location is perfect near restaurants and the mall. Not bad wifi.

Although I did not check the regular accommodation fee, it is in the category of deluxe in the rating of the hotel.

Location is a beach side leaving the hustle and bustle of Kuta but we Ikika' the sidewalk is narrow people until late at night.
If you want to play in the evening, you can go to the main road and go to Kuta main street in 5 to 10 minutes.
It should once can walk to the club district there was a bomb terrorism.
Hard Rock, Starbucks, and Yoshino, is enough useful for Tony Roma's, there Beach Walk also as well as restaurants to choose.

As soon as you cross the road, Kuta Beach. There are no bathers, only surfers.
The area around Kuta Beach is only a one-way street, with traffic jams from around 9:00 in the morning to around 11:00 in the evening.
If you want to move actively in Bali, you may not want to stay in Kuta. Also get stuck in a traffic jam when before coming home to go out. When you charter a car or use a taxi, you may find it inconvenient.

When there is no traffic jam, there is no speed limit in Bali, so cars and bikes go too bang. If you want to cross the street Let's ask the hotel security guard.

The hotel feels that the building is slightly old but the rooms are very clean. Although the pool is small you can enjoy a nice landscape Indian Ocean can be expected. The staff members were really kind and healed by their smile and hospitality. He made a box of bread for a son who didn't come up in the morning, and taught me Balinese. .
Morning is compatible with all races and religions, and is vegetarian, halal, indonesian, european, india, and lots of it! !
We cope with late check-out to late flight to Japan on the last day. I will keep my luggage.

The location of the hotel on the edge of the Kuta beach road, entering the hotel is a bit inside, but inside the hotel is quite spacious, the quiet atmosphere is not noisy, the rooms are clean, the service is also good

Friendly and professional staff. Almost all your requests are possible and the service has been beyond my expectations. The swimming pool on the 4th floor is a killer to admire the sunset while sipping a cocktail, again the staff knew how to put me at ease.
Of course it's a 5 star, but they deserve it! Well done!

Stayed in December 2013. For those who want to enjoy the view of Kuta Beach especially at sunset, this hotel is the right choice. Because the restaurant terrace is facing west, so it is very suitable to face the sun in the afternoon. Hotels that have maritime characteristics in every aspect of the interior are quite comfortable even though the rooms are rather narrow, only when visiting accidentally gets a room that the bathroom door cannot be closed tightly, and the hangers for the towel happen to be missing.

The hotel with not good service... the staff have not good training about the hotel facilities . Its really so disappointed

Each time the room is a junior suite with a large balcony. There is also a bathtub and the beds are large and comfortable. It becomes a beach across the road, and the beach walk is right by the foot and the foot around is good. There is no room de in the atmosphere of Bali, but I have put it together clearly.

3 nights stay there, our customer complains about the problem of breakfast

The place is very strategic, very close to Kuta beach and the scenery right on Kuta Beach, the service is good and friendly. The price is also quite competitive with other hotels and complete facilities.

Worst hotel I'have ever seen ..there is an ants every where even on the bed and bad smell from the toilet all the day .the carpets and the sofa have a lot of dirty spots and it's so clear for the guests ... It doesn't deserve even one star
