Nice hotel, friendly staff and polite service. However, the Hotel didn t do anything to make my wife and I feel special on our honeymoon. No champagne, chocolates or room upgrade. They just left a sad piece of cake in the fridge wishing us a Happy Honeymoon.

nice hotel with great location.. located in the pantai kuta street, this hotel is very close to beach and mall (beachwalk).. lucky me, the hotel staff upgrade my reservation, they give me suite room! this room is very big & clean.. there are living room with a sofa, bath up, and balcony.. the balcony view is beautiful, u can see beach/sea, and pantai kuta street.. swimming pool is small, breakfast menu not delicious, and small lobby too..
The hotel is located the perfect place for surfers not to bathe, the rooms are fine but the never seen the views are to the reception ... if yes to the reception they are intetior room

Wow, the hotel is really nice, quiet and luxurious. The atmosphere was warm when I just got out of the elevator. The rooms are very comfortable, the toilet is also okyuuuu, there is a special swimming pool outside the window of the room. And the security is friendly and responsive when I need to park temporarily in front of the hotel. It's understandable that the location is directly opposite the Kuta beach so it's busy.

Shocking behavior from staff took 70 dollars from my credit card without permission when i had 100 dollars taken from me upon arrival for deposit spend an hour pleading with them to get it back and they wouldnt listen we then missed our day trip because it took an hour tp be resolved not happy at all
Nice hotel with a lot of friendly staff serving from check-in to check-out. Rooms are large despite looking slightly old. Still nicely furnitured though. Also enjoyed the balcony view so much, with the view to the Kuta Beach.

The Kuta Heritage is a hotel on the beachfront. Although the facade is not a big deal, the interior is modern and cozy. My room did not face the street but to an interior courtyard, so I did not enjoy good views. To be Bali the price was somewhat high. The staff is very attentive and has good cleaning

Super hotel. Location right on the beach. Service is excellent. If you miss something in the room, you can call housekeeping and they will work it out. Rooftop restaurant, good food and drinks. Pool bar, wonderful sun beds and you get towels. Breakfast is very extensive! Something for everyone. Staff is very friendly. All in all, super good experiences!
Friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Lovely pool with a view. I wouldn't suggest staying in Kuta though - very touristy and a hostile environment to walk around in.
Staying here for 3 nights, great access to famous places like restaurants , clubs, mall, etc. We can go to the beach in walking distance. Literally walking across the road.
This hotel has various options for breakfast menu and all of them are delicious. Very recommended. All the staffs are nice, I even got a birthday cake for my wife because it's her birthday.
We stayed in a king size bed room with a tub. Nice wooden theme furniture. Unfortunately the tub's hot water isn't working well and the view is not very good, 2 windows, 1 side almost facing the beach (got blocked a little bit by some buildings) and 1 side facing a food court. And the parking lot for bike is in a basement, well it's okay but we don't get a parking ticket from the security so we little bit worried because it's a rent bike and anybody can access the basement parking.
But overall, it's a nice place if u wanna fell the hype and crowd in Bali, especially in Kuta.

Best place in Bali to hang out or stay. 20-30 mins from the airport depending on traffic conditions. Awesome sunset and great clean beach. Clear blue sky and blue water. Has great nightlife too. Lots of clubs and restaurants. Many spas and shopping markets. Has discovery mall adjacent to the beach which has lots of variety of shops. Also has a snow park.
The location of the hotel is really good. Entire staff is extremely friendly and polite .Rooms are excellent!Prompt service on anything that you need at any time. Would definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend staying here. Initially seeing it in one of these travel apps before him was less convincing. Check on youtube, clay foto2 people on instagram etc. I think good. Finally desperate to order. And it turns out it's really really good. The outside is not convincing, right when it goes inside it is solid. The room wasn't disappointing at all. The mattress is outside and soft. For the honeymoon it is the most appropriate. So, don't hesitate. Stay here, I believe I won't regret it. The location is also very strategic!

Always stay here on my transit in Bali. The hotel is a bit outdated, just general wear and tear, but it's quite clean. The staff was always wonderful and friendly.
Good location (right on the beach) and well maintained rooms are the good things about the hotel. Food and lack of information about check in requirements (carry the card you booked the room with) are the bad things. Some rooms need major fixations (one night it might rain and if there is a leak then the clothes in the wardrobe would all get wet, and then the hotel might try to charge you to dry the clothes). It is also surprising that they refuse to provide filtered water at the hotel bar, and a bottle of water costs more than a bottle of beer at normal prices! However, most of the staff are friendly, and will try to solve your problems if you ask. Rooms are spacious and bathrooms are clean. Breakfast buffet options are plenty, though taste could have been better.
