at around 3 a.m. there was a voice that made me wake up with my wife, when I arrived at the hotel to come to my room until there was no one from the hotel to come to give an explanation, I really needed an explanation at that time because I was afraid of disturbing sounds something will happen, until I am angry new from the hotel came, after that I waited for a while there was no confirmation until finally the vote ended almost 30-60 minutes the hotel had no confirmation whatsoever. and at checkout he said the new hotel manager gave an explanation but I was very disappointed because the response from the hotel was not very responsive at the beginning of the problem ... this is my experience staying at this hotel, hopefully there will be no more events like this and more responsive to guests especially at 3 this morning the hotel visitors are taking a break ... Thank you

Nice staff, friendly, helpful. The rooms are clean bright and very comfortable. The location is great, in the heart of kuta, you just have to cross the street to enjoy kuta beach. If you like walking you will love this hotel!

We stayed in Kuta beach heritage hotel from 5th to 10th May 2019. The stay and food was very nice. The beach is so near to hotel and we enjoyed the stay very much. It was very nice to be in Bali. Would like to come again.

The front parking is controlled by transportation, so it is difficult to navigate

Hotel Check in time is 2 pm, but the time is up to say that the room is still not so fast, because they have a lot of guests checking out today, but this is not our problem? At four o'clock, I still sat in the hall and waited in the room. The efficiency was too bad.

The location is quite good, it can be regarded as the center of Kuta, it is quite convenient to walk. The room was clean and the service was welcoming.

In the room the room is spacious. The price is affordable. But yes that's it ... Crowded for people who don't like crowded ambience.

Great location--right across the street from the beach, with tons of surf rentals out there. Rooftop restaurant, bar, and pool we're very cool. Dinner was delicious. There was live singer and musician that made it fun! Comfortable stay. The only downside is that a lot of the rooms are faced internally, so you don't get any natural lighting, which I like to have some even if you don't have a great view.

Well overall staying was not bad.

But, DO NOT get fooled by the view photos from booking sites. It s the view from the room not the part of hotel.

When we checked in,we waited for 1hour.Then they changed another room for us,but we still had to wait for our luggages.We called the front desk,and at last,we went to carry luggages by ourselves in the lobby.

I underestimated this hotel. I really have no complaints. The hotel s location is on the doorstep of Kuta Beach. Kuta can be very noisy, however inside this hotel you hear no noise. The rooms are quite large and well stocked with the bonus of blackout curtains - fancy a sleep in? This hotel has two restaurants, one with a infinity pool. The in room service is impeccable! One thing I do like is that this hotel is eco friendly. Glass bottles are refilled daily to reduce the use of plastic. They are currently in the process of completely offsetting their carbon footprint!

I was friendly and the sea and the beachwalk mall were also nearby so I went around well.

Great service at good price. Definitely I'll come back to stay.

Stay here 3-6 April 2019. Strategic location, right in front of Kuta beach, right and left of the hotel there is MC Donalds, Circle K, Yoshinoya, easy to find food. The rooms are comfortable, the hotel is family friendly, the service is friendly.

Decent location, but my room on the 3rd floor gets all the music from the 4th floor bar. Room is.spacious and comfortable, but the food on the 4th floor restaurant is mediocre.

The location is distinguished for its views on Kuta Beach and its proximity to the international restaurants, the markets, the cinema and the cleanliness of the hotel which is suitable for families away from the nightlife. But the only drawback was that the toilet was exposed to the room.

Cleanliness is good. The scenery is also very beautiful. The swimming pool is on the top floor one location with the restaurant. The swimming pool faces directly towards the sea. The food menu is very diverse and very tasty. The rooms are also neat, and spacious. It is suitable for honeymoon. However, when I was there there was an office meeting, so that one room with friends, well, the bathtub was not used because the curtain could only limit the mattress instead of covering the bathtub. But note one thing, namely water. The water for gargling is still salty. So it's a bit strange in my opinion because I'm not used to it. The service is also friendly. Because first came the welcome drink. I highly recommend this place for couples who want a vacation to Bali. Oh yes, the location of this hotel is very strategic.

Near beach, incredibly kind staff and service. But not many choices for breakfast.

