I had a lovely stay in this property. I particularly like the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel. It is centrally located in the Kuta beach area. It's walking distance from major establishments. Room are cozy although the view of most of the room is the inside part of the hotel which is not so good but other than that the experience was good.

Nice place to stay opposite kuta beach. Rooftop restaurant food is cheap and tasty. It has got nice view of the beach.

It was wonderful experience rooftop bar and view is awesome, we had some issues but sushi one of the manager looked after it very well thanks to her and other staff members for a pleasant stay bar whira onka and joshua did a great job

Elite hotel. Delicious especially if on the 3rd floor. On the 4th floor there is a pool and 2 restaurants. Restaurant 1, all the can u eat 1 or no.

I don't think this hotel is worth to be 5 stars.

Inadequate parking space, join the kutabex hotel too. Many elevators do not work. Not practical for guests carrying goods from the vehicle to the room, must change lifts.

Standard breakfast. The hotel staff in the restaurant area was not too swift to serve guests.
Toilet facilities are perfunctory.

In short: very sorry to use stay here. Far from expectations.

Very nice hotel with super service. Top location on the boulevard. Sea view from the pool, left and right the exit corners to Kuta itself. You wouldn't say it on the outside but it was a really nice hotel. good rooms and great service.

The location of the hotel is superb. The check in process was easy but check in counters are located on first floor instead of ground floor. I got a room without street view and no natural sunlight, really is quite depressing. If only they could have mentioned this clearly in their website before I booked my room. The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of choices from local Indonesian delicacies to continental breakfast. Staffs were all very friendly and polite. The reason I gave this hotel a 3 starsrating is because it's quite run down especially their bathroom and bathtubs with some stains due to the water quality and the fact that not all the rooms have natural sun light. Apart from these, it's a good place to stay with good location and kind locals.

Unique, antique, nice, & clean. There are 3 pools, namely on the 2nd, 3rd, & 4th floor. 2nd floor pool, only used by a few rooms. If I'm not mistaken, 5 or 6 rooms. Likewise the pool on the 3rd floor.
The 4th floor pool is for the public, combined with the restaurant for breakfast. Right left of the pool, there are 2 cafes. The unique thing about these pools is that the 2nd floor pool looks like a waterfall. The truth is water falling from the 3rd floor pool.
The length of the pool on the 2nd floor is 27m, the width forgets kwkwkwk because the length of time to stay is over time by reviewing (5m huh ??). The antique 4th floor pool is located on the floor. Namely decorated by small lights. I forgot .. even though it was explained by the technician kwkwkwkw. This is the result if it is not recorded immediately.
There are 3 colors. Each color has 50 pieces. So the total is 150 pieces of lamps planted along the bottom of the grout pond. Unfortunately ... when I asked ... is there a pool light on the 2nd floor? The answer is not there. The next morning I immediately found out. As it turned out ... there were 7, if I'm not mistaken, planted lamps in the pool wall. Unique bin The antique is this pool kwkwkwkw is ... when I entered the pool hihihihi ... it turned out very short hahahahahahahahahaha. When I swim freestyle (kwkwkwkw) my hands touch the floor of the pool hahahahahahaha. It's not wrong if I say Unik bin Antik wakawakawakawaka. But I salute .. the pool is clean wkkwkwkwkwkwkw .
At breakfast ... there is 1 employee who always smiles and greets guests. Sorry forgot to write down the name. All I know, his eyes are a bit slanted .. hehehehe. When I want to drink KOSUTE (coffee milk tea .. my habit is when I finish eating, I definitely drink kosute), I was surprised because there were lots of plates, cutlery and dirty glasses beside the coffee & tea pot. The contents of the 2 teapots are very small. It's such a shame ... From the entrance to the 4th floor, all of them are in the power of ships. Don't forget to look at the ceiling fan in the restaurant, the breakfast is very big.

