The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel Bali - Managed by Accor Reviews

The good thing about this hotel is that it will do towel art during daily room cleaning and will only entertain you with your eyes. After that, the bread in the breakfast restaurant is just delicious with the washlet attached! Room No. 1 can not see any view outside with indoor sailboat view when curtain is opened. The breakfast restaurant will not provide you with a coffee service unless you say it from here. The drainage in the bathroom is not very good. It was the lowest in the spa that the aqua spa in the hotel used in life! I asked for a cream bath in 60 minutes, and I thought if I could apply cream to my hair and massage my scalp, I applied cream to my hair and covered it with a steam towel. I was drowned by the end within 60 minutes or 30 minutes.

Good location, right across the street from the beach. Nice rooms, very good breakfast.

Nice place to stay for holiday. Located in front of one famous beach in Bali, Kuta beach. Just pass the road you will on the beach.

Hotel location is right at the front of the Kuta Beach and next to local street shopping area, pubs and restaurants, Pizza hut (vegetarians). Staff are very helpfull and nice is gesture. All time hotel security at the main road to hotel entry. The pool view is amazing during sunset and cocktails are good but slight expensive. In room services and quality of rooms are good. Hotel also have K-Mart shop which is open 24 hours - so no shortage of food, drinks, beers and packed water (hotel did supply but limited bottles per day). Met with Australian, Chinese and other Indian families. Its a family hotel but not much for kids expect they give colouring books and toys toddlers but kids have fun at pool side. Did not use Gym or other facilities due to day tours.

The place is not clean. The house is cheap and unclean. The house is not good for the families. There is a nuisance of bars at night. Beds and bedspreads are clean and their smell is not good.

Hotels in the heart of Kuta Beach .... Rate according to facilities, at the Bar a bottle of Beverage prices equals 3 times the UMR Cilacap ... sob .... but a really recommendation for those who want to relax in Kuta Beach ....

The service is Great the stay is amazing aand the pool is amazing

At Kuta breakfast was delightful, pristine, clean location with view of pool, open buffet, great for large appetites, the variation of foods to select from was wide, healthy options, tasty, flavors and spices were quite palatable, and a section allocated for vegetarians.
The richness in cultural influence was very present in forms of artifacts, music, ambiance, fragrance and historical pictures.
Finally the rooms were beautifully arranged, clean, nice to note technology to conserve electricity and efforts to incorporate sustainable packaging for toiletries.
Located nearby the beach, tours and transport available to guest and so much more Surfers paradise..

Rooms are fine. beds are huge. pillows are quite big and hard. so bring your own pillow if you need. the pool is a little bit on the small side and despite having potentially good views, it s cut off because of large palmtrees in the street. the rooms that look towards the other side of the u-shaped building have a view over a totally abandoned lower rooftop. a little sad. the hall is clean but the leather seats have been over polished and smell of cleaning product

5-star hotel in front of Kuta beach just right for you who want to enjoy the holiday atmosphere in Kuta because it is very close to Legian and Seminyak. Easy road access but if the high session is often jammed

This hotel on the edge of Kuta Beach is perfect for those of you who are on a honeymoon because it is located on the edge of the beach so you can see the sunset directly from your room or from the roof top. Because it is located in Kuta area, you will not find it difficult to find food or entertainment here even though it is late at night.

What i love so much about this hotel is the sunset time on the 4th floor in riva bar.
What an amazing view, great food and vibes. The staff are so friendly and the room was comfortable. I love everything this hotel offered. I will come back definitely.

Big room but with low-frequency noise poor breakfast

Quality of service, staffs, and premise def deteriorating from 2-3 years ago.
Staffs are not knowledgable enough when asked on how to operate the coffee machine. Housekeeping forgot to gave us bath towels, and face towel after he cleaned our room. :(