It's a beautiful accommodation for tourist. Every thing is nearby. And close to the beach. People must enjoy tremendously.

Chic hotel with views and bass. Delicious food, steaks are cheaper than downstairs. Great breakfast. Room service can be eaten at night with a surcharge. When the Indians arrived, it became noisy, the sound insulation was so-so. But the hotel compared to the nearest on the first line is just gorgeous in price and quality.

All the staff are kind and friendly. When I wanted to go to Ubud and consulted at the front desk, I was kind enough to think that I was late at night, and introduced a taxi. (I was able to drink Ruaak coffee and enjoy Ubud for a day without being dropped.)
Although the water pressure in the shower was weak, and the water was bad, I could only slow down, although I could only sleep in two separate showers and toilets, with a large bed and two separate wash basins that didn't bother me. Kuta Beach is high in waves, so it is not suitable for swimming in the water like Japan, but you can forget the reality and enjoy it just by looking at the appearances and sounds of the surfers who ride the waves and the repeated waves. From the hotel, you can walk to shopping malls and downtown areas such as Legian, and it is the best location for tourists who want to go out variously.

We had the buffet breakfast this morning with
Nita Barosa Yustana and Budi, Erik, Ridwan and Dwi, the service was excellent. They offer a huge variety of quality food for a great price.

Only had breakfast and dinner here.
The breakfast is extremely good. Great variety and real spacious. The mix juices i loved. Fantastic staff too.
Dinner was spectacular, awesome view. Food presentation was wonderful.
Think we may stay here next time.

Nice old place. All the staff very helpful. Entrance is not impressive, smells like damp cloth, but reception, room, pool, restaurant, and bar are excellent. Not recommend to drive the car due to parking lot limitation and no vallet service provided.

Location is ok. But the double bed is actually combination of 2 twin beds and you can still feel the pit in the middle. Of course, 2 separate blankets. Place not as clean as the ads where everything is fresh. Staff are mostly helpful.

Good rooms. Friendly staff. Massive breakfast. Nice pool area. The only issue was that both nights I stayed there, there were some sort of repairing work going on in the floor above. Someone was beating the hell out of the wall with a hammer. On second night, I brought it to the attention of the hotel staff and it was dealt with in about 15 minutes. To compensate for this, the hotel offered me free drop off to the airport.

We stayed at Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel for a couple of days in August 2015. We booked it as it seemed like it had a good location and the price was pretty decent. We took a taxi from the airport to the hotel and it didn t take that long and it cost 120.000 Rupiah.

Check in was pretty fast and it seemed like I had managed to book a twin room but the guy who checked us in managed to switch it to a king-size bed room.
We got room 116 located on the same floor as the lobby. The room was surprisingly nice upon entering wooden flooring, light walls and decent size king-size bed. There was a big flat screen TV on the wall, a desk, a holder for a suitcase and also a furniture that seemed to be like an old school suitcase. When opening the top of this it contained a water boiler, water, cups etc and the bottom part had a fridge with a limited selection of drinks. WiFi was included and worked pretty well.

The bathroom was partially integrated in the room the two basins were separated from the room with only a curtain and two mirrors the toilet and shower were in two separate cubicles with frosted glass to give some privacy. There also a good selection of amenities including tooth brush, loofah, comb etc in addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

We did have some problems with the room. My wife was not that happy with the signature scent that was used in the room and the aircon seemed to be locked at freezing no matter how much we played around with it. But luckily there was a decent duvet so we managed to stay warm at night.

The hotel has a pool on the top floor of the hotels with a view to the beach on Kuta it was great to relax there with some drinks in the afternoon while enjoying the view. The breakfast is also served here and it was only like 100.000 Rupiah (about 7 USD) for the buffet so it was absolutely worth it.



I was surprised by this hotel I thought that it would maybe be a bit worn down due to the central location but it turned out to be a pretty decent hotel with a great location. So if you want to stay right in the middle of where it is happening this is absolutely a hotel to consider.

Very nice hotel. For the price and location this hotel is more exceptional then similarly priced hotels in the area with far superior quality.

Service staff and housekeeping staff are kind, but need to strengthen the room cleaning, the carpet will lose a lot of hair