Great location. Beach across the road and walking distance to markets , restaurants etc Hive of activity outdoors but very quite indoors. Very comfortable room and facilities. Very helpful staff. Swimming pool adequate to swim and sun lounge area. Breakfast , wide variety of international foods. Pity beach is not raked and cleaned daily as is beautiful but I guess this is not to do with the hotel but the wider tourist industry here and the need to respect a natural resource and the sea life and wild life

Our family yesterday took a deluxe room. Load for 2 adults 2 children without an extra bed. The room for us was good enough, clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly ... For breakfast places on the top floor and can enjoy the morning air in Kuta ... but breakfast time is a little story. Because my child did not eat (just a cake), the husband's initiative was to bring the cake in a tissue (not much, only 1 seed), it was discovered by the officer. It was explained that if my child was full but said the officer told to be spent here should not be brought out of the breakfast location. Instead of throwing away the cake, it's better to bring it. Then finally the clerk said to be left here, just given to the officer ... Good intentions are not necessarily acceptable. Yeah, nothing, just don't be so bad. Because it's not in the sense of intentionally bringing a lot of provisions for it
The location of the hotel is right in front of Kuta beach ... near the lobby there is a fast food restaurant (Yoshinoya) under the hotel there is a convenience store (circle K).
It's suitable if I invite family ...

Located right in front of Kuta Beach. The hotel staffs are very friendly to guests. The room is very clean and cozy. Many food options for breakfast. But when I was stayed there, the wifi is in problem. But still, this hotel is recommended for staying.

Very good hotel. It was right in front of kuta beach. The food was excellent. The rooms are spacious and the bath tub is next to your bed which very unique

The hotel is located right on the Kuta beach street. Although you can't see the sea from the rooms, you can definitely see it from the restaurant which is on the top floor.

A short list of things I liked:-

The Location. Close to pizza hut, mcdonals(right next building). The sea is just 2 steps away. There is a convenience store and a liquor store on the ground floor which is open 24/7

The people. check in people were very polite and very welcoming. Amazing people. Bali in general is full of people who always treat you with respect. They are always in a very cheerful mood.

The food. The food was amazing. There is a restaurant on the top floor where they serve Asian food and also Continental.

Things I hated:-

The price. I think the price is a little higher than the other hotels next door. There are lots options nearby.

Noise. Since it's right next to the beach, there is a lot of street noise. Starts early morning

Good option if you are traveling for a couple of days and want to stay close to the beach or to party.

Was 2 weeks here in September. Would like to use this hotel again :) Had great views from yr. the suite and even better view from the rooftop pool. Everyone who works there is very nice and helpful. Got chocolate and macaroons on the bed every day! Fantastic breakfast with everything you could want. Very clean and tidy. Actually has nothing to complain about :)

Strategic place. Prices can be said to be affordable especially in the city center and Kuta beach. Many restaurants and bars around and also only 700m from the beachwalk mall

I recommended my sister in law and families to stay here when visiting me in Bali and they like this hotel.

The setting is pretty at the top of the building, but the views from the rooms face the road and the rooms are not extremely clean. Access to the beach is not direct, you have to cross a road before entering it. The staff is great, super friendly and welcoming! The breakfast is the best, very varied buffet, and not repetitive.

Normal and clean hotel, staffs are friendly. location is extremely good. kuta beach is just across the road and 5 mins walk to beach walk shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and fast-food restaurants

The staff are friendly and good access to the city. The room was clean but the cockroach was amazing.

The washroom s are not seperated by wall or locked door and all rooms has washrooms just seperated by transparent glass which doesnt get locked, so not worth for those who need privacy in washroom/toilet.

The room doesn't have a window. So you don't enjoy the atmosphere inside the hotel. It's really just for this sleep

An accor hotel always has good interiors. Bath tub in the middle of the room reminds me of Pullman Saigon Hotel. Bat water has some smell, maybe it's a problem of the the whole Kuta area, not just the Heritage Hotel. Breakfast food seem to be monotonous though, not much viand to pair with rice. Staff are very courteous

The hotel location is very strategic, just a step to the beach or shopping area. From the restaurant area above, you can see the beautiful curvature of the coastline decorated with several boats and foamy waves. In the afternoon, sunset can be enjoyed.
The lunch menu is fantastic. Delicious. But prepare a spacious stomach, large portions.

I took king size bed. Room did not have a gallery. No ventilation. Bad smell. Manual controlled AC, No remote was provided. I was on a honeymoon trip. It was complete waste of money although I paid more for a better room. I won't recommend.
